Masterplum's leadership style was immediately recognizably different than old Jeor's. He seemed impatient and anxious, sitting around that table. Nervously tapping his fingers on the table. Interjecting over discussion, and putting several of the others on the defensive. His eyes darted over each of the others more quickly than seemed imaginable. Though his intentions and fervor seemed pure, it appeared to many of the others that this tact was reckless and unlikely to return the necessary outcome.
"Enough!" Iso finally interjected, slamming his fist on the table.
"Guard your tongue, Ser," Cyan reprimanded.
Masterplum gave him a cool and piercing look,"No. Let him speak. What is your meaning, ser?" The question was more venomous than a manticore.
"It should have been me! I would have led you ingrates to salvation, to glory, to redemption... he's leading nothing but a mummer's farce!" Steel had been drawn and they were closing in around him. Iso looked over their faces, noting the bitter irony that he had trained most of these men himself, when most of them were almost as worthless has the Tarly kid had been before they'd turned him into a pincushion. He readies himself as Cyan was beginning to close in from his right, Masterplum on his left.
THWUNK!
The crossbow bolt had struck him square in the bowels, knocking him back up against a nearby wall. As soon as they had drawn steel, he had known that this was it, but he had thought that even vermin such as this would give him a more honorable death. As he felt the life slowly beginning to fade from him, he tried not to grimace as he looked around at the other five.
"Sod off, all of you. You're worthless, worthless to the core. It's over, and you know it in your hearts." He pressed his gaze toward KittyCupCake, who was holding the bow. "Finish it, then."
THWUNK!
Iso has been lynched. He was:
Alliser Thorne - Town Master Trainer
Abilities:
You may vote.
Training Partners: Once per game during the Night you may send me the names of two target players. You will learn whether they share an alignment or not. They will become paired for the rest of the game and if either of them dies, the other will as well.
"His true colors have shown, this was not our brother. No reaction like that..."
Cythare saw it as it was about to happen. When the new Lord Commander began to stride across the room toward Alliser's body, KittyCupCake quickly loaded another bolt.
"NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" Cythare ran and threw himself in front of the Lord Commander.
THWUNK!
KittyCupCake's bolt couldn't have flown more true, piercing Cythare's neck and lodging directly into the back of Masterplum's skull, knocking both clean off of their feet, pinning them togehter, and killing them instantly.
Masterplum is dead. He was:
Benjen Stark - Town Tracker
Abilities:
You may vote.
First Ranger: Once per Night, you may send me the name of a player. You will track that player and see who they target that Night (if anyone). You will not see what action they preform.
Hunger was outnumbered, out armed, out sized, out skilled. He did as he was told.
"Move. Quickly now." KittyCupCake motioned with his crossbow.
They moved quickly. Binding and gagging him, sliding effortlessly into a passage to the wormways that he'd never known was there were. They emerged outside of the Great Hall, where many of the others had gathered, awaiting the results of the investigation. Cyan quietly barred the doors with his sword. The next several minutes felt like a blur. The two moved with a master knowledge of Castle Black at KittyCupCake's direction. He recalled the din that had gone up from the halls when they had opened the gates to the other side of The Wall, but did not recall their ascent to the top. He remembered grimly thinking that lookouts were not effective when they were looking the wrong way.
Hunger snapped back. KittyCupCake's cheeks were red and retracting from the mouth of a large horn.
"Can finally get rid of these, eh Mance?" Cyan was pulling at his face. Hunger gasped to see the man's face melt away to one of fire-hair and freckles... and that of a woman. When he turned back toward KittyCupCake, he was staring The King Beyond The Wall square in the face.
"MPHHHH," Hunger yelled into his gag until KCC removed it. "What sorcery is this?!"
"We serve a very powerful man, with a very powerful god," KCC shrugged. He put an arm around Hunger and guided him toward the precipice of the Wall. "Your friend Alliser had the right of it, you know. It's over." His voice sounded soft and kind, as if he were comforting an old friend.
Hunger stared. The black sea of wildlings had advanced and were lapping at the foot of the Wall, completely unmolested. He craned his neck to see a giant stooping to gain passage through the opened doors. Behind them, smoke had started to rise. Gods, they were torching Castle Black. "To what end? Do you hope to settle in The Gift? When news travels, every army in the Seven Kingdoms will rise to wipe out a horde of wildlings."
"Look." Cyan had joined them, his arm around Hunger's other shoulder. Even just a woman, she still loomed over Hunger. Helpless as he was, he craned further and saw ships in the distance... and a chill went down his spine as he saw that their sails bore the unmistakable stag and burning heart.
"The true King is coming to Westeros, Hunger," offered KCC, "and more impressive of a way to win the Game of Thrones than with giants?"
"I thought your people would not be ruled. I thought the lands were free. I thought you didn't care about the 'rightful' king?"
KCC smiled a jovial smile. "We don't. But we care about this king. This king is desperate. This king brings us opportunity.... This king brings us warmth." And with that, KCC and Cyan exchanged a knowing smile over the top of Hunger's head....
And gave a little shove.
Hunger has been endgamed. He was:
Pypar - Town Vanilla
Abilities:
You may vote.
Cyan and KCC have Endgamed.
