So my gf is coming over and its going to be our first time. Any advice on stuff to do before we get going? And anything for the after? Diet, or any kinda thing that are a must or no no?
I must stress that I'm not asking about during but before and after. The during will be for us to decide how we want.
Also I apologize if this isn't appropriate for this thread.
I can tell you what I normally do on a date but I don't know how much time you've got.
Floss your teeth and brush em. And clean your tongue. No garlic for 3 days before. Eat lots of vegetables/don't try new things before, this isn't the time for GI problems. Cut your nails, but a few days before. Don't risk getting sick (I have ******* regrets).
Also, tryh to not worry too much (yeah, I know it can be hard not to). Try to focus on having a good time together with your girlfriend, instead of focusing on "omigosh, I'm going to have sex".
And if something doesn't go as you've imagined it it's not a big deal.

Don't set your expectations high. If it's your first time, it means you're both inexperienced. You won't be having epic love scenes any time soon, so just enjoy yourselves for what it is. The worst thing you can do is place an undue emphasis on sex. It's important to relationships, but even when it's mediocre it's still pretty good, so don't get hung up on it. Modern media portrayals are not accurate.
As for the rest, shave your face (if she's ticklish), trim your nails, make sure you're actually washing your junk on a regular basis and brush/floss.
Shave or trim your pubic hair. Also, clean pubic and anal areas for both parties is a must! Nothing worse than attempting oral or anal only to find out that the partner hasn't bathed since their last bathroom trip.
Don't worry about shaving your pubes. Look I'm guessing your young, she is too, and its your first time. Laugh. Enjoy yourselves. Do things that make you two remember why you want to do this. Be happy. Sex is messy and fun, don't worry about making things perfect or they will suck. As for after? Lie in bed and talk. You may want a snack. If you smoke you'll definitely want a cigarette. Unless you live with your parents lay in bed and talk, you'll feel very close to each other emotionally. IF you both are inexperienced talk about how you feel with what just happened. For the love of god man, don't worry and have fun. Everyone has sex. The first time feels weird. Also I know you don't want advice about during but I'll do it anyway. If you can't get it up don't freak. Do other things to each other other than penetrative sex. Trust me, the more you relax the better it will be. It sounds like you to love each other. That makes it so much better than you realize.

Don't give anything that happens much though. People have unrealistic expectations when it comes to everything, but remember to wear protection and stuff. If possible, get drunk if you are super nervous, and the biggest piece of advice, is take everything anyone says with a grain of salt, your decisions and expectations and wants are yours and your partners to decide.
And if I may ask, out of all places why did you ask for advice on this stuff from MTGSal?
