Not sure Ti'rin as the Scouter should only really measure the power of the individual not of the weaponry it carries... feel free to contact the guy who created DBZ and ask though

Well it's simple, Sepiriel. 1800 humans is about the amount required to collectively operate a giant Mecha, meaning if each individual instead registered as 9000 it would be a MechaMecha. Now that would really drop some jaws. I've just cursed this manga into existence.
I was going to add to the geekness but then i realized i would just be derailing the thread into oblivion so instead i will shut up and wait for Yukora and Krash to start posting their stuff

I'm sorry, everyone. I lost a close friend recently, and I just haven't quite gotten a handle on myself.
Amarra dove away from the flames of her first kill with ease.
When she stood, she smiled and her blades became translucent. They quickly became surrounded in the same scarlet haze that they had mere moments before.
Amarra closed the distance between her and the healthiest-looking Balor in seconds. She crouched low, and sent a strike from each blade at the fowl creature's hamstrings. Quickly, she rolled between the Balor's legs and stood, carving through the Balor's quadriceps as she did. Finally face-to-face with the demon, she wasted no time in sending twin strikes to his abdomen, chest and throat.
Wraithstrike and burned an eight-level spell slot for improved arcane strike. Then, Amarra goes a carving.
Since I realized I didn't do this before, Knowledge (the planes) to know something about the Infernal:

Also, if I modify Orb of Acid using Mastery of Elements, does it's secondary effect remain the same, or does it change into that of the relevant orb? I would think that by the RaW it would stay, but flavorfully it would change, so I figured I'd ask.
Also, disclaimer: the following actions are subject to change based on the actions of the opponents (i.e. if I need to counter a spell).
Lyrillon, using his magic-infused speed, quickly casts a spell, releasing a large ray of seeming-nothingness at the nearest balor. As it gets there, it releases a thunderous boom. Before that spell even arrives at its target, the half-celestial is already casting another, slightly slower spell. What that finishes, four smaller rays that appear very similar to the first fly from his hand at the same balor to much the same effect.
First spell is Polar Ray modified to sound with Mastery of Elements. Second spell is an Empowered, Split Scorching Ray, also modified to sound.

Natural 20 on the last attack. Are we letting spells have crits (presumable 20/x2)? If yes, here's the confirm:
I'm sorry Yukora, it's hard to lose someone you're close to. Mourn fully, and remember them with love.
Well, I'm satisfied with everything that's posted.
@Krash: Spells don't usually have criticals. However, you can critical with your spells by taking a feat that I made: Critical Spell Prerequisites: Dex 13 or higher, twin spell or split ray feat Benefit: If you score a natural 20 on a melee or ranged touch attack for a spell, you may automatically duplicate that spell as if by twinning it without increasing its spell level slot.
You still have to reroll as Halinn notes with a +20 bonus, just to determine whether you hit his touch AC, but it would still be a critical.
Rath'Tallyfein cuts up Vordakos beyond recognition. Unconscious, he falls to the ground, his body still healing from its wounds, yet not nearly quickly enough.
Amarra massacres another balor, the chunks of its flesh immolating with black flame as they fall apart, and then scattering all over the battlefield following its deafening explosion.
Rory's spiders weaken the remaining balor, which struggles to become lose of their webbing, fighting against the poison slowly weakening it. It seems to be trying to flee, but to no avail. Rory himself inexplicably continues to attack Vordakos' unconscious form as well as Harahel, the both of them overcome by rage.
Lyrillon's assault of spells bring death to the final balor.
Neishu, seeing the infernal still healing, lays a fatal blow with holy power, killing the 'mighty' Vordakos, and ending his miserable existence.
As the fury of the battlefield dissipates and the smoke from the ruins of the demons' corpses clears, the party can see dozens of corpses from the villagers, mangled and warped horribly from the touch of hellfire. The cleric of the Blue Empress, himself injured, is tending to the wounded. The survivors look on the party with some combination of gratitude and dread, unsure of what to think. Did these strangers save them from a terrible fate, or did their recklessness bring harm to the innocents of this island village?
The cleric turns to them, his expression unreadable beneath the sunken, eerie eyes of his silver mask.
"Why are you here?" He asks coldly.
So since the balors are dead, you need to make two more reflex saves.
Actually as per Complete Arcane a natural 20 would result in a critical for spells for as long as you are using weapon-like (ranged or touch) spells, thats why CA states that Improved Critical, Improved Unarmed Strike, Point Blank Shot, Stunning Fist, Precise Shot, Weapon Finesse and Weapon Focus are eligible feats. And Orb is a Ranged Touch Attack as such it would qualify for any of this feats and should be considered as normally having a threat range of 20 with a x2 Modifier... but if you want to custom rule it thats ok, im just pointing out theres an Official Splat talking about Spells and Critical Effects.
Reflex Saves:
Dice Roller2 D20s rolled with a +37 modifier
18 + 37
13 + 37
Neishu walks towards the cleric to address him "We are travelers passing by, it seems a Halfling who somehow was caught by the infernals was fleeing and ended up teleporting here, I suppose in his haste he must have not have had time to select a location and left it to chance, and in a way it was a good thing, for our group was about to look for a boat for which we had already book passage for a travel we must do. While the aftermath is regrettable it could have been much much worst had we not been around." Neishu explains calmly to the Cleric, his sword tip pointing to the ground as he leans on the pommel, his shield still floating around him in a lazy manner.
Diplomacy:
Dice Roller1 D20 rolled with a +36 modifier
20 + 36