Cyan was:
Ygritte - Mafia Bloodluster
Abilities:
You may vote.
Once per Night, you or one of the other Mafia members may perform a Nightkill.
Bloodlust: The first Night kill that you submit has a 50% chance of targeting a random Townie rather than your intended target.
KCC was:
Mance Rayder - Mafia King-Beyond-the-Wall
Abilities:
You may vote.
Once per Night, you or one of the other Mafia members may perform a Nightkill. You may not perform the Night kill and perform another action unless you are the last Mafia player remaining. You may never perform the Night kill and blow the Horn of Joramun in the same Night.
Horn of Joramun: Once per game, during the night, you may blow the Horn of Joramun. Based on your position on the active player list in the OP, this will give you a 75% chance of role blocking each individual player directly above and below you on that list, a 50% chance of blocking the players directly above and below them, a 25% chance of blocking the players directly above and below them, and a 10% chance of blocking the players directly above and below them.
If blocked, a player will take no action that Night.
Your teammates are also susceptible to being blocked in this way, including anyone performing the Night Kill.
A Bard Among Them: Once per night, you may send me the name of another target player. You will be given that player’s full role PM.
FTR - if anyone is wondering why the game ended then - Cythare and Plum died together... so even if the scum team had, for some reason chosen to kill Hunger instead there, and either KCC or Cyan had been lynched the next day, both Cythare and Plum would have died the following Night.
The result was inevitable, so I ended it (and for the purposes of flavor made Plum the NK for Day 4).

Holy *****, I cannot believe we actually won. Like..our team had almost nothing going for it, vs a town with a billion abilities. My role was just abysmal; I was literally 'Strictly Worse Vanilla Mafia'.
I didn't know what to do with my claim, so I just claimed as close to my real role as possible, without just claiming Vanilla(If I claim Vanilla, 99% chance it is because I am Vanilla). I really, really hate false-claiming Vanilla. I would rather claim something odd that at least forces people to think that just 'herp derp Vanilla like XXX other people'.
I'm sad that my post re: letting Megiddo make the LC choice caught me so much flack. I will state now, with the game being over, that I 100% would have made that post as town. For the exact reasons that I stated.
Also, @Wheat Grinder:
Quote from you »
Also Cyan is being so scummy it hurts; whenever he knows he's been caught, he lashes out against the guy leading the charge, I think to discredit him. But it's just not convincing, ever.
Not only do I typically NOT do this(look at my last X scum games, because this game made 4 or 5 in a row or something), in fact I would argue that I typically avoid doing this, but it worked perfectly in this instance.
@Iso: People did lurk alot Day 1, but basically everything broke the town's way this game, you guys just never capitalized. MP made a bunch of tracks that made no sense. If you read the scum qt, we fully expected MP to track me on the last night, and for me to have to somehow talk my way out of it. Instead he tracked..Cythare. His apparently mindset there was a big part of why I felt that MP could be swayed into voting you.
But you guys caught some big breaks this game. Chris' role was ridiculous, and if Antny hadn't replaced it, he 100% would have gotten lynched, and apparently would have actually taken MP with him..I never believed that part of your claim, I completely thought you were trying to bait us into killing one of them. I honestly don't think you should have ever revealed that aspect of your role. Also, I fully expect probation of some sort to be given to Antny because of his actions. He replaced out for literally no other reason than 'well I'm under pressure and about to die', /ragequit). You controlled the double vote for the entire game, had multiple investigative roles, etc etc. There was literally no way we should have won.
KCC Blows the Horn of Joramun - successfully blocks Masterplum and Sir Chris. Fails to block anyone else.
Killjoy silences KCC - Successful
Cyan attempts to kill Wheat_Grinder - Successful
Iso targets Masterplum and Antny223 - Successful - learns they are aligned
Masterplum targets Hunger - Unsuccessful
Sir Chris is blocked from seeing who the NK is or taking action
Wheat_Grinder's death trigger is successful and his journal is posted Day 2
Night 2:
KCC targets Seppel with A Bard Among Them - Successful
Cyan attempts to Kill Masterplum - Redirected to Sir Chris
Masterplum targets Iso - Successful - learns Iso did nothing
Sir Chris learns of Cyan's target and opts to take the kill for Masterplum (vengeance trigger not activated)
Night 3:
KCC takes no action
Cyan attempts to kill Megiddo - Successful
Masterplum targets Cythare - Syccessful - learns that Cythare took no action
Megiddo's death trigger clause is activated - nominates KCC to be LC in the event of a tie
Also Cyan is being so scummy it hurts; whenever he knows he's been caught, he lashes out against the guy leading the charge, I think to discredit him. But it's just not convincing, ever.
Not only do I typically NOT do this(look at my last X scum games, because this game made 4 or 5 in a row or something), in fact I would argue that I typically avoid doing this, but it worked perfectly in this instance.
you did this in this game and at least two others in the row (Archer and xkcd; not sure if you did in the others or not)
so therefore I would say more often than not it happens.
I think that scum made a risky as hell gamble and they made it pay off. They took what they had and used it perfectly. Scum deserved the win more than town, and so I'm okay with this result.
I'm sad I got killed N1 only because I wanted to keep playing. Usually I'm not enough of a threat to get NK'd so early.
I did it at the last possible moment in this game, when it would win the game if it worked, and I would be dead if it didn't. It was an all reward no risk gamble.
In xkcd, I went out of my way to say that Iso, who was the only one that ever lead a case against me really, was super town, actively trying to stop his lynch and get my scumbuddy bussed instead. And then later when Hunger started in on me, I 'town read' him as well...like what are you actually thinking of here?
And the same goes for Archer. I didn't lead ANY lynches that game, except for (sort of) bussing Antny, and I was basically never under suspicion anyway. You are flatly just remembering things incorrectly here. And you didn't die 'because you can successfully read me'. You are welcome to try and get me lynched any time you think I am scum. If you make it happen, that means I deserved it, and good for you if I'm actually scum at the time. Anyway, KJ wanted to kill you. I would have chosen Iso, which honestly would have worked out much better IMO, because it would have led to Antny getting lynched Day 2.
Like..you are just so opposed to giving me credit for anything EVER(especially reading the spectator chat) that it makes me laugh. I know what I'm doing. Seriously.

I think Cyan is trying to use that as an excuse to get two up on the town.
I am really offended that you would say this. I would never, ever, everevereverever do something like this. I am an ethical player before anything else. We are talking about some game on the internet that you don't even actually win anything out of other than some bragging rights. Man I love editting. This setup was really swingy. There were multiple ways that the town could have just won the game by N2, and in some instances, the scum could have won effectively at the start of Day 3 under a certain string of events that involves 2 mislynches, 2 paired people dying, and the scum getting control of the LC vote.
I forgot about the 'could kill the killer' part of Sir Chris' role when I claimed. Taking that into account, I'm less happy with my claim and should have gone for something else. Though I have absolutely no idea what. The town had every angle covered, so I don't think anything would have been particularly believable.
Yeah, that was an awful claim. I don't know why I let that slide - I guess I just needed the "?" Of Seppel's alignment cleared so I could solve the game.

Hell, probably my worst town performance was in Wu Tang mafia because I knew Cyan wasn't town but he was condescending and frustrating to play against (basically just saying I was awful whenever I cased him, which rankled me and threw me off my game... and so I kept bringing things into my arguments against him that didn't need to be there because I was tilting, which allowed him to pick at my weaker arguments without really having to debunk the main reasons that I suspected him... and no one else was listening to me...) - so it was a complete slog to drag myself to the keyboard every night and fight that fight.
@DCIII: I feel really bad about this. I only use this tactic when I feel that this case is actually bad. And it can be a hard line to take, especially when you know you are scum. Like in uhhh..Wu Tang?(I think), Killjoy was on me for literally the entire game, and there were certain arguments that I knew it would be almost impossible for me to refute if they occurred to him. Thankfully they didn't. I will tell you plainly what you have sort of started to figure out here. The best way to case me is to make points that are both extremely salient but also extremely concise. I'm pretty good at creating wiggle room, especially when points are brought up that I don't think are actually relevant. But I am truly sorry that you would have negative feelings about interacting with me in the game, in any way. I relish the challenge of this kind of thing. I will also state that this type of self-defense is not an alignment tell for me, this is always how I defend myself. But I'll try to keep what you've said here in mind. You're a quality player, and I wouldn't want to see your participation diminish because of something that I did. My favorite games are the ones where everyone is what I perceive as a good player. It is exhilarating.
@Iso, what made you decide to reveal the 'if one dies they both do' aspect of your role? Providing that information seems like it is completely playing into the scum's hands. I'm very surprised that you didn't keep that bit to yourself.
@Sir Chris: What made you decide that it was worth giving yourself up to protect MP. Even if you thought he was town, he was putting in a pretty questionable performance.
Definitely wish I replaced in for Megs in this game as you guys saw in the extended replacement request. I was reading along and feel like I could have made more of a dent in this game than Megs did.
Cyan had me fooled, though. Once killjoy flipped I feel like I could have pushed KCC Day 3 due to the silencer gambit (which I've had experience with) but Cyan had me thoroughly convinced he was town. I thought I had a handle on reading Cyan based off of knowing his alignment in spectated games and in Iji Mafia, so hats off to him for that performance.
@Cyan: It seemed anti-town to keep that info to myself with an impending Antny lynch. I don't see anyone but scum keeping that quiet for a cheesy extra mislynch, and I wanted everyone to be as informed as possible.

I do like how I called KCC Rolecopping Seppel and using that for her claim, though.
To me, this is kind of sad. It just feels like mafia has degenerated to a state where it doesn't matter what your actions are, people are just going to call you scum if they feel like it, and sometimes they're just going to be correct.
I have my own issues with KCC's play, mostly that I think she was too willing to go along with wagons/lynches on her teammates, in an environment where it wasn't going to benefit her to do so, and she too heavily resisted just working with us. If she had voted Antny Day 2, it would never have come back on her, and we probably could have just won the game Day 3. She did correctly call Megiddo as the LC(I genuinely thought that it was MP..we had the same read there, Iso), which is pretty impressive.
