Just played through the first dungeon (AC, or something). It was really fun. It reminded me of the dungeons of WoW from the days of vanilla: very challenging. Though there is some incongruity in the strength of trash mobs vs bosses I had loads of fun.
HOWEVER: I think the repair costs are too high, or dungeons don't drop enough money. We wiped a few times in the beginning because we were figuring out how the team stuff worked and I ranked up a total cost of 5 silver in repairs (from my meagre 40 silver stash, which I really need to save because I won't have 1G at level 40). And in theory: that's not a problem. What was a problem that I did not get my 5 silver back. Sure, I might when selling the loot and everything, but firstly it'll be very hard to sell that stuff because let's face it: level 30 people will not buy that much loot from the AH and vendoring it will not earn me 5 silver either.

We have laboured long to build a heaven, only to find it populated with horrors.
I've actually had good results by dungeon running with my guild. We can clear all three exploration paths of Ascalonian Catacombs in about an hour and fifteen minutes - if we're slow. In that time we'll make about 1 gold worth of profit. There's lots of profit to be made if everyone actually knows what they're doing, takes 5 minutes to put together a synergistic team composition, and doesn't spend half the boss fights walking back from the respawn.
The hardest boss in Exploration Mode AC is the final boss on the Asura path. And that's just because he likes to oneshot you if you don't have a full endurance bar.
edit: Ascalonian Catacombs story mode is particularly rough for new players to the game. It's like learning to swim by jumping into the ocean. You have a boatload of mechanics that most people simply don't understand at that level (lol red circles? wut?) and people still try to force the trinity. Granted, the trinity still exists but it's more along the lines of everyone needing to play that trinity as opposed to only playing one role. Bosses have 2-3 big hits that need to be dodged. Once you understand that every boss has an obvious animation you can generally find it after the first or second time.
Even if the author is silenced, the performance is stopped, the story will not end.
Whether it's a comedy or a tragedy, if there is cheering, the story will continue on.
Just like the many lives.
For the us who are still in it and still in the journey, send warm blessings.
- We will continue to walk down this path until eternity.
Candy Corn, or how to make money selling Achievements 101.
I can't believe they put exotic Mad King recipes out there. I'm still working on my first Exotic set so spending 2g on a pattern was hard to justify.

Out of the blackness and stench of the engulfing swamp emerged a shimmering figure. Only the splattered armor and ichor-stained sword hinted at the unfathomable evil the knight had just laid waste.
