If I blink a transformed double-faced card (e.g. Insectile Aberration) does it come back into play the same as it left?
I would guess not, since rule 711.2a states "In every zone other than the battlefield, and also on the battlefield with its front face up, a double-faced card has only the characteristics of its front face. ".
But copy effects only copy the face that is currently visible and not the other. Would it be the same for blinking? I think not, but would like to make sure.
If you blink a clone creature (and don't try it with an image), you will get to choose a new creature to copy when the clone re-enters the battlefield. It does not matter what it was when it left the battlefield (unless it has some other relevant effect).
As said above, it you blink a double faced card, it will always be the sun side of the card, not the moon side when it returns to the battlefield.