Mafia just seems weird to me now, I don't know. Town behavior is just so unpredictable(and frequently, not in good ways) anymore that as a scum it's hard to DO anything, because people are just wild cards. But then you just end up with scenarios where the town ends up feeding on itself, because nobody knows how to work with each other. Like..I was on all of one lynch wagon this game, and it was the one I *had* to be on. It never helped me that I avoided the Hunt lynch, nor the Seppel one. And it didn't really hurt me, either, that I wasn't on the KJ lynch. I'm starting to think that just active lurking is the correct strategy as scum right now. If KJ had put in slightly more effort, he probably wouldn't have been lynched. And KCC never really did anything(she kind of gets a pass for this because she couldn't post for one day, but still), she just durdled around a bunch.
Why then is KCC voting Cyan here? He said scum must be Cyan/ISO. SUPER easy to just vote ISO instead of cyan. I lynch ISO, scum wins, good game.
Every other combination must involve ISO. Vote:ISO
For the record, I think a cyan/ISO scum team is the most likely here. Cyan and ISO both avoided the killjoy train as long as possible. ISO and cyan voting each other as scum also makes sense. They both would know I am extremely likely to lynch one of them, and so it would be very logical to bus each other for end game. KCC bussing Cyan however does not make sense. It should be reasonable to assume I am likely to vote ISO, why tempt me to hammer the real scum?
Yeah, it sucks how that didn't work out at all. I really messed up there.
And KCC never really did anything(she kind of gets a pass for this because she couldn't post for one day, but still), she just durdled around a bunch.
Oh, yes, I'm so sorry that I only engineered the hunt mislynch... and the seppel mislynch... and the iso mislynch. And called the LC D1... and chris's full ability... and plum not tracking you in favor of a more obscure target. And I'm especially sorry about not drawing any real suspicion all game until you started acting super scummy towards the end and brought all eyes on us, since POE left me as the only reasonable scumbuddy for you... and then managed to win the game anyway.
And... I'm pretty sure that's the last game I'll be playing here.
Also, you are kicked out of my shoulder cottages. -Leave the sheep.
I could say that I would have lynched cyan first but I doubt the game ends differently. KCC played pretty well.
My only final thoughts are I think you guys have a serious activity problem. When town posts once a week scum can also post once a week and active people get lynched. Perhaps if KCC had posted more the final day I would have been more confident he was scum but he didn't because he didn't have to.
Anyways, I appreciate you thinking of me when you invited me to this game DCIII. Didn't quite get there but maybe if SEPPEL hadn't lied about his role or if ISO didn't nominate 30 minutes in....
Oh well. I doubt I'll play again because honestly a 20 post over a week Lylo was fairly infuriating. It seemed like nobody actually wanted to win. If you guys ever make a shorter game with stricter activity guidelines I would consider playing again, but until then.
I seem to recall you turned harshly on me when I was calling you scum, and also eventually turned on Iso. Maybe the latter is incorrect but I'm pretty sure on the former.
Generic though. I mean, I accept it's a slightly different position but you did it in exactly the same way so I call it that.
Like..you are just so opposed to giving me credit for anything EVER(especially reading the spectator chat) that it makes me laugh. I know what I'm doing. Seriously.
I'm only so opposed to giving you credit because you are so damned unwilling to express your faults.
I'm not sure why that bugs me but it does
Also I like to play up my ego in knowing how to catch you, so just write it off as that. You are still one of the best players, and being able to catch you when you're scum is exhilarating.
I'm not going to wade further into this drama than I have to. I'll just say I'm of the opinion that KCC should NOT quit - I'd like to see her in more games.

I wanted to win and had full intentions of leading this Day and working it out with you and then you voted Iso
I have like two pretty large posts written up on my work computer about how KCC and Cyan were both super scummy and then 3/4 of my house got destroyed so that has been slightly more important than finish up and posting those posts.
I think Cyan is trying to use that as an excuse to get two up on the town.
I am really offended that you would say this. I would never, ever, everevereverever do something like this. I am an ethical player before anything else. I apologize for that Cyan, I simply meant that you play to win, and that "you would do anything" to win. I didn't really think it was unethical. I was just thinking you were using some tools at your disposal to create a winning advantage. Truly, no offense was meant. I think you are a true competitor and want to win every time you go out there. I admire that in you!
I have to say I find you less offensive when you are playing than others on this site. But, all in all, we are all playing this virtual game you mention, and we all want to win, and using emotions to tip the scales is really not a bad play. So, I guess I don't see the difference in relation to anyone else? It shouldn't be a big deal.
Yeah, that was an awful claim. I don't know why I let that slide - I guess I just needed the "?" Of Seppel's alignment cleared so I could solve the game.
I always need this.
I would love if Kitty stayed as well. I have to say, she lynched the poop out of me and it was very well played on her end.
This was my first loss. I played awful that first day and deserved to be lynched. I was so lost by the end I couldn't muster an arguement...
Cyan somehow persuading people to vote for others - things really haven't changed haha.

Logical Reasoning is dead; Long Live Stupidity
Quote from Seppel »
I love Joboman, Poggy, Niv, and Vezok, because, while they may not be the best players, they still try to win. Having fun is the most important thing to a game, but I've learned that if you don't try to win, then you're ruining everyone else's fun.
