Dogget, your oath sounds fine to me, and your orb is impressive. Would you be willing to perchance say this oath to me before I agree to yours though? It need not be done with your Oathmaker orb though, as I only request your word. I have had some problems with past jobs I would like to avoid where possible. If you do I will happily agree to your oath.
He said with a charming smile on his face while handing a sheet of paper towards Dogget with this on it
Standard Hiring Oath: I X swear that in hiring Olo Eopia for this job I have truthfully disclosed all information to him in regards to what will happen on this job, what my expectations of him are, what he will be paid, and what the agreed upon tasks are. I hire him for the expressly mentioned tasks, and should I require others I will hire him for those separately. If I have not been completely truthful with the aforementioned information, I will be so now.
Damek ignored the commotions around him, watching and waiting to see what Olo would decide. He almost hopped that the man would reject Olo's oath because then they would just be able to leave. Without dealing with such trivial matters.
**Doggett didn't skip a beat despite the onslaught of input. He took the note, scanned it, and nodded with approval. He held up the orb and addressed Olo first.**
Doggett - Perfectly understandable and admirable precaution. I hereby give my oath that in hiring Olo Eopia for this job I have truthfully disclosed all information to him in regards to what will happen on this job, what my expectations of him are, what he will be paid, and what the agreed upon tasks are. I hire him for the expressly mentioned tasks, and should I require others I will hire him for those separately.
**He handed back the paper and crisply made a quarter turn towards Alexis, handing her the stone.**
Doggett - Now I need your oath upon the stone that your intent here is solely as guards for hire, that you mean no harm, mental, physical or spiritual to anyone here nor will you allow any such harm to befall them if it is within your power to prevent it. Nor will you substitute your own judgment for what constitutes harm in place of mine.
**Another sharp quarter turn and he was facing Lady Saleyoni.**
Doggett - Remind me to get some cards like his printed up, I failed to account for the slow trickle of applicants requiring much repetition.

Olo- All seems to be in order then. I Olo Eopia hearby swear that my intent here is solely as a guard for hire, that I mean no harm, mental, physical or spiritual to anyone here nor will I allow any such harm to befall them if it is within my power to prevent it. Nor will I substitute my own judgment for what constitutes harm in place of yours.

Alexis grasped the stone and sighed, she had no qualms about making promises but utterly despised taking oaths under the watch of magical forces, the whole process bore far too great a resemblance to the ramblings of clerics. The woman spoke, making it very clear to such a learned man that she was making her own oath, hoping the general intent satisfied her employer.
Alexis:I affirm that I am here solely as a guard for hire, that I will inflict no intentional harm amongst anyone present and will act to prevent any outside harm that may be attracted. I similarly promise not to substitute my own determinations of harm for the groups.

Damek looked displeased that Olo accepted this quest. However, he walked up after and said, "I Damek hearby swear that my intent here is solely as a guard for hire, that I mean no harm, mental, physical or spiritual to anyone here nor will I allow any such harm to befall them if it is within my power to prevent it. Nor will I substitute my own judgment for what constitutes harm in place of yours. I am a tactician."

"I heard the drill over there, let's do this:
**Places hand on orb**
I, Nervada, hereby swear that my intent here is solely as an awesome guard for hire, that I mean no harm, mental, physical or spiritual to anyone here nor will I allow any such harm to befall them if it is within my power to prevent it. Nor will I substitute my own judgment for what constitutes harm in place of yours. This oath is only valid until you deem I have successfully completed the job or in a year, whichever comes first.
I am good at beating people up, down, and to the right."
**Satisfied with her equipment, Hilde looked around at all the the newcomers. Whatever she saw, she gave nothing away in her expression, it seemed like more than enough for this job. She hoped that wasn't the case.**
**Doggett accepted Nervadas oath and went back to waiting to see if anyone else would show up.**

**A man in a grey cloak muscle squeezed his way through the crowd and up to Doggett. He said something quietly to the man, who peered under his cloak.**
Doggett - I have seen you since...the incident. My condolences. This doesn't seem like your type of job.
**The cloaked man muttered something under his breath, than put his hand on the stone and presumably gave the oath. Doggett nodded and turned away from him.**
Doggett - Okay then. Everyone gather around. Our destination is the northern tundra, to a crystal formation known as the Divine Cradle. There has been some debate however between the chaperones and guards regarding the best means of reaching this point. Some want to just head straight north, through the Alogean Mountains and whatever dangers lurk therein. Others rather detour to Elexia first and take a ship up the coast. Neither way is faster than the other and each comes with its own innate dangers and rewards. I have been told to poll you lot to help break the tie.
Okay, this is the first of multiple choices you are getting to decide the what happens along this quest. There are 9 PCs other than my own, so first option to 5 votes it is.

Alexis- Well call me old fashioned but I always preferred comfortable sea voyages with a crew and a captain to traversing frozen mountains in the bitter cold, but maybe some of the younger children would disagree with me.
Hilde - The sea is unpredictable, and even more unforgiving (the woman made a sign that she pushed away from her body to ward off evil), I am for the mountain journey.
Nervada - "These two have a point. The sea route COULD be fun, but it could be boring as well. The sea is unpredictable like that. At least traversing a frozen mountain in the bitter cold will give me some exercise, eh? I vote mountain."
