Blasphemy! The system is perfect. The ability to create a spell to duplicate gods at skill check DC 10 is totally balanced and doesn't say anything about the system's viability!

They gain Bardic Knowledge as a bard of their level. Grandma's little helper: This ability functions as though the Sorcerers' familiar ability, except that it cannot deliver touch spells or do anything related to magic. It can, however, speak, but it rarely if ever does so in presence of others. Also, the familiar choices are limited to cats, cats and cats. Getting stuff done: Grandmothers are apt at doing things quickly and doing a lot of things at the same time. They do not take penalties for rushed checks, and can do things in seemingly impossible time. Some such feats include cooking a dinner for eighteen in a few minutes. This is a supernatural ability. No time to die: Grandmothers are busy fellows, and have no time to die as long as they have something to do. As such, they will never die of old age, as long as they have something sensible to do. Such as knitting. Trapfinding: Grandmothers are used to getting pranked on. They can find any trap, no matter how clever. Epic Feats: Grandmothers gain an epic feat at 23rd level and every three levels thereafter.

Alright, backstory time!
I'll just edit this in as I go...
"About 30 or so years ago a human boy was born under the strangest of circumstances. His mother and father lived together, happily married, but were never able to have a child. They had tried many times but eventually believed it was never going to happen. One day, while traveling, the two of them encountered a witch. This elderly woman claimed to have a solution to their problem. The couple believed her and, after drinking a "magic potion" and having a night together, discovered shortly after that Silpher's mother was, indeed, pregnant. It was a miracle, or so they thought. The witch demanded payment, yet Silpher's parents had none. So the witch said she would come on the day of the child's birth and take it away. This was all going to go according to cliche except for one problem."
"They were all smarter than that. (but really, they did fall for the oldest trick in the book first...)"
"Silpher's parents, from the day of their encounter, began researching and training in magical arts. They figured that if the witch wanted their child that they were going to have to fight for it. Oddly enough Silpher's parents were quick learners and both became Wizards of moderate power in that short 9 month period. When the witch arrived she demanded that the two "lowly peasants" hand over their child. However, much to the witch's suprise, she discovered she was quite susceptible to a well placed fireball."
"The boy grew up with the help of his parents. He went through school and became a..." Silpher stopped telling the story, he was laughing too hard. "I can't believe you listened to me that whole time and believed me." A group of students had gathered to hear his story of "hardship and triumph." "I'm totally lying to you. My parent's are professors of magic. I was born like any other kid. Grew up in a normalish sort of way, as normal as anyone with weird magic powers anyway." The crowd started to leave. "Aw, you don't want to listen? It's not like my whole life is boring." Some people began to look back, but most appeared to be wanting to go somewhere to study. A few of his close friends stayed.
"I'm glad you all stayed at least. Want me to continue? Alright good. We've been here for a year and it seems like I hardly know you all, when I'm done it's your turn." The group, which consisted of several humans, elves, and a felyne all laughed at him. "Sure sure, keep going, this is amusing. I don't want to go back to studying right now.
"Well anyway, I suppose some random things from my past might be a little boring, but I've some stories for you all. I have an... interesting family. First of all there is my Mother, Saph. She's actually a professor at Cye-Mag, teaching advanced transfiguration classes. And my Father, Pla'Tinum. Human body, Orcish name, incredible wizard focusing on Evocation. He also teacher part time over at the University."
"Well anyway, these two didn't just appear over night, they were famous a long while ago. Defeated terrible monsters, saved villages, and their best acomplishmet by far, gave birth to none other than me." One of Silpher's friends punched him in the shoulder.
"Well, eventually they gave up the 'save the world one town at a time' shtick. It wasn't working for them and most of the idiots they saved got themselves in a greater bind as soon as my ma and pa turned their backs. They figured teaching aught to bring the world more piece than just marching into every town or city and solving their problems for a day."
"Well, that's where I came in. I must have the worst parents in the world."
And yes, no incantatrix for you. Or anyone. That class makes puppies cry. Mostly because they are the former Big Bads who have been Baleful Polymorphed into said puppies. By you. Because you're an incantatrix.

Class Features:
Grandmother: 10+Int skills/lvl, all class skills, d6 HD, wizard BaB.
Grandma' can!: Grandmother has had to pick up a lot of useful skills in her life, and as such is treated as though she had ½ her level ranks in each and every skill. This allows her to make checks in such “untrained” skills.
Grandma' knows!: Grandmothers need to pick up odd bits of forgotten lore, like bards and loremasters do.
Items: 800,000gp (Rounded down. I built epic birthday cake with the rest of it)

You notice the most difference if you compare it side by side with the original.
