I generate so many lands in my hand with the yavimaya elders and the recursion spells that I usually have 5 basic lands in hand. I know normally they don't work together but I usually have so many basic lands I can keep their hand empty and still hit my land drops every turn. I love the werebears, but I'm finding they aren't preforming as strong as I'd like in here.
I'm tempted to try vendetta but since my wife runs ulmog's crusher in a reanimate so I'm scared to vendetta that XD. I like snuff out but putrid leech already hits my life pretty hard so I may look into snuff out.
Sorry for the double post but I had a question and I didn't want to make a second thread when it directly concerns this list.
I'm thinking about find the cards so I can shift this between Peasant and Pauper. So while I'd prefer to just drop the 5 uncommons for 5 commons I am willing to rework the deck abit. the only changes I have from the list above are -1 raven's crime, -1 Eternal witness, +1 vampire nighthawk, +1 Grim discovery. dropping the witnesses from the deck isn't a problem the deck still will run fine without them, but I might keep the 4th grim discovery for one of them, the problem comes in when I drop nighthawk. all 3 of his abilities are VERY relevant to the deck, his flying lets me get past chump blockers, his deathtouch keeps things like Eldrazi at bay, and his lifelink helps me keep stable against aggro. if I had to rate them in priority I'd say Deathtouch, flying, lifelink. but I feel like I can't just throw a deathtoucher in there and call it a day. any suggestions?
Also I'm thinking about dropping 2 guild gates for one basic of each color. any opinions?
