If my opponent plays Show and Tell, am I correct in assuming that I can bring in Gilded Drake/Angel of Despair to steal/destroy the creature he/she brought in? I'm aware that both creatures are revealed and enter the battlefield at the same time, but would just like to double check if the drake/angel 'see' the other creature when their abilities trigger.
I have been wanting to get some FOIL Snapcaster Mages for a while now. Even though SCM has gone down quite a bit, the FOIL ones haven't gone down too much. It is one of my favorite cards in Standard. It still is pretty close to a $50 card.
The other one I want to get is some FOIL Griselbrand, which is another favorite in Standard. The lowest I see is about $30 each.
That's legacy for you right there. The playable foils rarely drop much even when the non-foils do.
I've had one lying around in an edh deck for about a year without getting any play. About how much monetary or trade value should I be looking to get for it? I see a two foil Japanese ones on ebay and scg for $110-120. Should I expect about the same, maybe a little lower, for the Chinese one?
And stopped substituting Bible quotes for actual logic and thought.
I have no problem with quoting verses if they are relevant to the topic. Most of these especially dealt with people who actually use a demon's power or truly believed they could perform sorcery. Everyone knows mtg is only a game. If there's some kid somewhere who believes otherwise, it's most likely their parents' fault for not instilling a sense of reality in their child.
by this guy's definition we shouldn't:
a) Play video games like Star Fox, Legend of Zelda, Mario, etc...
b) Play Chess ("checkmate" literally means "the king is dead")
c) Watch any fantasy, science fiction, horror, etc... movie
d) Read any book other than non-fiction
e) Study Greek, Roman, Japanese, Chinese, etc... history
f) etc...
Land-walk could also mean that your creature dominates a particular domain and hence can't be blocked in it. Plainswalk means that your creature dominates the plains and hence can't be blocked in the plains. (This doesn't require the creature to be sneaky)
Even if it "dominate a particular domain," why does that mean it can't be blocked in it? Most likely because it is familiar with the domain and knows how to to navigate the hidden path/channels/passes that no one else knows about. Plains, by definition, are mostly flat stretches of land, not many secrets there.

This +1.
I'm fine with it. My family's fine with it. My church is fine with it.
