Sudden Spoiling, every time I go in for the win a black/x deck thinks they are cute and use it on me.
Also any infinite combo enabler cards, because, congratulations you did something so thoughtless and ruin the game for everyone else. Death Cloud is also annoying and ruins games.
Blackheart, Phyrexian Emmisary 5(B/P)(G/P)(U/P)
Planeswalker-Blackheart
+2: put the top three cards of your library into your graveyard. You may return upto one land card from your graveyard to your hand.
-3: target instant with cmc 3 or less in your graveyard gains flashback until the beginning of you next upkeep. The flashback cost is BUU and 2 life.
-9: you get an emblem that has, "you may cast cards in your graveyard as though it was in your hand," and "whenever you cast a spell from your graveyard you lose life equal to its cmc."

I really like dredge type decks and also some control. I've alwas disregarded my life and used it for spells and abilities. And the phyrexians are the best.
Forgive the wording if it's off, I posted right before I went to bed.
Considering your build isn't to much voltron I suggest Statecraft and also Bubble Matrix.
I really like your build I'm finishing up a list of my own, I'll share a link once I'm done.
Also really good removal
Even though it is such a lackluster mythic, it's mythic for a reason. It would be pretty bonkers if he was a rare that would be easier to pull in a limited format. I wouldn't want to play at a draft table if two or three of these guys were pulled.
But you're okay with playing against two or three Ankle Shankers?
They didn't do this for Limited,
or if they did, it was very ill-conceived.
I was just giving an example, but even in standard(not good enough for modern) he will be really powerful. As other people said, it and its token are out of most of the removal that standard will have.
The goblin is really good, but the 3 toughness makes him less of a threat then the roc.

The only difference between insanity and intelligence, is the level of success.
Not even the entire set has been spoiled so it's hard to say. Granted that the ons fetches are returning, but those could be the only things worth it. Ask this question again when you see the full set.

Even though he showed the combo and failed to play the exarch at the end of his opponents turn, he just can't say because he showed him the combo he played the first part. In a sanction event that is illegal.

I want to build her, too. I would do a voltrol/removal build. Only problem for me is, I already Bruna, Light of Alabaster as a general and Narset would be like Bruna but with red. Oh well I will have to deal with two enchantment voltron edh's.
But card like Gratuitous Violence would be really good in a Narset build. Here's a few cards that would be really good as well:
There is a lot of aura that work well with her. Also then you the removal like Swords to Plowshare and Path to Exile. Even Enlightened Tutor and Mystic Tutor would be pretty good.
I would run a few curses, like exhaustion and bloodletting, maybe stalked prey.
I'm actually going to post a list for what I'm going to run within the next 24hr's.

1- Sultai Charm: Really good control
2- Crackling Doom: Really! If I ever play in these colors, 4 of.
3- Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker: Best red walker so far.
4- Murderous Cut: Probable legacy play kill spell. No more then two.
5- Surrak Dragonclaw: Even though I'm more of a control player, still sometimes you just have to stick it to the man.
6- Narset, Enlightened Master: Haha combo it up!
7- Clever Impersonator: Yes finally a clone for almost everything!
8- See the Unwritten: Almost Tooth and Nail.
9- Villainous Wealth: Because playing just your deck isn't fun enough.
10- Jeskai Charm: Because Azorius Charm wasn't powerful in standard for the time. Also Abzan Charm is right up here.