I obviously just laid down my own ruling on the matter, I don't see how Complete Arcane's blurb is in any way relevant to it. If you want to critical with your spells, you have to take a feat. That's final.
"A boat?" The cleric asks suspiciously; "So perhaps you wish to go to Thossis then? That could be the only place you would be seeking to come here. It lies under my jurisdiction. Why do you wish to go to Thossis?"
You don't even need CArcane for that. The PHP says on Page 140:
"A spell that requires an attack roll such as shocking grasp or melfs acid arrow can score a critical hit. A spell that requires no attack roll, such as lightning bolt, cannot score a critical hit."
Of course, ASA's ruling is final.
Saves:
Dice Roller2 D20s rolled

Rory, who seemed not to calm down even after Vordakos fell to ground has now run on top of the thing, jumping and hitting it with his staff in a rage, but considerate enough to not waste his magic on it: "This *whack* thing is not dead yet *whack*."

Im not trying to be confrontational, its just that you stated spells dont usually have criticals, i was just pointing out weaponlike spells can critical, but since you have made custom ruling thats not really important, just wanting to clarify.
"Well we have business of sorts in Thossis, though im afraid how much i am at liberty to reveal i am not quite sure" Neishu says as he turns, directing with his hand towards Lyrillon and Harahel "However they are sure to know how much is safe to disclose here and now, may we have your name Guardian of Thossis? or is 'Cleric' an acceptable way to address one such as yourself?"

Wow, I make a custom ruling and you guys act like I'm killing a puppy. If I wanted spells to be able to critical normally, I would have said so. I do not. I DO NOT CARE what any book says about it. I feel you should have to take a feat to be able to do so. Can I get any clearer about this?
ASA, relax. Nobody's arguing with your ruling, they're just pointing on the RaW (which I think is completely reasonable). My general stance on these things is the DM should know the RaW, and once he does, he may rule as he pleases with no argument from me. I don't have the feat, so no crits on my spells. That's the end of it.
Also, since apparently the balor died anyway, I'm not going to bother rolling the attack with a +20 on it.

Lyrillon looks down on the ravaged landscape somewhat in despair. "This could have been prevented," he mutters to himself. "I should have found a way to use veils to prevent this."
The half-celestial quickly turns and moves toward the halfling. "YOU! You brought these beasts here," he booms. "Who the are you and why shouldn't I kill you now?! You may of just killed half the inhabitants of this island, and if we hadn't been here it would have been much, much worse. And you summon a creature like...that to fight for you?" he adds in disgust.

