I've tried talking to a few lawyers, they won't help. The only lawyers that'd take my case are those who would sue my wife's family. Uhh...not what I want here. I want to stand up to the government. Knowof any of those kind of lawyers?
We need a peaceful revolution. Soon. Most citizens have no rights anymore. Its downright scary, especially for those in the system.

I want something to change. I cannot keep living this way. The people cannot keep living this way. I know I'm not the only one who has been subjected to the abuse of the government and agents of the government.
Where would on even begin to look for professional help in a situation like this?

My wife 'left me' for my best friend, I caught them snuggled together and came home, where I found I had no friends or family and have been living on the streets. My bosses got tired of me being homeless and smelling kind of funny and I lost my jobs.
I bought myself a taser from a local gas station for protection, as I've been robbed more than once since I've returned and what little I have I'd like to keep for myself.
Recently, I spoke with my wife. She told me that in 6 months, I wouldn't be able to get within 20 feet of her.
I racked my brain trying to figure out what she had been talking about. One night I asked her 'Are you dying?' which was met with 'How is your brother doing?' I asked again. 'How is your sisters?'
I was furious. 'Answer me!'
'How is your mom these days, is she doing better?'
THAT ISN'T WHAT I ASKED! GAH! I didn't yell this but I wanted to. I continued to bug her for awhile about it, to which I finally got a 'No' hat sounded like such a lie...
I got drunk that night. Really, really drunk. I stumbled outside of the bar right into a breathalizer. The cop asked me if I had any weapons, to which I replied 'yes, sir. A taser.'
I was taken downtown and charged with Public Intoxication and Possession of a (wait for it, this is mindblowing) handgun without a permit.
I bought this taser of the counter at a gas station in town!
So. While downtown, they were booking me in and I heard a noise. I turned my head to look and was driven into the ground head first. My left arm has been numb since. My fingers feel dead.
They strapped me into a chair, handcuffs digging into my hands which were behind my back. I was restrained from head to toe.
I tried to tell them I had to urinate, they wouldn't listen. I ended up urinating on myself, then being made to sit in it until it was cold and I was soaked and shivering.
This is not the United States of America anymore, ladies and gentlemen.
I've been abandoned and abused by the people who are supposed to look out for me. My family, the only one I ever had is looking at over 100 years each for doing something they were told was legal. The taser is the same situation, on a smaller scale. They sold it to me. Told me it was legal. Then I got hit with a charge because of it. WHAT THE HELL? Enough with the legal grey area bull**** to push people into getting charged to continue fueling your bull**** machine! WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS WITH RIGHTS AND FEELINGS AND YOU ARE VIOLATING THEM!

I was working three jobs. Right now I'm working two because the third one wasn't going to work out with the schedule I have with the other two. I'm looking at around 65 hours a week, sometimes more as well as helping a friend do tech support. I have my **** together. I found an old friend here and I'm able to sleep in his living room until I find a place of my own.
One of my jobs is at a car lot. Three days in and the boss took me out for lunch and told me I was being trained for a promotion. Supervisor position after three days. He's also going to get me in sales so I can get some commission on top of everything else.
So. Homeless. Maybe at the moment, but not for long.
Penniless? Only until my first check gets in. I got my **** together, man.
Now that I'm away from her and her family and their drama I'm doing a lot better.
I have another question. If she tries to hmu for child support, can I request a DNA test first? She's been a cheater in the past as well but I kept forgiving her... It was her sleeping with my best friend in Idaho that was kinda the final straw. Also, since I know how you people operate...I'm not trying to get out of paying. I want to be for sure that it is my kid before I even think about paying her ANYTHING.

Exactly what can I expect to happen in this non-contested divorce. I know she'll get everything we own, but can she hit me up for anything else other than child support?
Should I fight it, since I can take screenshots from Facebook and prove that she has been screwing around with other guys?
If I'm not going to get royally screwed (IDC if she gets everything, I'm not really materialistic at all) should I just let it be, or is that just asking to get buttraped in the divorce?
