I agree. For decks that aren't running B, Red Sun's Zenith really shines here. It will exile the crusader completely from the game with no way of returning. If they have a sword in hand then ancient grudge the sword and then zenith the crusader. If they are able to drop multiple crusaders, whipflare takes care of the problem you have. Now, this is all assuming you are playing G/R WRR as opposed to the other builds. In mono G WRR, I would reccomend using naturalize to deal with swords and angelic destiny, and then wurmcoil for death touch.
Wouldn't running Red Sun's Zenith help out against frites? It exiles the creatures when they die so they can't them back at all. Not only that, but the spell shuffles itself back in giving you a chance to get it again.
Personally I run a pair of dismember mainboard in my build and another pair in sideboard to deal with things like phyrexian obliterator. I can spare the 4 life to snuff out an obliterator without sacrificing permanents. Its proven highly effective thus far in my testing.
Sneak attack is an excellent addition to a kaalia deck. If you have the mana and need to end someone, drop the team and swing in. You have access to black and white, which happen to be the most potent creature recursion colors. Volraths Stronghold is an mvp here.
the reasson you would play buried alive is to put targets into your yard to reanimate. putting combos in there is a good thought provided you dont get ambushed by a tormods crypt. otherwise, dropping things like a runescarred demon and casting reanimate is excellent.
I agree that Jace 3.0 really only has a place to shine in a deck like the mimeoplasm where his first two ability are both beneficial. Drawing a card and milling an opponent for 1 is good, and milling myself for 10 is better.
I play it in all of my green decks, and rarely have a bad gen wave. Granted I dont cast it until I can hit an x for at least 8 unless im desperate, but even then I am rarely disappointed. In my baru deck I can regularly hit gen wave for 30+ and flat out win on the spot. The biggest question to ask yourself is this: if I cast gen wave, am I running enough ways to recur the instants and sorceries im losing to it to not be a detriment, and what are the chances that I will hit permanents that will put me further ahead.
You guys are getting away from what hes asking. hes not trying to build a sdeck thats just annoying, nor a deck that is a combo deck. he asked for a completely degenerate troll of a griefer deck to teach a lesson to his playgroup.
If you really wanted a troll deck, build a nin the pain artist deck. U/R gives you access to everything you need to make them beat their heads off of the table in utter frustration at the boardstate. Hive mind, grip of chaos, eye of the storm, thne play theives auction. The boardststate will become so f****d up at that point the they will either scoop and learn, or their minds will crack from how impossible the boardstate would be to resolve. plenty of LD, counter, copy, ect makes the deck a true griefer deck.
It sounds like you would be better leaving that group of uptight pro tour spikes, and a find a playgroup that actually wants to have fun with heir games instead of making each game as serious as a tournament.
