Massive update to this thread and to the forum itself at large. If there are any questions or problems with the current set up, PM me rather than posting here. If you have questions regarding why a deck isn't here/anymore, please post them rather than PMing me.
Goblins actually has 10 top 8s in MODO PEs since 8-5-2007, which ranks it Tied 4th with RW(g) Boros. I'll include my chart in this post; perhaps it will provoke some discussion here as to what decks make up the metagame.
Bridge Dredge 9 Goyf RDW 9 Tog, Variants 17 Trinket Goyf 3 AggroLoam 18 Goblins 10 T E P S 15 Boros w/ Goyf 10 Zoo 6 Ux Tron Variants 7 Rock Variants 6 Tooth and Nail 2 GW Beats 3 Affinity 1 Chant 1 Aggro Flow 2 Enduring Ideal 5 Rogue 4
***NOTE*** A few more of those Tog variants may actually be the Trinket Goyf decks that sort of emerged from TrinketTog decks splashing Goyf and then dropping tog altogether. I didn't catch that right away; I saw basically the same deck it took me a bit to realize I wasn't seeing tog anymore.
If anyone has any questions/suggestions about the archetype classifications or wants more definition as to what each describes, feel free to chime in.
Following these PE top 8s is something I plan to keep doing for my own benefit, but if people want, I can post them here; a la Offkorn, but I don't plan to go as in depth as he depth as he did with all the partial decklists as thats a lot of monotonous work.
Please, everyone help me keep these to a minimum...

Do you know what those Goblin builds look like?
A good many of those goblin top 8s are by the same person; one jimdownside. A close approximation of his list would be something like:

Shouldn't next level blue be somewhere around here? It seems pretty popular on modo and is probably doing moderately well in the PTQs.
The deck BDM identified as Next Level Blue in his article looks more like CRC to me. Detroit didn't upload their results, so we don't have Chapin's list readily available. I'll hunt around for it later (about to leave work now) and see what I can post tomorrow.
I just wanted to say that I read the original post's breakdown of the decks and I am not trying to be a stickler but Terravore is no longer the "Flagship" creature of Aggro Loam but Countryside Crusher is. Which has added alot of power to the deck.f

you must be out of your mind. Terravore comes down huge, and has trample, CC has to wait to get big, and gets chumped by a arcbound worker. It also dies to the same ol' removal as Vore, so how is it better, if anything, Crusher just feeds Vore.
HEY. Save the personal attacks for your boyfriend! I may have misworded Flagship and meant Co-Star since both creatures are stellar.
Seriously the CC net's the deck gas for the Assault and helps you get Loams or burn which gets it even bigger when you Loam back 3 land to your hand and chunk them at the opponent with Assaults. If you haven't done the testing be quiet.

You didn't say anything like that, you said it was the flagship creature, if you misword a post go back and edit it, also, that wasn't a flame, as I am not angry, that was an opinion, grow up.
What's with the anti-goblin crusade? Goblins definitely deserve a spot on the list.

I was talked into attending GP philly this sat and haven't played any magic in a few months. All i have built for ext. is Dark kitty, the combo-ish goblin build. I was just curious as to why I have not seen so much as of a single mention of the deck anywhere? Am I missing something? Is there a deck or decks that just dominate this, thus the reason for it not being around? It still seems better to me than the straight gobbo versions I've seen posted. Like I said I haven't been keeping up with MTG, please fill me in if you can.
Thanks, plastic.....

You seriously didn't need a post here and a new thread.
Dirty Kitty modified itself into a more straight-Goblins build with the coming of Lorwyn and Morningtide, especially as Extended got more aggressive.

I used to write for MTGS, including Cranial Insertion and cube articles. Good on you if you can find those after the upgrade.

I wouldn't either, I'll be the first to admit that crusher is a great addition, but to say its the best creature is flat out rediculous.

Cleaned up decks and where they are in the Competitive queue. Moved things around, mostly, based on PTQ showings.
The rotation in October will probably bring MODO and IRL Extended into perfect allignment, as all of the "Beta" power cards will rotate out.
