The most intelligent retort I can come up with is that the new rule has been used by Warcraft card game, so Wizards applying this rule to Magic means that they, as the pioneer of card games, ends up copying other card games.
Other than that, I can't be bothered. Still sore about that Spike player who killed my Venser who has 8 loyalty counters by dropping his own Venser.
TPAM hates limited format because everyone else always gets better cards than them.
Well, let's see, I've been playing D&D type games since 1982, in fact I still have my Intellivision with a still-working copy of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Treasure of Tarmin™ from 1983, so I suppose you could say affirmative to that.
i don't. my last wish would be to get a glass of ginger ale
TPAM runs an EDH deck that i have faced before
faced: vela, sissay, sigara, vorel , wrekial, kathrass, zur, kaalia, mimeoplasm, sharuum, uril, teysa(1.0 and 2.0), asuza, azami, onmath, norin, sliver legion and overlord, and malestrom wandered
Yeah, Magic2014 really is underwhelming ... just like Dragon's Maze, Gatecrash, Return to Ravnica, Avacyn Restores, Dark Ascension, Innistrad, New Phyrexia, Mirrodin Besieged, Scars of Mirrodin and all sets before those.
Get over it, it's just a children's card game.

@soulbanana: If you mean Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund (not sure who Kathrass is), then yes, I do have a deck with that commander... that usually catches people off guard with this to instantly win the game.
@magac: No, this morning was pretty normal.
TPAM hasn't successfully resolved that insta-win card yet.
