The throne roomed seemed to be the only one of the three not devoted to combat, rather its purpose seemed almost religious in nature. Several marble alters beneath stone etchings of a hulking and powerful Magni filled the main corridor of the long rectangular room. In addition, down the rooms center layed two rows of columns, leading to a massive stone statue of Magni in all his glory, his mask covered in pure gold. The statue was surrounded by a moat and beneath it a simple stone chair was placed in which Alexander sat eagerly.
Eizen, Tuesday and Sling entered with three dwarves at their side, unlike the other rooms, not a single cultists seemed to be joining them in their battle. Rather, lurking in darkness behind the pillars a perceptive onlooker could count at least thirty of Magni's worshipers, however they were all keeled and praying. Alexander seemed almost somber.
Alexander– Our god has always preferred steel to magic, as his heart was fierce and true. This is a test warriors, my men are here not to attack you but to bear witness for unlike the other contests of the first day, this one has true significance. If you defeat my magical prowess of your own might and cunning than truly you are worthy of his greatness glory and will forever be in his favor... if you fail, than your soul shall rot and dissipate as though it were never there. This battle is not one of sport and revelry but one of judgment, surely he is watching.
The mage closed his eyes and summoned forth Torsyr and a large silver back gorilla, melding them into one.
The abomination created by the melding of summons was terrifying to behold. A black scaled creature standing seven feet tall on a pair of thick raptor like legs. Hunched over with bulky clawed hands, each with three razor sharp digits dripping with venomous green ichor. The creatures face was that of a gorilla but with dripping fangs, large whiskers and glazed eyes.

Sling pulled his gun and shot the creature in the face with a bullet composed of psychic energy, hoping the distressing nature of the projectile would distract the horrid creature.
The bullet caused the creature to shriek and obviously react in an abnormal way, although probably not in the way Sling had anticipated. Instead it dropped to all fours and ran into the darkness outside the main corridor, the adventures could only hear the sound of its long claws climbing up something. The dwarves put their backs together in a diamond formation and two raised shields covering the small groups heads, they crept slowly looking for the monster.
Sling strayed slightly further from Tuesday and the dwarves, not wanting to present too condensed a target. His eyes scanned the area above them, trying to determine where the creature had climbed to.
He held his pistol in both hands, having no intention of being surprised by an aerial attack.
**Eizen can see in darkness as easily as light, so he kept track of the creature as it moved into the darkness. Does he know where it went? If he does, he informs the others of its position (without getting nearer to it himself). If he does not, he says something else.**
Eizen couldn't see the beast, it was probably behind one of the pillars very high up, close to the ceiling based on the sound of the climbing noises. Suddenly, it leapt through the air, landing on Sling with its two claws digging into the gunslingers back. The goraptor bent his face down on the elf's neck, opening his jaw to take a bite.
Surprised by being hit from above while he was on watch, Sling did the only thing he could. He fired a shot over his shoulder at the beast and hoped for the best.
The bullet made a loud clank noise as it it had hit metal instead of flesh, as the wild beast turned around to investigate the startling noise that had distracted him from the ensuing meal, it was met with a hard blow to the head that set his body hurdling from the gunman into a roll. With the two adventurers and all of the dwarves behind him, the gorilla raptor charged Eizen, leaping for his back with claws extended.
Sling suddenly felt very ill, the poison may not be fatal and the elf seemed to be able to move just fine but he was very woozy and weak all the same.
Sling staggered to his feet, summoning the focus to pull the slide back on his pistol. Another bullet loaded itself into place as he watched the goraptor charge after the dryad.
Sling- Whatever that thing is its poison...
Sling tried to yell as a warning, but barely got out at normal volume.
**The goraptor assuming it still had the element of surprise at this point may have changed after two orbs of darkness appear - one obscuring its vision as it starts leaping and the other a foot away from the summoner (Alexander), blocking his view of Eizen as well (If summoner is very far away, then more feet. Eizen wants it to be close enough to block view, but otherwise as far away as possible. Like the rest of this plan, Eizen figured this out while standing around [not a spur of the moment thing]).