“Now I must return to the Shadow Tower knowing that my time will never come. Do not make me die regretful.”
You unwittingly created the foe that is Mance Rayder when you required him to trade his cloak patched with red for a uniform black on many, many years ago. And yet, this is the very symbol of who you are. Honor and duty bound. You are made of sterner stuff. Tradition matters. There is a way of doing things.
You will protect the realm with every ounce of your being.
“Lies, all lies! A strong man makes enemies, Your Grace, they whisper lies behind your back. Naught was ever proven, not a man came forward...”
Resident Lannister sycophant, you were banished to The Wall by The Imp for your opportunistic haste in having Ned Stark beheaded. That said, you hold out hope that you still have some Lannister good-will built up as they know that power, wealth, and import are the way to your heart and it’s always helpful to have a friend at The Wall.
Though a humbler title than Lord of Herrenhal, your new pursuit is glory here within the Night’s Watch. You must withstand the Wildlings first, though, for how else is King’s Landing, nay, Casterly Rock going to see your true worth?
You begged Jon not to go back to Winterfell, to forswear himself. You’ll never understand why he did, nor will you forgive him. He was a good and true friend… and now he’s gone. Resolute, you are now all the more determined to defend the lone remaining family you have – The Brothers of The Night’s Watch.
Mance Rayder is going to learn that it will take a lot more than giants to scare you… well, he’s going to learn that even when you’re scared, you won’t back down when it comes to defending family.
A Baratheon man through and through, you are the best blacksmith The Night’s Watch has ever seen – having crafted the late King Robert’s warhammer as well as Stannis Baratheon’s first sword. You lost your arm in Robert’s rebellion fighting for him during the siege of Storm’s End. It causes you much pain to think of the fate that befell your King during the hunting accident that day, and now to hear of his Lannister of a son traipsing about King’s Landing seems like nothing but injustice. You have to wonder, at times, if the rumors of his bloodline are true.
Nevertheless, you are nothing of not honorable and duty-bound to your post, and you are more formidable than many a man with both of their arms. You will do whatever you can to ensure that the Wildlings don’t breach The Wall and spread savagery into the Seven Kingdoms.
“When dead men come hunting in the night, do you think it matters who sits the Iron Throne?”
You have heard talk of the fall of Winterfell or, rather, its sudden change in loyalty in support of the Lannisters. This pains your soul as you remember marching alongside Lord Eddard in Robert’s rebellion. And yet, pledged to ever protect the realm and not to concern yourself with matters of Kings and men, you lead onward.
You had feared that Jon Snow had gone south to Winterfell and had spent all of your ranging efforts trying to find and discreetly bring him back and yet, in so doing, had practically invited Mance Rayder unmolested onto your doorstep. Now you and your men must hold off, must stay true to each other, for reinforcements from that same Winterfell are your only hope.
Lord Commander: Your vote counts twice toward the lynch threshold but will not be shown as such in vote counts. If you are killed, this role will be publicly re-elected by a vote among all living players during the beginning of the next Day. If there is a tie, the role will pass to the player of your choosing (designated when you die).
“Half the boys you've seen training will die north of the Wall. Might be a wildling's axe that gets them. Might be sickness. Might just be the cold. They die in pain... and they do it so plump little lords like you can enjoy their summer afternoons in peace and comfort.”
You live life in a livid fit of anguish and rage. Your brother was beheaded as a traitor in King’s Landing and the mysterious news from Winterfell has resulted in Theon Greyjoy (you refuse to acknowledge his new surname) usurping the Great Hall. On top of that, Ned’s son Jon’s abandonment of his post delayed your ability to range north, to bring word of Mance’s forces, to better prepare your brothers of the Watch. Damn that boy. Maybe there was something to the claims against your brother after all if that was how his blood ran.
Never have your vows been so tested as they are now. Never since taking the black have you more wanted to insert yourself into the matters of the realm. And now you see Mance Rayder and his armies on your doorstep, and hear that some of his men may be trying to infiltrate your ranks.
No.
You will keep your vows, you will uphold what Starks have stood for thousands of years. You will put your energies as First Ranger into eradicating the threat to your new family, and protecting the realm.
First Ranger: Once per Night, you may send me the name of a player. You will track that player and see who they target that Night (if anyone). You will not see what action they perform.
“Did you ever wonder why the men of the Night's Watch take no wives and father no children? So they will not love, for love is the bane of honor, the death of duty.”
100 years old, you have seen many winters over your years. You have been head Maester on The Wall for long enough that everyone has forgotten your Targaryen blood. And yet, you were almost King once. How might the fates have been different had you not declined the throne and headed to The Wall so many years ago?
You have lived to see your entire blood line eradicated or banished across the Narrow Sea. You served throughout - served as your nephews and nieces were killed as infants in the throne room of Kings Landing by Tywin Lannister’s goon, Gregor Clegane. You are the epitome of restraint, wisdom, humility, and duty… so it is of little surprise that now, in the face of a Wildling invasion from the north and as rumors of Lannister influence taking hold in Winterfell, you hold true to your post as Maester of the Night’s Watch. You will do whatever you can to protect the tradition, legacy, and importance of your brothers in black, knowing full well that you do not have many years left in front of you.
