I've decided that since my latest attempt at making a campaign has apparently fallen through, I'd try to start up another.
I need one or two players.
Here are the specifics:
Starting level 20th with standard wealth for that level (760,000). No epic items, even though you might be able to afford them. No single item may cost more than 200,000.
This will be an epic campaign, and your enemies are just as capable and intelligent as you are. They will try to kill you. This isn't a game for novices. Experienced players only, please. And if more than two players express interest, I'll probably give priority to players I know to be skilled RPers.
Alignment: No alignments, just make sure your character is consistent. As such, class alignment restrictions don't exist. Just use common sense when playing such a class. For example, a Paladin still has a code, and a monk will still have tons of self discipline. Any spells that relate to alignment will be handled as they come up, but I do have a plan for them. But please no villians and no PvP or I'll smite the holy hell out of your characters.
AoK HP system (Full HP for odd levels, half HP for even levels, then add Con as usual)
32 Mamelon point-buy.
No flaws, and I have several house rules that will be implemented.
Everything scares me... kitties scare me... squirrels scare me... corpses....corpses bring forth a pletora of confusing feeling which i prefer not to dwell on...:p
The PCs will be among a small handfull of characters who can claim they are the most powerful beings in their world.
They will be extremely well-known, and as such they attract all kinds of attention. There are no epic characters in their universe (not counting powerful monsters like Balors or Dragons) because there is a complex ritual that nobody knows about to ascend past 20th level.
Obviously, since the PCs start at 20th, this problem will be addressed pretty quickly.
The tone will be pretty dark, but not a horror game. There will be quite a bit of investigation/problem solving, but plenty of combat too.

Because I am not sure if Talore's campaign will ever happen. And the Daftmouse one? Seems kind of dead, too.

The Sage is occupied with the unspoken
and acts without effort.
Teaching without verbosity,
producing without possessing,
creating without regard to result,
claiming nothing,
the Sage has nothing to lose.

I like the concept of a gunslinger-type character, because it's unique and probably fitting for one of the strongest characters in the world. I assume you'd have a revolver from the picture. It'd have to use the revolver stats from the DM Guide, and would be a completely unique, only-one-in-existence item.
I'm not so sure about the "paranoid" part though. What kind of paranoia are we talking about?
What class would you be using with a gunslinger-type, anyway?
No Immortals Handbook, mostly because I have absolutely no idea what it is, and also because combining you and the word "Immortal" seems like a road to ruin.

Immortals handbook is a book used to model different levels of gods, demigods, prophets and disciples. It has a number of templates and portfolios for such beings, as well as divine and cosmic abilities. There are also monsters of CR 13613616.
It is totally awesome.

But please no cheese? Pretty please?
Feel free to make your character strong, but no crazy class/spell/etc. combos that break the game.
Oh, also, no Unearthed Arcana. I keep forgetting to add that to the rules of my games.

Note: Forgotten Realms has rules for guns.
Because, you know, one of world's most powerful beings being a paranoid gambling-addict has a sense of irony in it.
EDIT: Is Immortals handbook a legitimate sourcebook?
It's completely balanced, not at all weird and I promise I wouldn't do anything absolutely hilarious with it.

Scary. Gonna go with no on it, because I don't have access to it.
PS: The planned first parts of the game pretty much mandate that nobody have any LA.
