Wow, I am back from the dead, so decided to post on something that is a Necro - but interesting.
Something that is getting overlooked as it becomes more common - Relentless Rats, Shadowborn Apostles, Dragons Approach, Persistent Petitioners etc
Duplicates and masses of them. Sort of a unique "theme". Yes they do often fall into another category such as Petitioners probably being mill - but, hey just throwing it out there.
Not sure if only 4 stax pieces maindeck will do it for you. The engine is great if you can get it online. But of course, this deck was posted before the Companion nerf, so it's even slower to get online now.
Player A casts a Quarantine Field with 4 targets (targets don't really matter), Player B has an active Lux Cannon (5 counters and untapped). Do the targets get exiled or does the exiling effect fail to happen?
Curious if you have made any adjustments to account for Narset, Parter of Veils. Your only real answer is a sideboard Chain of Vapor? I know you can stop it from resolving with countermagic or kill it with Bob/Snappy beats but otherwise?
This is very similar to how I view Planeswalkers and using their abilities. It's your main phase, you cast a pwer and it resolves, people can't bolt it, Beast Within it, et before you can use the sorcery speed loyalty abilities
I cast the spell, pass priority and no one responds - the spell resolves, I scry and draw and place the Scour in my graveyard. There is no pass of priority. I chose to Flashback the spell, exile the spell and cast it by playing it's flashback cost.
Is this correct? Does the player with the Apostle ever get a chance to activate the graveyard exiling ability on the Apostle?
After watching LSV play a Fastbond deck and get stomped, what I realize is that Multiples of Fastbond do nothing. Maybe I need to rethink my philosophy on the banned list.

I would include at least one Brainstorm (more would be better, but it is restricted).
Here is decklist from 2014 that used Form of the Dragon. Probably best you are going to do, using Rector to fetch it up.

Removal - Beast Within
Tutors - Demonic Tutor - Boring I know, but not a huge fan of tutors and it gets the job done.
Card draw - Rhystic Study
Graveyard hate - Scavenging Ooze
Recursion - Eternal Witness