Noble Sacrifice: Each Night you will be told the target of the Night kill. You may opt to take the place of that target player. If you protect a specific player in the game, REDACTED, the player performing the Night kill will also be killed in addition to you.
“The worst isn’t done. The worst is just beginning, and there are no happy endings”
You long ago learned to retreat into your books and history when the world got scary which, to you, was practically all of the time. It’s only recently that you learned its uses. You were sad to see Jon go back to Winterfell, sadder yet to learn of his fate – and yet you understood. You admired him for so passionately believing in something, for fighting to protect it. You wished that you had the courage and skill to protect something…
And then, with Wildlings outside The Wall and the entire Seven Kingdoms in peril, you realize that you do. In a way, you control the history… and by documenting and learning what transpires here, perhaps you can provide guidance to those who follow you.
Records of the Watch: Using the Quicktopic below, you may keep notes on the game during the Night only. As other players die, they will be given the option to send me a message. If they choose to do so, I will add it to the Quicktopic and specify the player from which it came. If you are killed at Night, I will post a link to the Quicktopic the following Day (this will count as an action taken by you that Night). If you are lynched or killed during the Day, your records will die with you.
“You are as hopeless as any boys I have ever trained. Your hands were made for manure shovels, not for swords, and if it were up to me, the lot of you would be set to herding swine.”
Having taken the Black after the sack of King’s Landing in Robert’s Rebellion, you have taken your frustrations and anger out on your trainees for years. As such, you know the skills and tendencies of your men, and believe that the best way to truly know a man is to see how he works with a partner. You’ll be damned if you’re going to sit idly by while some savages from the north attempt to overthrow your lone remaining measure of worth – you only hope that those around you aren’t so worthless as to be able to help you stop them.
Training Partners: Once per game during the Night you may send me the names of two target players. You will learn whether they share an alignment or not. They will become paired for the rest of the game and if either of them dies, the other will as well.
“Once the heart has ceased to beat, a man's blood runs down into his extremities, where it thickens and congeals ... His hands and feet swell up and turn as black as pudding. The rest of him becomes as white as milk.”
Once a member of the Night’s Watch long ago, you have wandered the woods north of The Wall for centuries. The recent lack of ranging to the north drew you in closer, where you stumbled upon Mance in whom you saw leadership, determination, and fear. Fear not for himself, but that he wouldn’t get to give his people the life they deserved. Fear that the rules of the land, those designed to “protect” its governed, were to forever be barricades – keeping the majority safe while sentencing the Wildlings to omnipresent winters; to be prey to the Others. You promised to help him get his people past The Wall and he, in turn, promised to help you get past as well – if he had to bring down a whole section of it himself (or, more likely, with aid of his giants). As such, you are now his right hand man due to your steadfast resolve and ability to strike fear into the hearts of those around you.
You see no reason why he and his people shouldn’t be every bit as entitled to the bounties of The Seven Kingdoms.
You also know that Qhorin Halfhand is not in the game... because you froze his neck and pushed him over The Wall...
Once per Night, you or one of the other Mafia members may perform a Nightkill. You may not perform the Night kill and perform another action unless you are the last Mafia player remaining.
Coldhands: Once per Night, up to two times per game, you may send me the name of another target player. That player may not post the following Day other than to vote and unvote (for lynches and Lord Commander). You may not target the same player twice.
The Mafia win when they equal or control the vote. The Mafia are: (Kitty CupCake (Mance Rayder), Killjoy (Coldhands), and Cyan (Ygritte). You may chat with them until the game begins and during Night phases of the game here:
“You know nothing….”but you’ve never met Jon Snow.
Wildlings do what they want, when they want, and you’ve yet to meet anyone to give you any kind of purpose other than Mance Rayder. You believe his vision whole-heartedly, to the point of letting your fiery temper get the best of you at times and channel your rage toward the Night’s Watch – the face of those who think you’re worse than the rest of them, the face of those who want to keep you out of the Seven Kingdoms.
You’ll show them who is better… and you’ll follow Mance every step of the way in so doing.
You also know that Cotter Pyke is not in the game... because you slit his throat and pushed him over The Wall...
The Mafia win when they equal or control the vote. The Mafia are: (Kitty CupCake (Mance Rayder), Killjoy (Coldhands), and Cyan (Ygritte). You may chat with them until the game begins and during Night phases of the game here:
“Free folk don't follow names, or little cloth animals sewn on a tunic. They won't dance for coins, they don't care how you style yourself or what that chain of office means or who your grandsire was. They follow strength. They follow the man”
Once a member of the Night’s Watch yourself, you abandoned your post when forced to replace your wildling mended cloak with that of all black. Such a little sign of freedom and choice was not even allowed to you.
Now, you are the King-Beyond-The Wall. Hordes of Wildling forces, and even giants follow your lead. It is time, now. The Wall has kept out your people for too long and once you can get beyond it, you plan to take as much living space as you can.
You also know that Grenn is not in the game... because you slit his throat and pushed him over The Wall...
