Hastily thought gambits FTW! also, someone forgot to turn on spell check, it seems
As Wynn awoke to the sound of the woman entering her room, she recollected what strange images she had seen...the other three girls, a foggy explanation of what was happening to her, and now the recent images of Mishra, keeping his end of the bargain. That act of self-control told Wynn she could truly trust him...until something proved otherwise. After lifting herself into a sitting position, Wynn spoke.
"Yes, I'm Wynn Aeros. Thank you for coming...the pain's still there, but it doesn't hurt much if I don't move it..." She instinctively rubbed the area around the break, as if it would do any good...

OOC: I don't even have the spell check for one and two I pride myself on my horrible spelling.
Woman: Here let me have a look at it.
The woman comes over to the bed where Wynn is sitting and begins to unwrap Wynns wounded leg. Once exposed she channels a little bit of blue and white mana to her hands. Holding them over the leg she seems to be analyzing the extent of the damage. Pausing she begins to speak.
Woman: This break is pretty bad but you are in luck that I should be able to have you walking in again in about a weeks time. Now I will begin.
Slowly but surely she sets to work. Her hands glow bighter and she pulls out a small dish it begins to glow with a healing mist.
Woman: Here drink this.
She continues to work and you can feel as the bones seem to fall back into place. The healer seems to know for sure what she is doing. Once done she packs up some of her things she had pulled out and gets ready to leave.
Woman: Now be careful on that leg it will be some time before it is at full strength but at least you should be able to hobble around a little. Just take it easy.
As she begins to leave she pulls out a scrool with the mark of the Azorious on it.
Woman: Oh yes I forgot I was told to deleiver this to you. It is a formal invitation to join the Azorious guild should you wish to do so. Some of your house superiors reccomended you. Now I must leave.
The woman leaves and the scroll is left on a dresser near the door.

Mierin walks into the House foyer and notices her hawk sitting on a bookcase. She gestures, and the creature flies down to her and promptly disappears when it touches her. The scroll tied to its leg drops into her hand, and she slips it into a pocket of her cloak. She looks around at the area and sighs, "Great, more waiting." Sitting at a table, she begins shuffling her deck of cards.

An seraph comes to greet you. In an angelic voice it begins to address you.
Seraph: So you have come to join the house have you now. The bird you sent here told me so. So here take this coin as your sign of acceptance into the house of the Paladins. Now if you don't have any questions I will show you to your room.

"You gotta admit it's true, it's boring to just be sitting around, not doing any-"
"Can you all just shut it? I'm getting up!" Tired of hearing the voices, Wynn screamed her thought inside her mind, and all was quiet. Opening her eyes, it took her a few seconds to get everything straight.
"Okay, let's get everything lined up. My name is Wynn Aeros. I'm a mage-in-training in House Benalia of the City of Estark. My leg was broken but now I think it's fixed well enough to not need that chair.
Oh, and I'm officially a servant of a delusional artificer who's trying to overthrow his bond to the greatest evil the plane has ever known. Seems to cover everything..."
Then she remembered; the Azorious mage that healed her leg also gave her a scroll with a guild invitation. Apparently her acts during the invasion impressed whoever was in charge. It was an offer she didn't think she should refuse...She opened the scroll, hoping there were some sort of instructions on where the guildhouse was located...

As Wynn opens the paper she finds that it contains no directions to any guildhouse but rather a challenge.
Greetings Wynn we of the Azorious extend an invitation for you to join our fine order. It seems that the judge council has taken favor in you. But in order to proceed with your initiation you will need to pass a series of challenges. The first of which involves you facing off against a current member of our house. If you accept this challenge come to the arena. We will meet you there and guild you to our Guilds battle field to meet our first challenge.

Hasha drug her "special delivery" into the wall and began the ponderous tack of dragging the unhelpful corpse up to the top of the building. She left it in a secure location and scouted ahead, as this was a building she hadn't yet been in. She'd had to slip in through a back entrance just to get in. After some searching, she located the masters room and a way in. The corpse seemed bent on a final resistance, its rigid limps catching on every surface it passed and impeding progress. After much tugging and pulling, a triumphant ferret plopped a smelly corpse down on the middle of the house master bed and scurried off into the wall, out of the building, and into the night.

Standing at the door is an initiate of the house. He's bouncing on the balls of his feet and looks flushed. He holds out a scroll to Falnir. "I was told to give you this by a very stern woman that I don't want to cross.
When you open the scroll, it says:
“Falnir, you are being considered for a promotion to a higher tier within the House. If you are interested in serving the House in such a manner, you are to be prepared in your rooms at precisely 10:30 tomorrow morning. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in your invitation being destroyed.”

Falnir enters, and the woman behind the desk looks at him and begins with no fanfare. “My name is Lady Masako. I represent the inner circle of House Benalia to the lower-ranked initiates. If you are truly interested in joining a higher tier, there is something that needs to be done. There is a grove within the city that is maintained by the Selesnya. We use it, the Shanodia uses it and the Guild itself uses it. No one else is permitted entry. Recently, three members of Selesnya’s gardeners went in to do their weekly maintenance and never came out. This report just reached me due to House Master Capashen being missing. I can only imagine how disorganized Shanodia is. Normally, I would send a team of initiates to deal with this, but I believe that you can handle this on your own. I want you to find out what happened to the gardeners and, if there are any significant problems, deal with them in a manner befitting a member of House Benalia.”
