I love this show. I mean from the Janitor and Dr. Cox to JD's and Turk's friendship. I'm actually waiting for all of season 6 to come out before I start watching it.
The one thing that disappoints me but no terribly is the cliffhanger for each season, except for possibly season 4. Additionally, Scrubs proudly holds the title of having my favorite episode out of any tv show. Season 5's My Lunch where *spoilers*
Cox has his breakdown. I'm more attached to the characters in this show than any other, and so it was really a shock but it was tastefully done imo.
This show is one of the best comedies on TV I have seen in a long time that wasn't animated. It's SO MUCH MORE than a satirical comedy, but it always keeps those basic comedic elements there even through all the rest.
I started by borrowing my sister's season 1 DVDs, then snagging all the other seasons and watching them all at once.
My favourite episode is from Season 4 when Elliott has the patient that is a long-term heroin addict and he needs a new heart valve. I laughed so hard in that episode.
I've gotten into it recently, my gf LOVES it SOOOO much, that I have to also watch it, lol. I kinda like how it tries to be serious, but then has cartoonish gags and bends reality a-bit. Anyways, good show.
I've developed a strange obsession with this show recently. It's the only show on TV where I can actually feel for the characters. It also has a lot of stuff that can hit home, like when Brendan Frasier dies. The fact that it is also amazingly funny helps too.
LOS ANGELES, California (Hollywood Reporter) -- Zach Braff is about to land a big payday, as long as his hospital comedy "Scrubs" gets renewed by NBC for a seventh season.
The actor has cut a one-year deal with "Scrubs" producer ABC TV Studio that will pay him about $350,000 per episode for the 2007-08 season of "Scrubs," sources said. Each season consists of about two dozen episodes.
Braff's deal is contingent on NBC picking up the show for a seventh year, which is expected, notwithstanding its lowly season-to-date viewership of 6.9 million people, according to Nielsen Media Research.
Looks like there will be one more season.