The Mafia win when they equal or control the vote. The Mafia are: (Kitty CupCake (Mance Rayder), Killjoy (Coldhands), and Cyan (Ygritte). You may chat with them until the game begins and during Night phases of the game here:
I do like how I called KCC Rolecopping Seppel and using that for her claim, though.
To me, this is kind of sad. It just feels like mafia has degenerated to a state where it doesn't matter what your actions are, people are just going to call you scum if they feel like it, and sometimes they're just going to be correct.
It's not that I "felt like calling her scum". I wanted you and KCC to be town all game because you're both great assets on anyone's team. I just remembered the way she went about certain things (particularly as it pertained to Seppel's claim) and how everything sort of seemed to fall into place for that particular plan to exist. Intuition, I guess we'd call it? Anyway, it was all-in-all a good plan, and ultimately worked out for you guys, but I did catch on.

Cyan somehow persuading people to vote for others - things really haven't changed haha.
They would be better if you came back around though!
@DCIII: I know it's been commented on already, but the amount of effort that you put into the flavor for this game is nothing short of incredible. You deserve a commendation for that alone, and I will definitely play in the next one due to this. The game was just so entertaining from that point, even though I felt like things were really hopeless for us the more town claims we saw.
@Iso: Well, obviously I'm glad that it took you as long as it did to figure it all out. But it was a pleasure battling you.
@Hunger: I think I'm just going to start advocating that you die early when I'm scum and you're not. Your ability to see into situations in this game when the rest of the town seemed completely fooled constantly vexed me. Just like in every other game where I've been scum and you've been town. You are a remarkable player.
@WG: I know what my faults are as a mafia player. But I'm not going to tell them to you(well, not just all at once), because that would be silly. And when people bring up points against me in game that are good points, and bring them up in the right way, I'll admit to them. I mean like..what do you want? For me to just give up as soon as someone suspects me(assuming I am actually scum)? I'm a little confused here.
@DCIII: I vote for the one Cyan voted for because it sounds the coolest. As you know, I'm not particularly vested in the GoT universe.
@Cyan: Thank you! I always enjoy playing with you, as well. I actually felt really good about my case against you in this game, particularly in the way you responded to it, as opposed how you seemed to easily brush off my attacks on you in XKCD. You're one of my favorite people to play with because regardless of our alignments, I like to keep you on my side, and that, in itself, is an entirely separate mini-game within Mafia.
Also, I'm about to make a proposition in the Council thread that I think you'll find interesting. Look for it!

So, most of my thoughts on the design choices and interactions and interplay between the roles/the strategy possibilities are in the spec chat.
The theme behind the game (other than the flavor) was obviously Megiddo's role (with Iso and KCC's roles being the other main drivers).
I wanted a role in the Lord Commander that was both a powerful Town role but that also had the ability of helping scum significantly in the later game. I also loved the idea of a role where scum could benefit not only from not gaining the most suspicion, but from appearing THE most towny on an election Day.
When considering the balance, the ability of the Lord Commander role to fall into scum hands was a very real possibility (and was part of the strength of the scum team). It almost happened this game - if one or two things had broken differently, KCC would have been the LC and, at that point in time unless she'd have been lynched the same Day she was elected LC, she would have won the game even if Cyan had been lynched (she kills Plum or Cythare and then ties Iso and Hunger in the vote count).
So, any time that the scum team can win the game after only creating two mislynches in a mini - it can't feel cheap if they do so, and it has to be part of the balance.
That being said, I do feel as though I slightly over-compensated for that and, while the game was fair (they won despite losing one of their two PRs in a game full of pretty good players), it was favorable to the Town.
I'd have tweaked the following things:
Sir Chris's role would have been just a straight Bodyguard - his ability to always protect whoever he wanted sans role block was OPed.
Cyan's role would have either not had the drawback at all, or it would have kept the draw back but would have been a Ninja with that drawback (although this didn't really impact this game).
KCC's Jorn wouldn't have affected the NK or her teammates, just abilities (although this didn't really seem to impact this game that much).
I think those three tweaks would have made it more or less very well balanced (as opposed to just, 'fair'), though still swingy (and most of the games in this series are advertised as swingy, as this one was in the sign-up).
As far as play, KCC and Cyan both carried their team in very different ways and, without either, they don't win this.
KCC concocted the silence strategy which worked as well as could have been expected and had her in auto town read piles such that Iso snap elected her without reading the rules and Meg bequeathed his rule to her in the case of a tie. Her role in the Huntzilla mislynch was very strong and, end of game, most people thought it was either Cyan and Iso or Cyan and KCC - but she was the elusive piece.
That being said - I agree that the actual bus of Killjoy was probably unnecessary and, though it worked out, that flip put the team in a difficult situation because it cleared Hunger behaviorally. KCC made a good point that she probably couldn't have lynched Antny that day because of her support of Plum (although with a silence, she probably could have made up a reason later) but I think Hunger was also a viable option on that Day. Either way - it's really hard to second guess a play that worked out and, because of the gambit, because of the mostly universal town read on her until the very end, and because she was the seed of doubt for some, including Masterplum - I'm giving her scum MVP of this game. Also, lastly, that vote on Cyan at the end was a tough hard bluff to hold onto because his lynch likely ends in her loss, IMO, but it was well executed.
