I'm aware this is incredibly off top even for the off topic forum, but I need your help. I decided to try here because there's a good number of europeans into Magic.
I'm a law student in Brazil. Recently I got involved in a project in compared law, specifically about sexual dignity crimes.
What I need is a totally literal translation of the article description of the rape conduct from the German and Swedish penal law.
If something needs to be explained about how it's applied and jurisprudence, it would be a big help. Using latin terms - "stricto sensu", "in dubio pro reo", "in dubio pro societatis", etc - is totally ok.
So, if someone can kindly help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your time!
p.s.: The law from other countries also interest me. So, if you can translate that article to english to me I'll also be very pleased. I need german and swedish because it's already in my academic research acceptance documents, but the more, the merrier!
p.s.2 - I THINK this is the right forum for it. If it's not, please forgive me and move it, moderators
