No one has mentioned Bad Religion, They are second ONLY to clash.
Also...
Anyone know when Bad Religion will be doing tours in Ohio again, or if they even will still tour with The empire strikes first? thanks.

I think you mean "PoN", but it seems to me that "PwN" is more appropriate
(the 'w' stands for 'win', I think)

I think that WoTC felt that a lot of the players thought Standard was becoming mundane and a joke from all the nuked cards floating around. R&D took a vacation, and MaRo just started reprinting things.

I don't know if they're touring in Ohio, but they're starting a Canadian/Northeast tour with Anti-Flag in November. I'm going to see them when they come here!
Check www.anti-flag.com (go into the anti-flag section) for tour dates.

I haven't really posted on these forums in a while... but I guess music is a good reason to drag me back.
As of lately, I've been listening to a lot of the following:
As I Lay Dying
Fear Before the March of Flames (seeing them on the 22nd, w00t for $9 tix)
The Hope Conspiracy
Bury Your Dead
Comback Kid
I'm also probably going to to see The Black Dahlia Murder on the 21st. If I'm going, I'm going for free, so I'll try and check them out soon.
Oh ya, my friend is trying to get UnderOATH to play at a local venue down here in Bradenton, Florida. His band is pretty good friends with UnderOATH, As I Lay Dying, a couple more bands.

I like all the bands you mentioned, cept Underoath. FBTMOF and As I Lay Dying are two of my favorite bands. The Hope COnspiracy and COmeback Kid are both good, and Bury Your Dead is decent. The Black Dahlia Murder is just pure amazingness. Lucky, get to see them and Fear Before!

My friend got tickets for the show in Atlantic City on November 23 (the night before Thanksgiving). I'm not a big punk fan, but Bad Religion is one of the bands that I thoroughly enjoy.

I know this has probably been metioned before but where is a good place for me to buy band t-shirts at I tried interpunk.com but they are out of my size of every shirt that i wanted i want mostly metal and some punk t-shirts
smartpunk.com, loudmerch.com, or merchnow.com that's where most of my stuff come's from.
I might go and see norma jean tomorrow. I just dont know if i can afford the gas and then the tickets. Im currently unemployed as is my girlfriend, and we just payed our rent that left us almost broke. So yea, I dont know. I hope I get to go.
It sucks, I coulnd't go to The Black Dahlia Murder show, or the Fear Before the March of Flames show. (The FBtMoF show was cancelled due to the lame-ass hurricane.)
I'm going to the UnderOATH / Thrice / The Bled show on November 11th, though.

Is anyone else going to see that tour?
That was just here October 14th but I decided to skip it, not worth like $15 or so... Plus there was a WAAAAAAY better show and way cheaper:
October 14th - $3
- Deadtooth (grind)
- White Collar Mercy (Hardcore/Punk Rock... their last show after 6 years :()
- Analog (amazing Metalcore)
- Eyes of Vertoika (Emo Violence/Screamo/Punk)
- Back When (Mathcore/Emo Violence/Hardcore/a huge mix of stuff)
It was the 402 Birthday bash, all great bands. It was a pretty amazing show.
Hmmm... upcoming shows I will be attending:
November 4th: (local show)
- Norman Bates (friends band - Melodic Metalcore)
- Anonyma - (metalcore... Black Dahila style, tons of blastbeats :))
- Frozen Embers (Thrash Metal?)
- State of Paranoia (Metalcore.. their guitars are too distorted though sometimes)
- Both Guns Blazing (metalcore)
November 16th
- Sinai Beach (meh? barely heard any)
- Jacknife (only heard one song... they were good/okay)
- Bullet for my Valentine (very good)
- It Dies Today (very good)
- Still Remains (amazing)
November 19th:
- Cellador (local band that just got signed to Metalblade, i hate Cellador)
- A Life Once Lost (YES!)
- The End (never heard of)
- The Black Dahila Murder (effing love)
I think there is a few more local shows and even a houseshow I might be going to soon but unsure of yet.
I just got the new God Forbid Album IV Constitution of treason.
Amazing ,one of the best Albums this year.
I was wondering if I should get a fear factory album.

Well havn't posted here for awhile so.. a little update on some new bands i've found.
Look What I Did - Really good. They have a lot of different changes in there songs, sort of Mr. Bungle(ish). Lot's of metal, pop, and noise... really really good stuff.
The Jonbenet - Sort of blood brothers but a little heavier and more guitar bassed. The vocals resemble Johnny Whitney's a little though. I've been listening to these guys non stop.
Bring Me The Horizon - Not sure if i've mentioned them before. Good metal/deathmetal/hardcore band though. Long songs, good changes, very tight.
I havn't been to a show in forever but I am going to the HORSE the band / Between The Buried and Me show. I cant remember the date though... hmmm... maybe I should find that out. It's about 2 1/2 hours away so they better please me after I waste my gas.
What's the new God Forbid album called? That new Fear Factory album, Transgression or whatever it's called, is halfway decent, I wouldn't pay for it though.

Went to the Danzig concert here in Dallas last night. It was awesome, especially when Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstien came out and did a bunch of Misfits songs with him.