Eizen simultaneously crouches has the fire dagger shift into along stiletto - even if it doesn't finish length-wise the dagger automatically hardens when touching a body so it's still stabby. Letting the beast jump into the dagger is likely the only way Eizen's going to hurt it. Eizen hopes this thing has vital organs.**
The stilleto only pierced the outermost layer of the beasts thick scaled flesh but it did do that much, lodging into the goraptor. However, the momentum of the charge managed to knock Eizen over with Alexander's summon lying on top of him, snarling and trying to bite at the dryads face, barely held at bay by the dagger.
Sling lined up a shot as best he could, resting the pistol in his off hand to steady his aim. He took a deep breath and squeezed the trigger when he thought his aim was over the creature's spine.
**Eizen calmly, but quickly, pulls a big wad o' shirts form his void realm and stuffs it into the beast's mouth. Followed by more shirts. Some pants too, if that would help. The first stuff is more of a toss, really. If pushing it in with a crowbar would help he has one of those. Eizen would like to keep his hand.**
As Eizen moved his hand off of his dagger, the beast managed to overpower him, dropping directly on top of him and taking a small chuck out of his shoulder before being startled by the gun blast that struck his back. Hissing the goraptor leapt off of the dryad and landed on a dwarf, bringing him to the ground, claws dug into the short mans shoulder. His comrades rushed over as quickly as they could.
Sling mumbled under his breathe as he pulled the slide back on his pistol once more, pacing towards the goraptor with increasing steadiness. His next shot, when it came would hopefully have more impact for the proximity of it.
(I guess it was assumed Eizen was using both hands to hold off beast. Makes sense in hindsight. Thought he had a hand free.)
**Using his other hand, Eizen uses the molten properties of the dagger to expand it into the wound. It auto-hardens and cools when it touches his body, but enough repetitions should cauterize it. Eizen also drops a globe of darkness over the goraptor's head and places a second globe infront of Alexander to block the summoner's view of the battle. If the beast dropped the chunk of flesh when it was startled Eizen voids the chunk.**
The darkness caused the goraptor to go into a panicked frenzy before Sling and his gun could approach from behind, wildly dashing out on all fours before pouncing a poor hapless dwarf girl who had her shield lowered, sinking both claws into the woman's shoulders and bringing her to the ground. The dwarves around her began beating the creature with their shields, seemingly to nigh no effect as the creature sunk his teeth into her neck. Eizen felt the same poison coursing through his veins, although he did score the meat chunk.
**The poison limiting his options, Eizen chooses to keep blocking the summoner's line of sight and to put the goraptor's head back in the darkness, centering the latter orb so that its eyes were covered but the back of the beast's head could still be seen by the attacking dwarves. While casting Eizen staggers just far enough from his prior location to not be there if the gorapter lunges towards the caster's last known location.**
Rather than fire blindly into the darkness, Sling elected to reload his pistol. His hands moving with fluid grace despite the poison, as though it were an action practised a thousand times.
The dwarves finally seemed to have the goraptor pinned down, trapped without any viable option. Increasingly enraged by their friends mauling at the hands of the creature, the dwarves seemed to be getting more vicious, bashing with reckless fury in an attempt to save the downed dwarves life.
Sling finished reloading and lined up a shot carefully. With the goraptor savagely wailing on the downed dwarf, and pinned in all sides by his comrades, Sling felt confident he wasn't going anywhere.
With a carefully time breath, Sling squeezed the trigger and let loose a shot aimed at the goraptor's lower back, hoping to damage whatever passed for a spine in it's summoned form.
The summon let out a mighty scream as a bullet pierced straight threw the beasts lower back. It hit the ground with a tremendous thud as the surviving dwarves began bashing at its body with hammers and axes, Alexander seemed to smile from his throne at the beasts destruction. The cultists began to chant a foreign toung in unison.
