Mar notices the lack of competition in the handshake, and approves. This promises to be a good partnership He also takes the raised hand as tacit approval to examine it, from a distance of course. He's not nearly impolite enough to grab someone else's hand, even if there is a rather impressive system for filtering mana on it. "Fascinating. I admit that I have a small interest in the bonds, literal and otherwise, that hold the world together. If we were not pressed for time I would like to take a closer look at how it filters. And speaking of pressed for time, I will need to stop by Frankie's for a few moments, but other than that I am ready to begin as soon as you are; I do not anticipate that it will take long to pick up what I need."
[OOC]Do I need to actually go to Frankie's/wheerever to redeem the quest reward, or can I just have that happen offscreen once the quest threads go up and mention that I picked up something in my first post there?[/OOC]
Going ahead and saying that you got it on the way out's a good idea. In fact...
Saffi coughs for a moment.
"I've actually had a talk with Frankie. He's bringing his stock to my store as we speak, so that the mages can pick up spells on the way to their portals."
She gestures to the rest.
"If you have nothing further to do in the city, please make your way to my shop."
And to your individual threads, which should be going up momentarily.
Erin swiftly makes her way towards Saffi's shop. She'll meet her teammate there.
Having just arrived in Estark, when Hróðvitnir saw the destruction and the guards that were near it he decided it would be in his best interest to find the place he had come seeking, the home of other users of the forces of woods, The House of Shanodia Druids, before he got involved in what was happening around him.
Having been addressed, Hróðvitnir quickly turns around to find a few mages standing near the rubble. He notes in his mind that due to the imposing energies they each give off that they are probably the tops around here. "Oh, thank you, I was told that if I were a mage and new around here, that the best places to head would be the Houses," he says looking at the zombie in particular.
Okay, so this isn't what Hróðvitnir had expected. A zombie, he was obviously the leader of the house of black mages. Where he had come from the zombies did not lead anything, they only ate and multiplied led by the crazy humans that had raised or even created them combining body parts into horrifying skaabs."Allow me to introduce myself, I am named Hróðvitnir, it is a pleasure to meet all of you," although still wary of the large zombie, if the others around him did not fear him he must a powerful mage and leader, so it was in his best interest to forget his past experiences. "I would like to know if you could show me the way to the House of the Shanodia Druids or its leader perhaps."
An elf steps forward towards Hróðvitnir. "That would be my department," he says. "I am Rofellos, leader of House Shanodia. What can we do for you?"
---
Korlash looks over at Gully. "We have a few rogues that need capturing. Most of them have fled to planes we either have no information on, or our information isn't recent. You'll be sent to one of these." A quick consultation with the other House Leaders follows.
"You're grouped with Mar and Cyouni. Meet them at Saffi's as soon as you're ready to head out."
As Rofellos walks toward him, Hróðvitnir can feel his powerful connection with the woods. "Hello. I am here to join House Shanodia, if it would be possible. You look very busy," he says sensing the urgency within the group caused by the destruction. "I can come back later if that would be best,"
"No need." Rofellos smiles, fishing a wooden coin emblazoned with the symbol of House Shanodia and presents it to Hróðvitnir. "Welcome. You can pick a room when you get back to the House. In the meantime, we need all the mages we can get."
"Okay, I'll head there immediately. Thanks for this opportunity, sir." And with those words, Hróðvitnir was gone like a green blur. He did not know what was going on but he did know that if his new leader said he needed something done, it was his job to do it.

Understood, I will head there now.
She says with a slight bow. She then heads to Saffi's.
Teaming with Cyouni again...well at least I know that two of us are strong. I wonder what Mar brings?
Since i have re-read through the old teresare quest thread, i finaly noticed that i did get the xp, and that i have been sitting on a ship in the docks, or rather sleeping in an alcove at the docks, for quite a long time, most likely having more dreams with Marit Lage. If it's alright, i'll just continue from there?
Waking from the voyage home, angered at the fact that he couldn't reach his Mistress, and more pressing given his current locale, failed in getting the stone that sings for his House and Lord Korlash. Looking towards his new home, Evan is startled by the plumes of smoke rising from the general direction of his House.

Upon arriving at the now ruined remains of his House, Evan looks for anyone that may be able to tell him what has happened to his home, and to see if anyone needs any help, constantly keeping an eye out for Lord Korlash.

Gully quickly makes her way from the Druid House to the remains of the Warlock House. She stops as the rubble comes into view.
Whoa.
She sees the gathering of Mages from across the Magic Houses of Estark and makes her way over. Seeing Korlash she goes to him.
House Master Korlash, I have come to help. How may I be useful?
