i would say take out the divinations for something like mulldrifter or any other similar card then i'd take out a few of the flayer husks for bonesplitters and aether spellbombs

Accorder's Shield is slow and kind of useless towards winning the game so I would take it out for some that ET1 mentioned. Maybe Sunlance and Journey To Nowhere as some removal.
Nihil Spellbomb would be another decent one-of for Trinket Mage to find.
Rune Snag would be a better version of Mana Leak for the long game.
The deck looks like a good start. It feels like it needs more creature removal to deal with anything that might get past your counter magic. One option is to play a full set of Journey to Nowhere (as Neros64 suggested) and compliment that with several non-land bounce spells (Capsize, Into the Roil) to combo with O-Ring's & JTN's ETB triggers.
Rune Snag would be a better version of Mana Leak for the long game.
I've completely forgotten about that card and its nearly the same thing as Mana Leak but, far better when it gets to the lat game. I'll have to remember to recommend this counter more often.
