Yeah, that's why I know I would have won had I built normally. He wasn't a very good player =P
New Vladimirs believe they are god like. Unstoppable killing machines.
I just farm and stay out of the way, harass with my Q if you get too close.
I've seen a Vladimir lose a lane to a mid-lane Kayle because he was not being cautious and was after Kayle's blood.
I personally build my Vladimir to be more of an off-tank.
EDIT: Man I can't wait to try the Jungle out with my trusty jungler; Hecarim the Headless Horseman. Now maybe its just me but I really want to try building that Spirit of the Elder Lizard or Spirit of the Wraith on him now with a slow item like Iceborn Gauntlets or Frozen Mallet.

Hecarim is my main man and the only champion I've jungled with so far in S3. The first clear is rougher than before; you won't get to gank the lanes unless you abandon farm. I've built him exactly like that, Spirit of the Elder Lizard and Iceborn Gauntlets. It is a lot of fun, they're both really good items with him and with more accessible movement speed boosts, his recent attack buff, and the godliness of Black Cleaver, I've been building him as an additional late-game AD carry and chaser and it has been a blast to play. I'm only level 24 so YMMV, but I'm having a lot of fun regardless GOTTA GO FAST
Black Cleaver is either going to see an increase in cost or a nerf. I love it, but it has to happen. And I'll stick with Olaf. He's strong and pretty fun. Diana as a second.
I think Liandra's Torment is more busted than Cleaver. The thing that makes cleaver is the new calculation for arp: % reductions are now applied before static/flat reductions.

You would be 100% correct with Liandra's Torment. I've already stated how insane that thing is on Cassiopeia but I recently got to find out how insane it is on pretty much anyone. I built that thing on Ahri for example and I was seeing damage that I used to only see when I had a fully stacked Soulstealer+Deathcap builds.
The shear amount of damage it adds, especially if you build Rylias in addition to it, is simply insane.
That multiple arrows thing... the new one that builds out of a few daggers and a recurve bow... I found out that it applies Teemo's poison.
That's busted.
Hurricane is the item you are thinking off and if you combined it+Liandra's Torment+Frozen Mallet/Rylias people just melt.

People get crushed in lane, build this item, and suddenly are back in the game. Akali and Diana with this item are just stupid.

Thing is, you don't have to get Rylais if your team already has any movement impairment effects. As a random example, Nunu could be ulting and you'd be getting full burn damage on aoe spells.

I underlined a specific portion because it's not entirely correct. The order for armor calculations is % reduction, flat reduction, % penetration, flat penetration. reductions will always stack before penetration because reductions are a debuff on the opponent and penetrations are a self buff.
Liandry's torment is an amazing item, but since it does a % of their current health (and not maximum) the utility isn't quite as high as you would expect. It's still an amazing item, but it's not the end all be all for casters because there are more than a few that don't want it (veigar, leblanc, to name two).

Two casters that are designed to blow you up in literally 1 second don't want it? Sorry to sound like an *******, but no ****.
Thanks for the correction on armor reduction/penetration. Do you know if BC debuffs stack separately for different wielders?

Liandry's gets worse the more bursty you get. It's an item meant to give AP casters extra reach in their ability to poke and give sustained damage dealers more power (i.e.: morde). The dot scales down with time, and it takes a decent amount of time to get to that 5%. It's only reasonable to say that most of the burstier casters are going to get more damage out of pushing towards a deathcap than liandry's

Black Cleaver will never stack past 4 debuffs. If you had two people using it, one attack from each of them will put the person at 2 debuffs.

Rather than give you the answers, I'm going to explain the thought process behind it (the answers should become apparent)
Malzahar: Is the new Mask worth it? Is the new Archangel's Staff?
1. How long does it take Mal'zahar to kill someone, does the time to die decrease or increase with Liandry's Torment instead of a deathcap?
2. Does Mal'zahar actually need the extra mana?
Cho: What do I get now that FoN is no longer a thing?
What OTHER big magic resistance items got created
Udyr: Are the new jungle items worth getting?
When are they not worth getting?
Ryze: Frozen Heart? Or the Iceborn Gauntlet?
When does Ryze Autoattack?

So I've noticed that with the new jungle Shyvana has gotten even better than she used to be, honestly didn't think that was possible O.o
Because she is able to pretty much 1v1 anyone in the jungle save perhaps a mundo who knows how to kite with cleavers, she can run around and take whatever the hell she wants. This has allowed me to not only stay up to level with my laners, while feeding them my buffs and giving wraiths to mid, but also have spare gold after items for wards, last game was even able to kebuy pinks to stay on top of a jungle Eve. Between the dominance I have over other junglers and the map control I can create I have been able to make every jungler I have gone against completely irrelevent by mid game with vision preventing ganks and my counter jungling taking their farm. All that considered I have yet to lose a single game jungling Shyvana since this new patch.
On top of all this I really haven't changed my build on her at all, although I have considered giving the Tiamat a new go if I could ever get to actually finish my build with a 6th item that doesn't have to be a GA.
How to build ap Nunu? I build ninja Tabi, Iceborn Gauntlet, rabadons deathcap and than needlessly large rod etc.(for ap boost), but i want item, that is useful more than simply ap
boots -> catalyst -> sorcerer's shoes -> rod of ages -> rabadon's deathcap -> situational.

I like Liandry's mainly because I've been used to getting Haunting Guise earlier and then selling it late. Rocking an Abyssal+Guise+Sorc Shoes means mid game you deal an insane amount of damage.
On the Torment with Teemo, unless the LoL wiki is wrong (which is entirely possible, seeing as I haven't tested it) It says it won't apply his Toxic Shot.
This item has strong synergy with Rylai's Crystal Scepter, as it will slow champions on-spell-hit and apply the debuff, which will deal double damage because of the slow.
Also, I've been toying with the hurricane on almost anyone with an on-hit. Kennen is honestly pretty fun with it.You won't mark all 3, but it adds stacks like no tomorrow. Cait is pretty with it too. I'm honestly loving the new items in general. It is adding so much variation to everything.

Does that thing's 5% damage trigger on Teemo's auto attacks because of his poison?

Bingo, and it refreshes with every tick of the dot just like Singed/Cassio poisons and Swain/Brand DoTs.
