Starting level 20, with standard wealth for that level (760,000 gp). Cannot spend more than 200,000 gp on a single item.
Your character needs to have a backstory along with allies, enemies, family, friends, contacts, stuff like that. It doesn't have to be super detailed. Childhood, upbringing, training, and notable moments will do. If you want to go into more detail, that's just fine. You do, however, need to have three defining moments in your character's life. Three things that he or she accomplished in his life that earned him fame and fourtune. As one of the most powerful characters in the game world, your character and their deeds are famous.
We'll be using AoK's HP system. Full HP for odd levels, half HP for even, adding Con as usual.
Sorcerer's get Eschew Materials as a bonus feat at 1st level, and bonus feats exactly like a Wizard.
Sorcerers can take Draconic feats in place of the normal bonus Wizard feats.
Wizards, and only Wizards, can take Spell Focus, Improved Spell Focus, Spell Penetration, Greater Spell Penetration, and Augment Summoning as bonus feats in addition to their normal bonus feats.
Vorpal will not decapitate enemies on a natural 20, but will instead double your critical hit damage. So if a weapon would do x3 on a critical, a vorpal version of that weapon would do x6. And the enchantment price equivilant is reduced to +3 instead of +5.
No non-standard races, and no races with a level adjustment.
No custom items. By custom items, I mean items with unique abilities or items that can't be created by using the standard item-creation rules. The exception being Amadi's character's pistol.
No Legacy items or aritfacts. See above.
No items with a non-enhancement bonus to an ability score. See above.
I'm the DM. I reserve the right to mod-kill characters, god-mod characters, or do anything else to your characters that I see fit. Which brings me to another point: I'm the DM. Please don't argue with me about something that doesn't make sense to you. I know what I'm doing. Trust me.
That said, I'm only human, and as a human, I make mistakes. If you see something that looks like a mistake on my part, feel free to point it out. If it is a mistake, I'll correct it. If it's something deliberate, I'll let you know with a cryptic remark.
32-point Mamelon Point Buy system for ability scores.
Everything scares me... kitties scare me... squirrels scare me... corpses....corpses bring forth a pletora of confusing feeling which i prefer not to dwell on...:p
When you say max 200000 on a single item, does that mean we can't have a +10 weapon?
Weapons are broken. Fight with your fists, like a real dwarf.
Actually, fight with your beard, Axebeard Beardaxe.

Never before has the world seen a more dwarven dwarf than Grizzlybane Axebeard. Truly, he is a paragon of dwarfness. He is superdwarvenly tough, and can hardly move at all in his mountain plate, built in a fey mood by his kin, Urist McMetalsmith
Heh. I like the super dwarf. I'm not sure if the Stonewarden Con instead of Dex ability bypasses armor max dex, but I'll let it slide because I'm so nice.
All you need is a bio and then it's up to Amadi's gunslinger to get done.
Everything scares me... kitties scare me... squirrels scare me... corpses....corpses bring forth a pletora of confusing feeling which i prefer not to dwell on...:p
If Amadi and Halinn don't mind a third player I'd be happy to give you a spot. This was originally supposed to be for four but I gave it a cutback to keep it smooth.
So yeah, if the other two don't mind you can take a spot.
Or, alternatively, you could take Talore's place in the [Champions] campaign I was gonna run for him. He seems to have abandoned it, but I'm still interested in running it.

Redundant since it got allowed, but anyway: RAW it does. RAI has 85 pages of debates over at various CO boards about it, and no clear conclusion yet.
I figure that from a flavour standpoint, I don't even know. I figure that if you block blows by just being so tough, you can do it as well in armour as without. Then again, how do you block blows by being so tough?

I don't mind you joining, Yukora. I'd rather you not play a caster, though, so we can all be awesome non-casters with zero utility and Caex has to figure out what the hell to do with us. Seriously.
I'm probably going rogue or some such, and Halinn is playing pretty much straight-out fighter, only more dwarfy. I sort of want to see Caex's face when we have access to zero spells / UMD anything pre-epic.
Because for once, the world's most powerful beings wouldn't be wizards.

If you don't mind opening it back up to four again, I would like to try it out, been kind of lacking in the Pen and Paper Inn Action as of Late (Amadi....). So I could really use some action here. That said, I really want to use a special race out of the Dragonlance Campaign, if thats okay with all of you?

