Hey I'm looking for some Challenge Runs to play on the pokemon games. Every time I keep searching online I just get very few lists. Anyone have a link to an all purpose list or suggestions for some good ones?

The only pokemon you may ever use in combat is Bibarel. GO!
I can't say I'm fond of the concept of KO = Permanent Death but that seems to be a big go-to challenge. "Nuzlocke" is a popular, well-thought-out, nearly impossible mode. But I'm sure you've heard of it if you already went through Google.
As for other ones, you could try:
Never evolving your Pokemon
Going with only a Pikachu, or Bidoof
Only using the first 6 Pokemon you catch
Going off the one above this, find a way to get 6 mystery Eggs from other games/people and use them as your 6 Pokemon throughout the game.
Set up your game (through trades or something) so that you only use a team of that Generation's 3 starters and no other Pokemon
Or just 3 Pokemon in general
This money theme. It'd be pretty tough. You'd have to make use of your berries.
Only two moves per Pokemon or something crazy like that.
The only items allowed are those necessary to progress the story and get the team you want, i.e. key items, Pokeballs, evolutionary items, etc. Anything not necessary (TMs, potions, hold items, etc.) is not allowed.
You can even mix some of those ideas together too.
Have you done any so far? Which ones? I've never done one but I'm interested.
About Frox: for nearly 10 years, Frox has been helping women look good and feel great in easy-fit, mix-and-match, and work-to-weekend with just a few pieces by helping them make the right choices when it comes to clothing and accessories.
How about a monotype run? Only use pokemon that share a type. I already did successful monotype runs in 4th gen on water and poison (released everything else after catching my first Zubat, then went from there - the first few levels with it were hell!).
Nuzlocke is cool. Took me three tries to bring the champ down in Emerald. Ludicolo did so much work there.
A friend currently does an Eeveelution run (only Eevee and its evolutions) on Black 2, seems to be quite interesting too.

So, you can use a Flying/Poison type and a Fighting/Poison type on the same team, for instance? I would consider doing a monotype run with Poison too.

Did it make you want to jump through a window sometimes? Just how challenging was it?

Exactly. Try it, it's fun!

Stuff going EXPLOSION or SELFDESTRUCT or landing unfortunate crits on crucial team-members sometimes nearly made me eat my DS. Also, team building can be quite tricky, as you might miss out on important types (HM Fly? Good luck on having a bird!). Lacking a ground type, the electric gym was the horror. Especially that Voltorb at the end. I tried to one-shot it with Kadabra, but of course, it survived with like 1 hitpoint and promptly blew up. Selfdestruct critical, bye Kadabra. AAAAARGH!
Or flying gym. I walk in, all self-secure, because my Magneton is SO going to demolish that gym. Turns out that Altaria has Earthquake. Good Game.
I do not have the guts to do a Nuzlocke run. I like the more theme like kind of runs, I'm trying to think up a Justice League kind of run, I know that is pretty nerdy but still.

Why doesn't Magneton have levitate? It floats like Bronzong does.

Sounds like he might have been playing Red, Blue, or Yellow. Lol nevermind.
I LOVE Nuzlocke. It makes the game so much more immersive, since you actually care about your pokemon. Regardless of what they are.
Reminds me of the anime from when I was a kid =)
I think I might try one out. I have one of every Generation (including the remakes), and it's been a while since I've played any so I probably don't have a higher comfort level with a certain gen compared to another one right now. Any suggestions on where to start?

Magnet Pull or Sturdy. No levitate. Just looks floaty, unfortunately.
Coolest thing about Nuzlocke is truly that you fall in love with pokemon you'd never consider using on a normal run.
Hmmm ... I could reset my SoulSilver and go on a Nuzlocke run. Yeah! Let's do this!
Ok, I take the Totodile. A name for something blue, male, with a big mouth. Hm ... JACE!
Yeah, I'm playing a Nuzlocke on my old Emerald. I'm at the fourth gym and I've already lost three guys, mostly to my stupidity.
I'm finding permanent death does one of two things: It either makes you care for your Pokemon and every death becomes a sad moment, or you stop caring at all and just fight with competitive efficiency.

Wait, something's wrong with Nutzlocke. If you ban Pokemon Centers, how is it reasonable to expect someone to finish the game? You'd run out of PP long before then.

I've never heard of someone banning Pokemon Centers all together. I've heard of limiting uses to like 3 per city but that's it, although that's a stupid idea too.

It is
but i like if a pokemon faints, it "dies" (you can't use it again)

I was hoping for a Samurai challenge, like based off Legend of Five Rings, Samurai Jack...idk...something interesting.

Also if you run into a rare pokemon it actually FEELS like a rare pokemon. I remember catching a clefairy in a Fire Red nuzlocke and freaking out.

He gets Magnet Rise, and prevents any steel pokemon from escaping.
Wait a second. Steel is ... super effective against rock, right.
DAAAAH!
*facepalm*
