Hi, I've been looking for a 11x6x3 in (LengthxWidthxHeight) rectangular case/container with a possible handle and dividers. I am trying this tackle box I recently just bought and it looks like it is not working. I've been trying to google some plastic containers or websites that specialize in this and haven't had any luck. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or have something similar to my description without it being a cardboard/shoe box or glass? Any suggestions would really help me out!
Reason why I don't like cardboard is because they wear real quick and dimensions are off. I plan on putting 6 to 8 double sleeved decks in this 11in'length x 6in'width x 3in'height container. So the one in the link wouldn't work.
By any chance is there a site that makes custom plastic containers?
I don't know of any, but that doesn't mean there aren't any, sorry There are a lot of places that sell custom foam kits, but I don't know of any custom plastic places.
I'd recommend just buying plastic deck boxes for your decks and putting them in a $5 cardboard card box. I've still got one of those cardboard boxes that I've been using for 5 years. It's a little frayed, but it isn't even close to falling apart yet.
Cube forum has a long discussion. I'm in the same boat that my old cardboard boxes are tearing. Frankly, $30 for a wooden box that's custom built for decks is a bit better than anything. Look at the boxes in that thread, it should give you an idea on the different options and price ranges.

Life is a beautiful engineer, yet a brutal scientist.
Try looking at some of the Plano boxes. They are great for storing hobby stuff like game pieces/tiles. Not sure if they make one with internal dividers that fit Magic cards though.

What exactly are you trying to do? Is there a reason the cardboard card holders you can get at most card shops won't work?
As for plastic, this is usually what you're going to find:
