You may also want to consider Somberwald Sage as your 3 drop ramp spell. Yes it does have 1 toughness so it dies to everything, but you can drop it on turn 2 with a mana dork. Once its out, and lives a turn (very big if as it is usually a big target), then you can drop your Deadeye on Turn 3. Turn 4 start blinking your stuff out and you will be good

I play Legacy and Edh. So far standard is not interesting me. Legacy and Edh is just more interesting in my opinion. Also the non-rotating factor is a big plus.
My decks:
Legacy (No where to play though...) GBUWR Dredge R Goblins U Fish UW Cephalid Breakfest
EDH (Lots of competitive places to play) G Non Trampling Flash Omnath, Locus of Mana U Prison / Combo Arcum Daggson RGW Big Fatty Mayael Of the Anima BGW Karador, Ghost Chieftian
Yeah I mean its nothing severe really they are still playable. Here is a pic of the cryptic command that I opened. My friend opened the same miscut as well which is strange.

So Modern Masters offically came out today and I have noticed a common thing happening with the rares. A fair deal of what I saw opened and what I opened myself have been miscuts. Nothing too severe or anything just the bottom border being edged out by the card.

I have been having lots of fun with Possessed Portal. Sure it's an 8 mana artifact, and if it is in your opening hand or you draw into it sucks, but the ability to tutor out a staxx effect that permantely shuts off card draw for your opponent is awesome. Sometimes I have tinkered it out with Arcum, in response to someone casting a Sphinx's Revelation for 7.
If you pair it with Myr Turbine and Unwinding Clock, you can effectively lock your opponent out as you can pay the turn by turn cost of the portal, and your opponent will stripped of their hand and their board. Also double functions as a big artifact for Transmute Artifact so you can tinker out with Arcum, and then transmute it into a Blightsteel for some salt on the wound.

I would like to think that I am good relationship material, able to walk in other people's shoes, able to sit down and listen to other people's thoughts and offer decent support without getting to involved. The problem comes from my obsessive shyness, making it almost impossible to actually muster up the courage to talk with someone. The good thing is that I am one of those people it takes a while to get used to people, but once that happens, I can actually be my true self... Which is always a great thing.

Got a calculus test back, got a 70 on it. Now scared and upset about how I did on the second test, as I knew less about the material. So kind of in the middle of freaking out, and wondering why I am freaking out. After that went and played UMVC 3 for a bit, and tried to relax to no avail.

x3 Force Of Will at $65.03
Total: $195.09
So what do people think about the trade? Personally I think the Forces would be much better to pick up during the present state of Legacy. I know I have a little bit more on my end, but getting the forces is fairly important, so I am trying to make sure the trade goes as soon as possible.

Has anybody ever tried Earwig Squads in any of the BR builds? Not as a four of but using about 2 of them. Some of the time the removal of 3 cards can really cripple a deck. The prowl cost gets lowered with warchiefs, and it is 5/3 to boot.

How is goblins doing with the current Legacy shift? I have noticed that decks like merfolk are starting to diminish in popularity. I have most of the deck sitting in my binder, but I am wondering if it is worth picking up the final pieces for the deck.

If you're talking competitively, no. Although, even with FoW the deck isn't competitive...
Really what shoved Merfolk out of the competitive standings?

So I decided to actually get into this deck, and I was wondering a few things. Is this deck actually viable without Force of Will. I don't even have one so I was wondering how much it would impact the deck. One other thing. What do people think about Cold-Eyed Selkie? It seems powerful enough...

i am guessing that people have already discussed this but what about Sun Titan in Bloodghast builds? I run 4 Ghast, 2 Ichroid, and I personally find Sun Titan to be an MVP. If it is chaining multiple DR into Cephalid Coliseum, or just chaining DR with only one bridge in the graveyard, he is still awesome.

I have a set of tempest wastelands. It is good to see the response that this question got. One more thing do people think that wastelands are going to go up in price because of Cavern of Souls.

So I have recently acquired a full playset of Wasteland, and I was wondering if it would be better to try to trade them up to a set of Lion's Eye Diamond. If you look at the decks that I play only The Gate can really use Wastelands effectively. So what are peoples thoughts and opinions on the matter?
