" Indeed we shall." Lucien said with a small smirk, tilting his hat slightly as his eyes glowed bluer. behind him a fog began to creep up and vague figures could made out here and there, as the barrier between the physcial world and the spirtual one began to weaken as his mana gathered
As the small jolt of electricity hit, it tingled down to his toes as he then said " Well, that names certainly a mouthful." he said with a chuckle, not letting the it show the bit of pain the shock had given him " Not that mines much better Lucien Riano,at your service." As he spoke a wind picked up behind him, from the grey mist came a ragged geist in chains riding the winds
The spirit faded away as another bolt struck him, this one a little harder to laugh off, but he managed " You have any more tricks then that?" he asked playfully " because I think eventually the hairs on the back of my neck are going to tire of standing on end." The wind picked up further as from the mist came a much larger ghost. It's skeletal face in a twisted grin and it's body in the shape of an angel, it radiated with light, though what the light was for remained to be seen. As the ghost he had summon before rose back up, looking stronger than before and radiating the light from the twisted angel
Reminder: Your toughness takes into account ALL forms of damage.
Baa'El frowned. "Seems your friends don't know how to play dead very well."
She aimed both of her hands at the geists. Lightning filled the air, striking both geists. They crackled with electrical energy. Baa'El looked rather tired from the force of the blast.
Lucien smiled, he was beginning to get a hang of how this Nacatl operated. " Yes their stubborn that way, as you'll soon see." From the grey mists two more of the ragged ghosts emerged, once again circling above him as they rode the wind.
One of the giest dissipated as another bolt tingled through his body " Yes, always a tricky choice between pets or their master." he said wryly "But I needed to force your hand a bit to see which you'd choose my dear" With that his eyes glowed even brighter as from the mist a trio of ghosts broke through the mists each liked by a chain that bound them together. After that a familair angelic shape emerged it's blue glow surrounding the other giests at his disposal. Finally his formerly felled giest reappeared equally strengthened by the glow.
For the first time since this had began Lucien seemed ragged, clearly this move had taken some doing, nearly draining him. However he looked to the geist that had survived her last onslaught and pointed at the Nacatl. The geist dove down for the attack
Lucien gave a smirk and said "...and here i thought you didn't have any new tricks...okay I'll play" He gestured to the Trio of ghosts as they descended to block the charging beast
"Like you didn't see this coming." She smirked as she let a bolt smack the ghosts as the elemental hit them. Then the lightning faded, the elemental was gone.
" Well I'd be lying if I said I didn't." Lucien said returning the smirk. The wind picked up again. It had gone from a light breeze to strong gust, yet some how, Lucien hat managed to stay firmly on his head. He then gestured forward as a faceless spectre emerged from the shadows, bolstered by the wind and empowered by the larger ghost it soon grew in length.
He then gestured forward and the two ragged ghosts and the larger twisted angel riding the wind charged forward to attack
"Quite a show of force from such a gentleman." Baa'El said, smirking. She took down the troublesome ghost that didn't die with two large bolts, but the other two struck her. She began to look a little battered.
"I've claimed to be many things over the years, but a gentleman wasn't one of them though." he said correcting her with a low chuckle. " I can get my hands dirty if I have to."
Baa'El sat on the ground. "I can't see much of a way to win against your ghastly force." She was breathing rather heavily, "Sorry sweetie. I'm going to have to call this before I get myself battered and killed. I still have Quinne to trounce."
She waited for Bob to end the match, "You know, I really don't fancy using my pet. I like to do everything by myself. I'm just stubborn that way." She beamed at him.
" A self made she-cat eh?, I can appreciate that." Lucien said as the wind died and the fog faded, his ghosts fading away into nothingness " And, despite your need to give me those...numerous shocks, it was a fun dance." he said with a chuckle
Bob appears in a puff of multicolored smoke. "Not ver' nice, pushin 'round our sweet little Bell there, Lucien. By the way, Bell, he's up in de rafters watching ye." Bob waves his hands, sending beams of light to the combatants, healing them of their energies, and granting Lucien knowledge. Bob disappears in a puff of smoke, but not before sending up a bolt of energy, knocking Quinne to the ground below.
Lucien is granted 1xp for defeating a walker of his level, by way of concession.
"That was completely uncalled for Bob!.......Oh nuts!" Quinne says, running back to the stands.
