Heh, sorry about that :P. It isn't agaisnt the rules anywhere to play caster though right? He's still a fighter guy, all he does is just blast things, instead of chop them up. I've been wanting to play this build for a loooong time.
it's not specifically against the rules, those of us already planning to play the game however kind of had an agreement that we would be playing a group that would be 100% caster free if possible and we went to great lengths to go about doing that.

It was also Halinn's wish as he was explaining to me via Instant Messenger. Though why he has yet to post in here in regard to this topic I have no idea. And it has kind of become MY Wish as well now after having the premise explained to me.

Everything scares me... kitties scare me... squirrels scare me... corpses....corpses bring forth a pletora of confusing feeling which i prefer not to dwell on...:p
Yukora contacted me and told me his character is all written, but not typed, up so he'll be posting when the game starts.
The beginning is strictly RP, so there won't be a need for checks or rolls or anything. If there is anything you wish to change about your character or need to update or finish, you can do so until I say otherwise In-Game.
As long as it isn't a bunch of different ability bonuses or different types of bonuses to Armor Class on one item, sure.
Also, a tiny bit of background about your character's allies and enemies will be very helpful for me. You don't need to finish it just now, but at some point before the game really gets going (AKA before the epilogue is finished) I'd like a bit of extra info because I will be bringing up stuff from all characters' pasts at random points, and I'd like to know how your character knows and relates to their friends and enemies.

Ah crap, I read that as "not a bunch of different bonuses on one item, i.e: up to two\three is ok. K I'll fix it up. Are up to two different bonuses to AC acceptable? or just only one?:) And The Bio's not too dumb is it?
Just one bonus. No multi-bonuses. Makes things too crazy.
The bio is fine too. As long as there is something there for me to build on, it could be about your character having a race around the world with a balor.

would it just be easier to replace the items that give my ability scores an enhancement bonus of +6 (various items at this juncture) with a single Belt of Magnificence +6 which gives +6 enhancement to all 6 attributes?

Feel free to invent cities and such. The game world is massive, so there are literally hundred of cities and over twenty different kingdoms.
Those things only apply in gestalt games.

I'm not about to restrict anyone from making a character they want.
If anyone can convince sceluk to play a non-caster, they're free to try. But if he wants to play one, I'm not going to stop him.

After looking over your sheet, one thing that jumped out at me. Please refer to this quote, particularly the bolded section