For reference, the Race I was thinking of Playing is the Kender Race. If you guys object to my playing a stereotypical Kender (as defined by Tasslehoff Burfoot). I could instead play either an Afflicted Kender which are less inclined towards "Aquiring Objects" than their True Kender Cousins, or a Half-Kender which is a race that apparently came about during the Age of Mortals on Krynn.
I hope one of those options works for you all?

in that case I think you will prefer the Afflicted Kender Race... aka the Depressed and Downright Boring Kender.... they have none of the Stereotypical Kender's normal "Childish Dickery" or "Incredibly annoying attitude" as rumor has it that all Afflicted Kender were literally cursed by the Red Dragon Malystryx. Afflicted Kender know what Fear is, and that deeply affects them unlike their fearless cousins.

That wouldn't really bother me. They're simpler to deal with, and Caex and I have already been talking about a campaign where I'd get my caster fix.
I may try out a barbarian. Is Goliath considered standard or not?
In fact, Amadi, do you know of any large races that don't require la? I think you know where I am going with this.

Okay just for clarifications sake, how are the Relics from the Magic Item Compendium considered when it comes to this reference? I was wondering because if I am allowed to join this campaign I was thinking of getting the Relic known as the Map of Unseen Lands from said book.
EDIT: also here is the prelim of my character, assuming I am approved for joining this adventure with it:
EDIT2: Modifications finished, I think I just have to work up a back story for the two characters now.
EDIT3: I hope its alright but I used the Adding / Improving Common Items table from the Magic Item Compendium to get some new abilities onto some pre-existing magic items... I am assuming that doesn't violate the rules against "No Custom Items" since these can be created within the rules of the game and use pre-existing item abilities, they are only added to different items so that I don't have to worry about not having enough item space on my character.

For the Armor I used the Following Pages from the DMG: 216, & 219. And the following pages from the Magic Item Compendium 5, 9 - 13. Though I cut some of the abilities I had initially used, and I don't remember what pages the cut abilities were on.... sorry I can't be more specific...
If you have any other questions, I have been modifiying the character still some new items I have come up with have some questions such as the added abilities to some of the existing magic items (source for adding abilities to existing magic items is Magic Item Compendium Page 233 - 234). I hope that helps?
EDIT: Fire Immunity on the Armor is actually listed as Energy Immunity in the Magic Item Compendium for reference sake.
Looking at your sheet, I don't think a Paladin's special mount can be an animal companion. I've looked through all the sourcebooks you used, and nowhere that I've found says that a Paladin can treat his Special Mount as an Animal Companion for Druid-related effects or vice-versa.
Unless someone can provide something from a sourcebook that says otherwise, you'll have to choose whether the dragon counts as an animal companion or a special mount.
Everything scares me... kitties scare me... squirrels scare me... corpses....corpses bring forth a pletora of confusing feeling which i prefer not to dwell on...:p
you are looking for the Feat Natural Bond from The Complete Adventurer I do believe. That allows a Special Mount to double as an Animal Companion and vice versa.
Er... wait no not natural bond.. I mean Devoted Tracker (also from the Complete Adventurer, hence why I got confused)....
Natural Bond increases Druid Level when related to Animal Companion stuff, Devoted Tracker makes Special Mounts also count as Animal Companions (among other things).

Jötenbrud feat from Races of Faerun basically gives you Powerful Build. It doesn't state that it does, but it gives just about all of the benefits of it. RAW, it does not qualify for War Hulk or anything, but you could make a case and argue against Caex on that one, Yukora.

Strongheart Halfling iss okay.
Return of Torr?
Sorry, Goliath isn't standard because it has an LA.
Sorry, no Relics. They are too close to artifacts to me.
One more thing I think I forgot to include:
No Leadership feat.
Oh, and your character's armor. Can you give me the sources you used for all those abilities on your armor? I don't know what several of them do.
Other than those that, character looks good. I like the whole dragonslayer motif.

If not him, something similar, yes.
But, damn, it may not be possible if I can't find a race with powerful build or large size that's considered standard.
{Magic: The RPG}
To my knowledge, there's nothing that would do that without it being a custom item.
I'll look through my books, but I'm not exactly hopeful. Goliath is rather tame and it already has la, so I don't imagine I will have much luck.
