If a player attacks with Aurelia, the Warleader and gets their additional combat phase, and then uses cloudshift on Aurelia, will that player be able to gain a third combat when they attack with Aurelia in their second combat phase?

I cannot believe that Wizards will allow this. Seems way too good.
Short of issuing errata/drastically altering the rules there is nothing WOTC can do to stop this.
Plus a similar interaction has been around for years with multiple copies of Finest hour. Only difference was with finest hour it was only 1 creature attacking each combat step but it is a lot more repeatable that using cloudshift even if it lets your whole team attack again. Unless you stick the cloudshift onto a Isochron Scepter but then you are talking Modern and there are far worse tricks you can be pulling with that stick.

Well, for standard, as this would combo would be used in, there's not good enough blinking I think. You could use cloudshift, and maybe go bant colored for Thragtusk. But I don't think running cloudshift is such a good idea, even if it's cool with a combo.
I reckon you can make a deck utilizing Aurelia and Deadeye Navigator, but that forces you into 3 colors, and the Acidic Slime route might easier.
I think her best fit though is as a finisher in a RW aggro deck

Even cloudshifting once with her, if done properly, could end a game. You'd get three combat phases, that's pretty insane. If anything run a bit of blue and go for blustersquall which wouldn't even need to be overloaded as long as you make sure she gets through.

Or if u have a 2 mana dorks (one that can tap for U or an Arbor elf with the Simic shock in play) and a Deadeye Navigator. With those cards you have infinite attack phases.

I think you're forgetting something a little bit better, deadeye navigator is a card and if she's letting you untap critters anyway you can have an axebane guardian out to generate the blue mana to keep flickering her.
Yeah but even if you include axebane that's still four-color.
'Merica is good enough I think. You might be able to profitably run Ghostly Flicker, although I'm not too sure about it. Then you are trying to run both combat and ETB, but hey, if you find the right balance of synergy it could work.
Throw some decklist ideas around. Since we are focusing on blinking her, as long as you get to the declare attackers phase you get your second combat, the targeted removal won't be as big of a deal. Of course you would need it in hand + the mana to use it. Meh.
As for the guy saying this is too good, be glad that resto angel doesn't flicker her. :/
You can actually create an infinite loop of attack steps if you splash blue or run blue with white and red.
Run jace, tamiyo, and omniscience. If you ultimate tamiyo and get omniscience out you play aurelia and attack. then you use cloudshift or unsummon, either one works. Then you just keep attacking until you win.
