Does not seem to be official. When you click on tabs on the page they take you to a site called "Good Gamery". Also, its the "Orb of Insight" not "Orb of Incite"
it seems to be fake, they are using the backdrop for dailymtg but are not linked or use their domain, I believe it is more of a joke making fun of speculation and how much time people put in to it
