Do you know how hard it is to find even somewhat balanced robots from different stories. Pretty hard.
Contestants are Master Chief, the District Nine power armor, the Amplified Mobility Platform from Avatar, and Samus Aran.
Round 1
Master Chief vs D9 Prawn Suit (tm)
Chief gets whatever weapons setup you think is appropriate, and lore stats, whenever it conflicts with gameplay.
The Prawn Suit (tm) had durability enough to tank an RPG and heavy machine gun fire, plus the lightning gun and the delux edition Half-Life gravity gun.
AMP vs Samus Aran
There's a difference in the standard AMP and the movie one. Being on Pandora their instruments didn't work right, which is why the cockpit armor was just some glass. Standard weaponry includes a 30mm auto cannon and mines that functioned as grenades. It also has a knife for some reason.
The Samus Aran we're using here is the Metroid Prime one, fully upgraded. This includes the scans, the plasma cannon, and the borderline absurd shielding.
Make your case for who wins and the next post will be the finale.
Master Chief and Samus Aram wins. If you look correctly, both of them have higher mobility because they are not in a massive suit of armor that's over 10 feet tall. Also, Both of them have direct life support and direct sight view of their targets while the two others needs cameras. Once the cameras for the Power Armor from District 9 and the AMP are destroyed, they are blind.
Round two will likelly be Samus Aran winnig against Master Chief. Her weapons are stronger and she has 2 fighting form, the Zero Suit and the Power Suit (hopefully up to the powerfull Phazon Suit from Prime 3).

Casual crazy magic player, otaku maniac, unrully cosplayer, what did you expect me to be?
%100 on Samus V AMP. I suppose it's possible it could stunlock her by keeping her off her feet with bullets and explosions, but she's not her world's apex warrior for no reason.
The D9PS v Chief is a bit more fuzzy than you say though. Certainly Chief is faster, and a lot better than the guy from the movie, but that thing ate a LOT of bullets and an RPG. Let's assume it's someone who knew what they were doing in there instead of what's-his-face. The thing is functionally immune to ballistic weapons (it caught bullets with the gravity gun and could presumably do the same to rockets). Cheif's options then become Covenant gear and the Spartan Laser (no plasma pistol EMP because it makes the fight boring). SL could probably take it down but could he charge and fire before it threw a truck and some lightning at him?
Like I said, I couldn't find someone who was a fair fourth who wasn't pathetically weak (40k ork warboss) or monsterously overpowered (most Mechwarrior armors (also no one knows Mechwarrior)).
