I used to run UG infect before rotation came. We lost 2 good cards from it though. Distortion Strike and Vines of Vastwood. But Dark Ascensions have brought them back! In a more of a weaker version though.
Ranger's Guile: It's not that +4/+4 Vines that Vastwood gave us, only give a +1/+1 (any pumping is good though). It also give our creatures hexproof! Originally you had to pay 2 to give a creature +4/+4 and hexproof for Vines. Down graded version. But it still works.
Artful Dodge: For one blue mana, we can make one of our creatures unblockable. Better yet, it has flashback for one blue mana as well! Pump up one of your other creatures, cast Artful Dodge, swing!
Another card caught my eye yesterday.
Wild Hunger 2G
Instant
Target creature gets +3/+1 and gains trample until end of turn.
Flashback 3R
I'd splash red in the deck for it. It would be better to cast it after your opponent chose their blocker. ...Surprise! You still get some poison counters. With that said, might as well throw Kessig Wolf Run in it, possibly. Assault Strobe would be more fun for splashing red, especially with Artfull Dodge or a pumped Blighted Agent. Deal double damage! I apologize for bringing in red (if I upset anyone), thought splashing it would be a good idea. Frost Breath seems like a setup to be a finisher. I have to try it out and see how it works. I like it though!
With all the Gustshot, Shock and other burn spells/ removal. I was worried how great it be in competitive it be (since mono black is there). But from your play testing. It seems to be going well! Might as well show what I will run now when DA hits the stores. It will change eventually though.
I haven't seen Origin Spellbomb for the 1-drops when reading. Maybe I missed it.. Who knows. Is it that bad or have people forgot about it? Doomed Traveler beats it by far. But the Spellbomb can also give you draw? Might be good for later game.

I don't know if Flayer of the Hatehound is really worth it. Unless you have other creatures with Undying, maybe? Let's take a look!
If you had Heartless Summoning on the field. Creatures you get -1/-1. Right? Right. When the Priest enters the field from the graveyard, she'll be a 1/0. She'll still give you the 3 red mana PLUS deal 1 damage (from Flayer of the Hatebound) to your opponent. She dies from Heartless, you bring her back with Havengul Lich. You still get the infinite combo! Making you be able to do infinite damage to your opponent as well! But you would need Heartless Summoning + Havengul Lich + Flayer on the Hatebound + Priest of Urabrask (in graveyard) for it to pull off. If I had Perilous Myr in my graveyard with the Priest. I'd just stick to that.
I smell play testing needing to happen..
From the cards we have gotten now. Here is a RUB Heartless Lich deck of mine I'm currently thinking of. It's not the greatest in the world. Still doing minor justifications. But here is my deck list! (I'm not the greatest deck builder and starting to get into more competitive).
I wanted to run Burning Vengeance. But Perilous Myr does the same thing, plus it's cheaper!
Kinda hoping we're gonna get more cards in DA to help this deck out or somethin'. But we'll see. Anywho -- Other cards I was debating about adding/ sideboarding was:
He didn't strike me as a mythic rare. Then again, I have little idea what a mythic rare WW would actually look like. They are all going to be pretty similar since they won't have much if any clothing on.
He doesn't strike me much of the Legendary either, but who knows.
#10 reminds me alot of Terror of Kruin Pass. Just the form it has. It makes me wonder what it's human side might me. Since #10 is leaping up/ away from the fire. Maybe his human side started the fire?
Plus from the fact the Human side had some features that were also in the WW form.
Examples: Reckless Waif has the light red and white hair. Once she is flipped, Merciless Predator has the same hair/ fur color. Or Village Ironsmith! He has the scar on his eye and when he transforms to Ironfang; it too has the scar! I could go on with this but you guys get a general idea.
Just makes me think what #10's human side is.. IF it is even a creature. Could be some kind of Enchantment or Sorcery. We just have to wait and find out!

I personally would only use Trepanation Blade with Blighted Agent. Just because he is unblockable. You might get lucky and get more than 1-3 cards before you hit a land. I'm sticking with my UG build. Not as great from rotation.
But then, throwing on a Sword(s) would be more accurate though and you'll have protection of certain colors and you will hit for 3 poison counters every time.
I'd say play test them around a bit. See what you like more.

