ah, gotcha. i was figuring you already changed your team name derp. lol.
Should be pretty interesting this year. Now i'm really debating if i should draft Brady again this year if he comes my way. we all know what happend last year.
There's just a little piece of me that thinks Brady will not be as mobile as he used to be with that surgery.

It takes most people about two years to recover from that kind of surgery when it goes well. Don't expect Brady to be doing much when he had a bacterial infection in his knee to complicate things. It just isn't going to happen. Brady is a good quarterback, but don't expect him to be able to transcend basic human anatomy. If it's torn, it's torn.

While I'll most certainly agree that I don't expect Brady to completely return to form, I don't expect him to become average either. It's just too risky to waste a high draft pick on him IMO
i'll take matt ryan over him though. that's for dam sure. I'm done with any flippin Eagles players. everyone i used last year was always having a flip-flop season. 1 week great, next week bad....

Consistency is a good thing. I broke my cardinal rule last year taking Santonio Holmes in a good number of leagues. You don't take WR's in the first half of the draft if they play on a run first team. Needless to say I WONT be doing that again this year LOL
Is it just me or has this offseason been unusually uneventful? I sure hope it starts to pick up or this is going to be the longest hiatus between the end of hockey season and the beginning of football season ever. No one's getting shot or arrested. Hell, even Vick's release from jail has been less talked about than I expected (not that I'm complaining about this one).
Also, still looking for 8 more MTGS members to fill up a third fantasy league
Late July? i really doubt that one. I believe that our drafts last year was in Mid-August to late-August.
Yup. I prefer to wait until mid to end of the preseason so injuries etc can be accounted for prior to the draft. I'm just starting early because it gives us longer to fill up leagues and agree on draft dates/times convenient for the majority (last year is was a Saturday night I do believe).
Still need 6 more interested MTGS members to fill last available slots.
Fantasy draft? When? Useing what site? Or just drafting here on Salvation? Anyway if there is a slot open I would love to join this, I usually jump in 2 or 3 of these every football season.
Hate to burst your bubble but nothing is official with Farve just yet. This article was just done yesterday about Childress desputing reports about a deadline for Favre.

ESPN and yes, there are open spots remaining. PM me your email address and I'll send you an invite
Meh, maybe it's just me, but I really don't see the Eagles winning a Super Bowl with McNabb at the helm. I know a lot of the teams losing factors include defense, but I just got a weird feeling about it.
I would of liked to see ask for a trade. Seeing him go to the Vikings would be nice.
...but no.....we're probably gona be seeing the Diva over there soon enough.

Nice is the understatement of the year. We're staring down the barrel of Brett Favre or TAINT Jackson running the team, I would take pretty much any starting QB over either of them.
