[peasant] mono U 8 post

I'm thinking about making mono U 8 post to abuse spell burst
right now I'm thinking about doing something like:

Creatures: 8 4 delver of secrets 4 ulamog's crusher 4 Brainstorm 4 ponder 2 whispers of the muse	3 spell burst 4 counterspell 4 memory lapse 3 vapor snag 1 Capsize	4 expedition map 4 cloudpost 4 glimmerpost 15 Island

this is just a rough draft I've thrown together but interested in MUC and 8 post so this seemed like a fun compromise.