Thank you Krash for pointing out what my aim was... though i must admit i was not expecting that reaction from ASA, it has never been my intention to argue with him... sigh perhaps im not making myself clear enough... I'll try to avoid commenting on things from now on since it seems it only causes trouble when i do so.
"Lyrillon calm down! If we are to do anything to the halfling it would be to turn him in to await proper trial and punishment as declared by the law, Taiking it upon ourselves to become Judge, Jury and Executioner is not the right thing to do, lest we become corrupted by chaos and disorder" says Neishu to the Half-Celestial "As for the manner of his fighting, to turn one evil to fight another is the most just kind of irony this world will ever see and as such i cant really fault him for that, though considering how easily his creatures fought the Infernals I would join you in admonishing him for not being able to planeshift to a location where collateral damage and innocent blood could be kept to a minimun"

As a general rule, I don't take issue with people pointing out RAW when they contradict what I have said, which has happened before. I'm not an unreasonable person. When they do it with attitude, that's another thing entirely, especially if they make a habit of it. It may not be Sepiriel's intention but I take very serious exception to his tone in situations like this.
"What does this so-called 'St.' Baneres have to offer in counsel which cannot be accomplished by the power of the Blue Empress? Thossis is a mere suzerain of the greater Empire, its gods servants to she, the Scion and Avatar of the Sleeping One. The inhabitants engage in perduellion, and sedition is blasphemy. How am I to know that you will not aid their cause?"
"You ever tried to transport yourself from a chaotic plane filled to the brim with demons, while being specifically bound by a dozen binding spells? I'm glad I ever made it out of there. Further, if you don't help me find a way to finish this thing off, we have a one really pissed god-forsaken demon lord free on the material." Rory says, climbing off the Infernal's body and commanding his spiders to keep pounding on it to make sure it stays unconscious. "Nevertheless, there are no laws that carry out interplanar escapes and having a war declared on you by half of the demonkind. You would have to drag me in front of my god, and it's too bad for you I don't have one!"
"Oh, and do I summon these things? To fight for me? Yes I do. It's all in this book I have.." Rory yells at the half-celestial, taking out a thin folio in black scaly covers out of his pocket. "This cursed, wretched book written by YOUR KIND!" Rory screams, slamming his copy of the vital pact on the ground. "If anyone here deserves answers, it's ME!"

Amarra took a few moments after the chaotic encounter to tend to her own injuries. When she saw Lyrillon lose his mind over the catastrophe, she walked over to him. Amarra awaited for him to finish his rants before he placed a hand on his shoulder and said, "Leave the poor halfling alone. I think there may be a way I can fix this."
A suzerain is like a dependent nation belonging to a greater sovereign power. It has certain municipal powers but is not itself sovereign. What I meant to say is that Thossis is basically a bastard province of the Empire (not the other way around).
Well, that's counter-intuitive. Suzerainty is kind of a meaningless concept in modern times anyhow, a nation without sovereignty isn't really a nation.
Anyway, sure. Vassal state works quite nicely.
"Let me see your papers," The cleric says coldly; "If you possess a waiver then I will allow you to go forth."
You actually have the waiver, given to you by the Curator when you first arrived in Tychos. Or maybe Lyrillon does. Well, maybe Harahel was the guy who took it after all since Lyrillon hogged the Mystery ScrollTM.
But, this works too.
The cleric looks over the paper for a moment, then sighs.
"This seems satisfactory. However, you will need a boat, and sailors here willing to take you. Do you understand?"
Lyrillon lets out a deep breath and calms down a little at Neishu's words. "Very well," he says to the halfling after Rory has finished his response. "I will believe you for now, but you need to come with us until you can prove this won't happen again. As much a I don't want to deal with you given what just happened, it's probably safest for the world if you aren't running around by yourself. Also," he adds, "I think Neishu finished that off a minute ago."
"Amarra, was it?" he says, brushing her hand off his shoulder. "How exactly do you intend to fix this?"
"Hey days to the halfling"? thats a really peculiar typo
Seeing the Half-Celestial calm down Neishu just smiles "Yes please Amarra what do you mean? If you are indeed able to help in the aftermath of this infernal encounter I do believe we would all be incredibly indebted to you" he says as he wonders what sort of magical power the Drow could have to help fix the current situation.
