Alrighty...Devon came from a fairly well to do family, and coasted through College on natural talent, mostly. He found work fairly quickly, and was quite successful as a freelance photojounralist, mostly doing military pieces, thanks in no small part to a number of higher up contacts. However, his preference in his work tends to fall more to human interest and travel when he can.
Problem is that if I add +10 years, it won't fit for military (atleast that specific sector) Perhaps he could be trying to work up to college, taking a few classes at a community one to get his feet wet? Or maybe he is IN college, but doing poorly right now (using the excessive money to keep taking classes, but he can't grasp the information or doesn't believe he understands it well enough)

Giga coulda been the photographer that came in to take pictures of my assets so we could get values on them. Since they were 'looted' (I assume?) I wouldn't know their worth and would need to somehow get a person to price them. Coulda met personally that way. Oh I know. Really they say you can reroll exactly what type of character you would like and its just by choice that I like to limit the number of rerolls. Especially as weaker characters can be still quite effective in CoC because it puts more emphasis on the gamer rather than character.

Also your Str worries me as 3 means that you are almost the equivalent of a five year old child. I'm calling for a reroll.
