But seriously, if you can't remember "Woapalanne", just call me Eli.
"Since Augustin adds an additional cost, you can choose not to play your suspended spell, although the circumstances in which you won't want to do that are rare indeed."
This is incorrect, 502.59a specifically states you *must* play the spell, if able. The only way you may choose not to play it, is if you do not have a way to generate 1.
Just like with the infinite-loop rules, the game only cares about what there is, not what you could potentially do. If you have a mana in your mana pool, you must play the suspended card. If you do not, the game will not say "You COULD play a mana ability, so you have to play one and play the spell."

In normal draft, you have 6-11 players; in 2HG draft, 11 players is of course impossible, but you don't want to go over that to 12, so you're stuck at 10. (Unless you have a pair of half brothers as one team. Do they could as one player since they're two halves?)

A: You or a creature you control (unless, of course, your opponent is a masochist, in which case there are much better cards he could use to inflict pain upon himself). To play a spell with flashback, you go through the steps listed in section 409.1 of the rules, which include deciding a number for X. In this case, you decide X is 3. Then you pay the cost; since you're using flashback, your cost is and three cards. However, the X on the spell is still 3, so the converted mana cost is 3+3+1, or 7.
Note that you do not discard a number of cards, and then make X that number. You choose X first, which defines how many cards you must discard."
I thought converted mana cost X counted as 0...or is it only when they are not in play? can you plz tell me what rule aplies here? thnx!
From the Glossary in the CompRules, since I can't track down the specific rule, if any, that covers it:
While the spell or ability is on the stack, the {X} in its mana cost equals the amount announced as part of playing the spell or ability. If a card in any other zone has {X} in its mana cost, the amount is treated as 0.

i didn't know that tokens that were copies of creatures had converted mana costs.

Also, if it's three to five teams at a table, shouldn't it be six to ten players sitting at a table (article says eleven)?
