As a Warlock player I can answer that, yes the Feats work with a modified Blast, the shapes or essences are an additional so yeah you could technically Maximize, Empower and Quicken a Chain Vitriolic Hellfire Blast with a Harm Spell Attached (God Dammit OUCH!!).
As for Feats it would depend, since you are focusing on Warlock it would most likely be the Spell-Like Enhancers. Question though, are you sure about cleric? Favored Soul would be much more apt since it would also use your Main Attribute (Cha)
I'm not sure Favored Soul is correct. It costs me a level to get to 2nd level spells, and I lose a lot of the versatility of being able to change my spells daily. Granted, I don't need to worry about offensive spells at all, but I still would rather have versatile clerical spellcasting. Also, the flavor of my character was going to be quit different from that of a favored soul, but I can change that a little.
That said, I may try it anyway. The high saves are nice too.
meh i was just thinking since Cha will be your main stat and Wis plays no role for warlock that you might want to try Favored Soul instead since it would use Cha as well and you would not need to concentrate on Wis so much then (a 14 would be enough then where as a Cleric it wouldnt :p).
Feats you might want to try Complete Divine or Champion... maybe Arcane... can you tell me which feats you already have chosen? that way i can scour the books here and check myself also what domains are you picking?
Quick Edit: In the previous example of the SLA Enhancers I am not sure if the Harm Spell Attached to the EB would get the benefits of Empower and Maximize.... i'll need to reread Eldritch Disciple... that being said Having a Harm spell riding along the already M.E.Q Vitriolic Hellfire Blast is still ouch worthy (Specially since you just flipped a Finger to SR)

Yeah, I'll think about the Favored Soul. It might be a good idea.
As for feats, right now I have Spell Penetration, Weapon Focus, Ability Focus, Maximize SLA, and Quicken SLA (all eldritch blast). I have 2 feats left to spare. I'm thinking maybe Improved Toughness so I don't die while throwing hellfire, but I'm not sure.
Also, I can't attach a Harm spell to an eldritch blast. Only Eldritch Theurges can attach spells to their eldritch blasts. I can, however, apply eldritch essence invocations to spells, but I'm not sure I'll ever actually use that.
Ah yes those two eldritch siblings have the abilities switched :p.. too bad for you... hmmm well you could still Attach Vitriolic Essence to a Spell which means the spell will automatically bypass SR which should be good enough.
Im Assuming Weapon Focus is for Touch Attacks (since EB is a Ranged Touch Attack... hmmm would WF Touch and WF Ranged stack with each other?? :p)
Ill start looking at feats and see what i can find, i would agree with improved toughness... too bad Caex isnt allowing Soulmelds, Strongheart Vest negates the drawback without making you immune... too bad no custom items either so you cant just put the effect on an item :p.
Edit: Scratch the Idea of Favored Soul since it does not give Turn/Rebuke Undead which is a prime need for the Eldritch Disciple PrC.
What Domains are you choosing for the Cleric? perhaps the Domain Feats might prove useful then
Edit 2: Depending on which WF feat you took theres also a Specialization Feat for it so you could get that (and if both WF feats can stack then take both Specialization Feats for +4 extra damage with EB :p)

Dark Template is from Tome of Magic, its a +1 LA template that adds a few features, chief of all being granting Hide in Plain Sight (as well as bonuses to hide and MS theres a few other benefits but i dont have ToM open right now)

Pg. 161 of Tome of Magic...It would be a Dark Elf. Not to be confused with a Drow of course but but an elf originally from the Plane of Shadow. It would be a +1 lvl adjustment.

Hide in plain sight that doesn't work in direct sunlight or under bright light, to be precise. +8 Racial modifier to hide and +6 to move silently, alongside few other bonuses.
It's a good template for sure.

The Sage is occupied with the unspoken
and acts without effort.
Teaching without verbosity,
producing without possessing,
creating without regard to result,
claiming nothing,
the Sage has nothing to lose.
Also adds "superior low-light vision" which means the character sees four times as far as a normal human in twilight conditions. Cold Resistance 10 is also part of the package, as is an increase in base speed by 10 ft. (so, conceivably, a Dark Half-Orc Barbarian could have a speed of 50 ft. at ECL 2).

Yeah but if he finds even a single speck of shadow or shade he can hide, like he can jump and disappear in the shadow casted by any other PC
Its a good template, and really fair since theres no Stat increases.

It's nothing, i repeat NOTHING, compared to hiding behind your tower shield and disappearing. With the tower shield, no less.
Or disarming a monk of their fists.

Wait, what kind of DM would actually allow this? Also, I'd love to know how its possible in the rules.
Splitting hairs, but it is possible. There is nothing stating that you couldn't do it, and a lot of things that mean that you could, not directly, but indirectly. For example: "An unarmed strike is always considered a light weapon."
No DM would allow it. Ever. But it would be possible if common sense was purged from this world.

Actually, I have seen it done. If you take the monk's arm off at the shoulder, you have effectively "disarmed" him of his fists (pun intended).:p

That wouldn't be enough, though, to disarm monk of their unarmed attacks. You'd need to get rid of.. Everything.
I suppose disintegrate still counts, though.

Veyllim's parents died when he was a child; they left him nothing. He had no siblings with him at the orphanage he grew up in.
At the age of 10, he was taken to a temple of Delleb, where he was trained to become a holy warrior. There he became close friends with his trainer, Metrev Kiro, a master of the sword and fellow holy warrior of Delleb and Regil Newnt, the head chief in the kitchens who loved to gossip and knew something about everyone. He grew up there and had many adventures to help the locals. At the age of 20, they deemed him strong enough in body and will to leave the temple and venture out on his own.
But one month later, Veyllim had made camp, roasted a partridge, and fell asleep in his bed roll. He didn't know it, but this night he rested on the boarders of a tainted land, and in the night the bones of the bird he had eaten were reanimated by the necrotic energies of the tainted area. Veyllim awoke just as the bird finished tearing out his left eye. He destroyed the remains, summoned his horse, Strilfir, from the celestials and rode as fast as he could to the temple where he was trained and grew to manhood. There, he found it deserted, and infested with zombies. As he scouted around, Veyllim saw there were no bodies of his former friends in the halls, and he gathered that they must have seen the vast horde coming and fled to the nearest city.
After that, Veyllim worked as a mercenary. Delleb was not a god who gave his servants many orders, so Veyllim did as he liked while still holding to his oaths.
