Nayan Atmosphere
This is a cool application of Naya's 5 power theme, and it invites further exploration of WRG control. It also matches the obnoxious power level of Moat, which is fitting the challenge, but still, well, obnoxious. 8/10
Noncreature, non-Equipment artifact card that cares about equipments:

The planes drift in blind eternities in a geometric dance, but over eons orbits skew until sometimes planes collide! Rimewrind and Cabalar are two such unlucky planes. Rimewrind is a largely frozen world where life is tough and magic is as blunt as the people. Cabalar on the other hand is a medley of tropical paradises where trade is plentiful and magic is subtle and sly. What will happen in this collision of cultures and realities?

I'm not sure why you chose to use hybrid mana here. All her abilities deal noncombat damage, which mono-white shouldn't have access to. I'm also kind of confused about why she's a 3/6 when she's already indestructible and in one of the most aggro-oriented color pairings in the game. I get that you don't want her to be able to deal too much damage on her own, but her rather lackluster stats, paired with how easy it is to turn her into a creature (besides herself, you need a total of three white and/or red permanents? Makes me question the wisdom of making a multicolored god in the first place), detract from the excitement and unique challenge of the god cards. 5/10
Alright, here goes with not-Apollo:
Apollina, Goddess of Music3U

Whenever you cast a permanent spell, remove all charge counters from Voltage Coils and Voltage Coils deals that much damage to target creature or player.
Ghas'Reep, the Sadistic Whim:
You're using haunt, which I like. But as with many haunt cards, the effect doesn't seem powerful or cool enough to really grab the imagination. I like how the opponent detriment is a reflection of the benefit you get (the essence of the Phyrexian praetors which most of the two-colour praetors here have ignored), but the only thing about this guy that's really going to win you the game is stalling with his gigantic toughness value. "Whenever a haunted creature dies, exile target creature" seems more like a Praetor-level ability.
On a side note, I'm not sure that being a "guild praetor" warrants hybrid mana, since none of the guild champs or leaders have hybrid mana costs.