For me, though, I feel like some mill spell should take its place to help feed the GY. Maybe Ghoulcaller's Bell. Or is that too slow? I'm beginning to rethink including it in my build.
Well, I guess it really depends what you want. How fast do you want to feed the GY?
Look at these. These are some of the cards I thought about and still debating about. Hope it helps!
Ghoulcaller's Bell-One drop. Mills you and your opponent for one. Which could be good in your part. You mill your opponent! I think it's a better early drop. Shriekhorn- One drop; just like above. Mills you or your opponent for two. But you can only use it three times unless proliferation is involved. So six cards max to mill yourself. Then you have a dead weight card when all the counters are gone. Grindclock- Two drop. Have to tap it to add counters. If it's dropped T2. You can mill for one T3. In this case, I would rather run Ghoulcaller's Bell. Consecrated Sphinx- Six drop. 4/6 with flying. Good for double draw. But you think during T6 if you drop it.. You milled yourself down a bit and you might have other bigger cards you want to play. In my case Sun Titan! Although I could probably run one. Jace's Erasure Two drop. Self explanatory. Draw a card then mill one!
Personally, I think Ghoulcaller's Bell is fine in the deck you are running right now. But doesn't hurt to play test them!
Plus if you were to take it out. What would you switch with it?

Instead of Noxious Revival to get Sun Titan or Laboratory Maniac back, try Unburial Rites. Puts it straight from your graveyard into play, can be used twice if you actually draw it, and you can cast it from your graveyard.
Hmm.. A nice suggested! Totally forgot about it. My only problem is I'm not running black. It would be good if I milled it into my graveyard early game and played it back for it's flashback cost. I could take out 2-3 plains and through in Isolated Chapel in to where I could cast it from my hand. I'll do some more play testing though. Thanks for the suggestion Drawmeomg! Must appreciated.

Well.. Fine list of decks for Self-Mill if I do say so myself! Might as well post mine since we have UB and UG up. Time for UW! I'll just post what I have for it so far. Could use some help. Want it to be Standard for competitive.
I wanted it to be more control my opponent until I get Mirror-Mad Phantasmn, Jace Memory Adept, or Sun Titan out. I had Feeling of Dread in there. But, I don't think it would work though.. Didn't have enough room to through it in there.
Other than that. Basic win-con is with Laboratory Maniac. Through in Mindshrieker for an alternative win. Skaab Ruinator is just a no brainer for this. Sun Titan can bring back Skaab Ruinator, Oblivion Ring, and Laboratory Maniac in case I mill him away on accident. Someone mentioned Noxious Revival to put cards like Sun Titan and Maniac back onto your deck if you mill them early game. I thought about throwing in Inkmoth Nexus for possibly another win-con. But I dunno.
Then for a side board. I have no real idea of what to put in besides Mental Misstepfor those pesky Nihil Spellbomb.
Any ideas?

I went 4-3. Should've been 6-1 but I forgot to play a land a few times.. -.-
Pulled a Shiny Skaab Ruinator. Artist Chris Rahn was at our pre-release, so I got it signed!
Here's the deck I played. UW Spirit and Humans! Most of my opponents had no fliers. Hard to get out my Skaab's due to no destruction of my fliers.
Angelic Overseer and Sturmgeist won me most of my rounds. Battleground Geist and Gallows Warden helped pump up my spirits.
I like the idea! I thought about going UB. But a friend of mine I suggested I could also go UW Mill with some control. He told me how I could use Sun Titan to get back cards like Armed Skaab, Skaab Ruinator (possibly), Oblivion Ring, etc. Have a few of the flash back cards Dream Twist, Feeling of Dread, and Divine Reckoning. Then get Runic Repetition to bring back your flashback. Deranged Assistant, I personally think it's good if you mill a majority amount of your lands but that's me. My deck idea is still in creation though, sadly.

I'm still not good with the land count. Still learning!
I originally swapped out Sorin's Thirst for Feast of Blood. I thought Go For The Throat would be better for a sideboard card. What is it gonna do if you run into Puresteel? 4x Doom Blade, 3/4x Go For the Throat. I'd have 4 cards I couldn't use for the first round. I'd have other stuff to kill creatures. But yeah. Just started to play competitive and this was made in like 5 minutes off the top of my head this morning.
