I've been playing since Friday and I'm enjoying it. And for those who don't own the game but DLed the demo, the demo is a side story and isn't a good representation of the actual game.
Form Factor? HAVE NONE OF YOU EVER USED THE ORIGNAL GAMEBOY???
Yeah i had the brick, now ill buy the cake, because honestly its cheaper (hell maybe ill even buy two so my kids wont kill each other for a turn), yeah it may look fugly but honestly guys can we stop whining about it not folding? hell until the GBA revision no one would have considered a folding handheld to be a norm, it just didnt matter then and it honestly doesnt matter now.
Shoo, go on, out with your common sense and logic. We won't have any of that on the internet now.
On topic I'm interested in the 2DS and how it feels with touch screen based games like Trauma Center, Meteos, and Theatrhythm
From what I read about it, the 3DS version is an over glorified Mario Party style game. Don't really know much about it though since one game that uses figures is enough for me.
According to an Internet pic leak I saw, those forms of Heracross and Pinsir are actually Pre-Evolutions like we needed more after Gen III with Munchlax (Cartoon Network's Chowder anyone?) and of course Pichu from Gen II. Nothing against Pichu it's just that why did Pikachu need a Pre-Evolution?
As for whether or not you can import old Pokemon into X&Y, Game Freak said at the Q&A Press Conference at E3 2013 that the DS has difficulty "communicating" with the 3DS but they also said they're going to work on it to where you're able to. Considering that old Pokemon are getting their Types changed to Fairy like Gardevoir, Jigglypuff, and Marrill I'm not sure If it will work. :/
I don't see why not, seeing how Magnemite & Magneton gained the steel type in GSC and you could trade pokemon from RBY to those games.
I played it for a few hours, and I must say this is really well done. From the battling to the management of your kingdom, like the main series of Pokemon it's simple yet complex. I just wish all Pokemon were in it and could have more than one attack.
Yeah raid mode is indeed awesome. The game as whole has a nice atmosphere, and goes back to the roots of what Resident Evil is suppose to be as opposed to being just another 3rd person action game.

There's a patch to fix the save issue in Lumiose City
Think like the Guitar Hero games for the DS, in other words any game that requires an option pak.
