200 a box is a steal, and you are almost guaranteed your money back. I would buy this if I wasn't broke and jobless.
Im sorry, but this line of thought is hopelessly far-reaching. We dont know whats in this set. Not every box is going to have a goyf. We do not know what were getting ourselves into. $200 a box, over $8 a pack at that price. We all need to keep our fingers crossed they didnt drop the ball. Just trying to be realistic...
As much as I would like to show support for the novels, at this point it is simply too little too late. I've bought the last few releases, and they were so unbelievably terrible that I derived more enjoyment from reading my textbooks. The sentiment of buying up a product to show support for the franchise is great, and I'm totally on board with it to a certain extent. I simply cannot, in good conscience, hand over more money to them in hopes that things will get better eventually. Let's be honest here, how many of us have given them chance after chance of getting better only to see the situation become progressively worse?
Everyone's situation is different, but for me, I can't keep throwing money away at product that I don't enjoy based on faith that better product will eventually come along that I will enjoy.
Agreed. If they can't pull this off well, then it's they're own fault for killing it. Sorry WotC.
I dig the deck. I had something similar during around DKA's release, but AVR has given us Tibalt, Desperate wager, etc. Now i'm using more of a white base, running x4 DoJ, O-rings, Sun titans, and Liliana. Also, I only have 2 tibalt, but I feel it's a good number anyway.
I really don't like the new art. It downplays his glorious long neck and makes him look fat. I hope he ate the artist / article writer shortly after seeing this.
QFT. New art doesn't compare to Todd Lockwoods glorious rendition of Niv. Not even close.
I find all the symbols lately to be pretty *meh*. Alara and Zendikar blocks, along with Inn and Dka are incredibly bland. What's DKA's even suppose to be?
I'm quite suprised at the high ratings you two have given it, but to each his own. Better than the crap #2 was, still not on par with #1. If you've seen the other two movies, you've seen this one
The plot isn't bad, but the pace and editing toward the second half is poor, even for Bay. And I LOVE some of his flicks.

It's a fun, well flavored card. That's really I was looking for. I'd say they embodied the soul of Innistrad's Humans very well.
I call hax.
Yeah, you would be wrong. EWit was huge when it first came out. It was, however, an uncommon in a small set.
Small differences (flash + cost) make a huge difference in power level.
Which I guess is good and bad.

Anyway.
