Both Ranger and Scout are fairly underpowered. Something that specializes ranged attacks instead of magic is pretty much automatically going to be "underpowered" though. That's one thing about 3.5 that is kind of annoying. At higher levels, any non-spellcasting class is technically "underpowered". But who cares? If you think of a fun concept, screw "underpowered" or "overpowered".
Swordsage is a good class, btw. Light armor plus monk-type wisdom bonuses to AC, plus maneuvers and such. Swordsage is probably my favorite class in the whole game. Warblade is pretty good too. Mix them with Swashbuckler to pick up Weapon Finesse and Insightful Strike, maybe Fighter to grab a few free feats, or pure wizard for spellcasting and you could be pretty scary. I believe there's even a martial school that uses the bow. I could be wrong on that though.
Everything scares me... kitties scare me... squirrels scare me... corpses....corpses bring forth a pletora of confusing feeling which i prefer not to dwell on...:p
The closest thing to a ranged martial adept is the one prestige that throws their weapon around, though there are player-created disciplines that use ranged weapons.
The vast majority of maneuvers can't be used on ranged attacks.
However, if you come up with something, I am willing to look it over.
And yes, no incantatrix for you. Or anyone. That class makes puppies cry. Mostly because they are the former Big Bads who have been Baleful Polymorphed into said puppies. By you. Because you're an incantatrix.

I suppose it's true. Though the logistics implied in a human/Great Wyrm Prismatic Dragon pairing makes me shudder.
...Something tells me that even should all arcane casters in the world unite, that the Grease spell would NOT be sufficient.
Bloodstorm Blade + Dungeoncrash Fighter is able to bull-rush with ranged weapons, rushing enemies on top of each other and triggering trip attempts. If he's successful at these, he gains extra attacks from improved trip.
Combine with Halfling Skiprocks and/or Hulking Hurler for absolute hilarity.

I will ask about this Halfling Skiprock but thats as far as ill go
Edit: nvm i have used the dark magics of google, and overcame the DC "type the damn thing" and as fun as the skiprock is it is not a good mix with my current build unless i can give that attribute to another item

No. Absolutely not.
Wait.
Only if it's for your own amusement and the edification of everyone- post it in custom content under Amadi Brand Cheddar and we can marvel at your ability to twist RAW to fit anything. You won't play it in any of my games unless I can make the equivalent of the Avengers to fight it.
....that would be an interesting exercise in itself...... /geeking out

been trying to rewrite the sheet, the fact that i have to use small daggers is a pain... i could use a feat or two to make it possible to use medium daggers like normal but that makes it kinda annoying since i still feel kinda feat starved...
