I have been trying to buy matching sets of foreign basics for commander purposes, but I am having a hard time finding websites with large quantities of basics available.
I prefer old card face sets like mirage, tempest and saga but the only site I found that has the quantity I want in German wants 63 cents per land. this is unacceptable for the quantity I require.
I am looking to buy in the neighborhood of 100-200 of each basic land type, and would love to get the basic lands in batches of at least 20-30 of the same art.
I am not exactly picky about language, although I would prefer one of the European languages, as I can read them.
Any ideas?

was I the only one whose first thought was "I pre-ordered my playset for $3 shipped"?
The key is the word target, instead of target creature you control. IT is completely new territory for them. they costed it highly in case it is too powerful.

Star city is a business like any other. IF they raised prices too much they would go out of business. Since the massive amounts of tournies they run seem to be doing extremely well, it seems maybe they know the market better than some players do, who would rather whine about prices than acknowledge that maybe things have changed.
The thing is, if they have a monopoly, which I think they do in North America, they can just set the prices they want because they know people will buy from them no matter what.
Also, Force of Will, like Clone before it, was taken off the reserved list.
They definitely do not have a monopoly. Channelfireball does a large amount of business, and there are thousands upon thousands of other sellers. I havent bought from starcity in about 6 years. Usually I buy from ebay.

I think they just want all the very rare cards. Seriously, it's not limited to "power" -- take a look at Moat, Tabernacle, Imperial Recruiter, Ravages of War, Imperial Seal, Grim Tutor, etc. They're inflating card prices across the board.
From what I have seen from Ben, they are just increasing buy prices so that they can actually keep things in stock. Apparently there are alot of players who want to buy cards from them because they can be assured of the authenticity of the card.

Clearly someone has forgotten about another reprint, Reprisal. This card is now in Modern and most definitely will change the metagame in Standard also.
As someone who actually plays the (completely hideous) old version this was a HUGE NICE SURPRISE.
As someone sitting on a box of 100 previously worthless originals ::dance::

If someone ran around saying that the Earth was flat, wouldn't you try to correct him?
Kind of the same thing. To these people, your beliefs are both false and harmful.
Only if I somehow got into a conversation with this person.
The Christians described by OP honestly sound dangerous. Especially the ones who barged into his home. I would have called the police, sued them for trespass, and gotten an injunction ordering them to stay as far away from me as humanely possible.
I would have likely Beaten anyone barging into my home so badly they would need medical attention. This way the police know to check the hospitals for the guy with the inverted elbow. No amount of prayer will make that work correctly again.
We should also take note that if TNN availability is increasing it is a sign that it is unlikely to be banned in legacy in the near future.
Is anyone calling for a ban? It is a 3 casting cost creature in legacy. With sweepers, sac effects and general nastiness. I don't see this ruining the metagame.

She is askng for offers through facebook, and I figued it would be good to let people know that such a rare and iconic piece had been rediscovered and was available.
She is such a nice person that she deservs to get the true value of the piece

What I find disturbing is that it seems less likely they'd reprint Zen (+ Onslaught) fetches in an expert set before Return to Zendikar. So while they COULD do so in a fall expert set AND then Return the Zendikar later, I'm now thinking it's more likely they'll print them in M15.
they reprint these in M15 I will be buying at least 200 fetchlands to sit on. I figure if they go down to $10 each, $2000 is cheap money to pay just to see yourself able to sell 120 3-5 years later at $30 each. thats a 180% return over 3-5 years.
I don't see them falling below 10 in the near or distant future, even if reprinted.

Fetches are not your normal dual lands. Putting all 10 into a Standard block... Can you imagine the consequences??? I can't fathom such a line of thought. Seriously. Not when any company's first aim is to make $$$.
If you based your argument as such, then all I can say is that Wizards have never cease to surprise us all the time.
Absolutely no way it'll happen. It's very un-businesslike. Wizards wants people to play Magic, like forever.
Wizards makes their money $2 per pack. That's roughly wholesale before distributors mark it up. If somethings sells a ton of packs, they make money. Putting fetchlands as rares that can replace the basic land slot in packs at the rate of 1 in 18 packs for a whole block? it would sell like roses on valentines. Wizards might as well fire up the dollar furnace because they would have money to burn.
Remember, shocklands hit $35-$40 each before they were reprinted. At one point I couldn't get 4 watery graves for a single underground sea. think on that one.
Secondary market only matters so much to wizards. if it isn't on the reserved list, it is fair game to reprint.

Mana fixing is always powerful. The artifact lands also power up your other cards.

Quite frankly, if you print it, they will come- I would buy massive amounts of whatever set they come in.
I am already sitting on like 50 shocklands, got one rtr set sealed on the way and another that will be complete next week.
