This is an old card, but it's white and it draws. Why is it this cheap. For the worst drawing color of Magic this spell is actually a bargain! Oblation is the card I'm talking about.

hey i have managed to evolve my axolotls by feeding them thyroid glands the thyroxine contained in these gland is enough to change these water dwelling creatures into land based creatures

Tay, that's not evolution. It's metamorphosis. Evolution means descent with heritable modification – individuals cannot evolve, unless they're Pokemon.

Probably because you have to shuffle a permanent into your library, and white decks usually play control not maintaining many permanents. But now that i think about it can save creatures from going to grave, but thats a rare case.
True but imagine you use many tokens, or just a land card. I think that's not a bad deal for the worst card drawing color. Remove a land from the game, draw two cards. Or, remove a token, or whatsoever.

Still a neutral CA. why? Because you must have spent another card to produce the Token. That is, unless that Token was produced from Forbidden Orchard.:-/ And don't even try to start with targetting your own lands because it's basically a bad idea to take away your own land without a replacement for it or a more adequate reasons to take the land away.

On the works: Leyline Deck Wins
:symbu:Null 'n Void:symbu:
Decks built:
:symg::symb::symr::symw::symu:ChangelingsUWRBG
:symru:16 land Ignite Memories Combo:symru:
:symbu:Hunted Singularity:symbu:
Oblation was used in some decks back in it's standard days. I briefly used it in decks with Decree of Justice, making several tokens with the cycle ability, then Oblationing one away for 2x cards. The thing I liked about it when I played it was the versatility. I won a few games Oblationing my last Exalted Angel back into my deck. It can also be used for removal, and while your opponent gets card advantage out of it, card advantage doesn't always help them. All in all, it is a very fair card, I would rather use Oblivion Ring nowadays however.

Hmm, Missed that, thanks for the heads up.:p
Anyway, getting rid of one of your permanents is still bad unless they have some sort of leaves play ability or something.:-/