KCC Scum MVP
Strong honorable mention to Cyan, though, whose dogged determination to simply not let himself get lynched despite heavy scrutiny as the game progressed was arguably equally as important to his team's win. Plum said KCC probably wins if Cyan goes first - but I'm not sure who she kills that Night in that case because Cyan's death would have completely cleared Plum and Cythare, would have given a lot more credence to Iso, and Hunger was already being strongly town read at that point.
(As an aside - Cyan - re: Wu Tang. Don't worry about it... it's part of the game. I was mad at myself for response to it because I don't often let things get under my skin (though still drew the N1 NK somehow). It's not the most fun tactic to endure, but I'm as competitive as anyone on here and I understand an "any ethical means necessary" approach to these sorts of things. We also had the added dynamic in that of you being the SK instead of Mafia so your thinking that a lot of what what I was saying was erroneous. Anyway - I appreciate the words and rest assured that had nothing to do with the hiatus I went on (that was more a burn out factor of trying to be so on in 2014 and playing in too many games/only being able to log onto the boards from home late LATE in the evenings).)
Really, both KCC and Cyan's skills shone in this game, I thought, and (I think there's only one other option at this point in Star Trek) but this game is currently my scum team performance of the year until something else comes along and unseats it.
It's a shame that they're bickering afterward a bit and KCC, you should definitely keep playing, I've very much enjoyed playing with you and modding for you.
Iso solved the game at the end and was yelling about it and, for all intents and purposes, I think his posting Day 4 came across as pretty damn Townie. Someone in the spec thread described him as being a "terror" which I thought was accurate.
That being said, he was the final mislynch to lose the game and his early play/targets with his ability/rushing to elect LC without rule reading all played a negative factor in the game for Town.
I do think that the ability to keep yourself from being lynched as a Townie is basically equally as important as having good reads, and that game into play here.
I'm going to go with Hunger as the Town's MVP for this game for a few reasons:
He was the most influential person in the Killjoy lynch and drove it home.
He was a little more muddled in the end game and wasn't as vocal, but it seemed like he was going to get there and he'd been trumpeting KCC as not clear earlier in the game than most anyone else.
He made himself basically unlynchable at the end of the game through his play despite being a Vanilla Townie, which was incredibly valuable.
This game seemed a bit more heated than most I've witnessed recently and I'm unsure why that was... a lot of short fuses, but I was really frustrated by that Antny replace out - it was awful timing. I didn't and don't think that a modkill was the correct decision in that scenario based on the game flow, though.
Cythare I thought came into the game and made a HUGE impact in a positive way... but then kind of just lost all momentum and I really didn't understand why. I felt like him having a more active voice in the later stages of the game would have been a big help.
The Seppel self-hammer was rough. I don't know that it would have gotten there had he not done that as I remember thinking that scum still had a ways to go to make it happen and that someone on the wagon was likely to change their mind and unvote him soon - and then the self-hammer.
DYH told me when he replaced that he was retiring I hope he un-retires one day soon! I was looking forward to him making his comeback in this game.
Wheat's replacement in did crack me up, though - especially his horn comment in the journal.
Please everyone remember to vote for another game...!
Thanks to everyone for playing! I'll give a little teaser for the next game in the series in this thread soon.
@Cyan - thanks re: the flavor comment... that means a lot. I enjoy making the flavor for this series stand out, and hope that the games are interesting and fresh/attract skilled players. The series has the potential to go on for a while, I think, if people keep on.
I may have a normal ready for review before too long, as well.
Maybe I was too hard on you, KCC, and your play was just more nuanced than I realize. My apologies.
I do admit that your vote on me at the end there was a good move. It put me under incredible pressure, but it looked so good for you. Honestly if Cythare were just paying more attention to the game and had voted me like he should have, I think that momentum would have sealed my fate.
I do have to ask anyone, though - I was obviously demotivated at the start of the game due to the quantity of lurking and V/LA players. My early game play was obviously not stellar because of this, but then again, few people's were. What could I have possibly done to not have gotten mislynched at the end, there? plum was hellbent on seeing me dead, and he's really the only difference I could have seen being made, here, short of Cythare showing up at the last minute to save the Day. Cyan needed me dead so that he didn't die, instead; KCC needed me dead because I had the game figured out and the plum/Cythare flip would have cleared me; Hunger didn't really want to lynch me more than he wanted to lynch Cyan, I think; and Cythare wanted to lynch Cyan.
So really, what could I have done? Aside from electing Hunger as LC. I was mad that I couldn't change my vote, so that was a foregone conclusion.

As I've griped about in-thread, I'm not thrilled with the pace of the game, and I think that's drastically affecting my approach to this game, coupled with my burnout in XKCD.
Cyan is literally my only solid town read, which is unfortunate, because it pretty much gives me nothing to go off of. KCC feels town but I'm less sure of her than I am of Cyan. Megiddo, too, but I'm less sure of him than KCC. But...it's a start, I guess.
Sir Chris feels off, but maybe that's just because I haven't tried engaging him yet. I'll try to do that on Day 2 if I'm still around. Speaking of...can I choose to target myself as one of the targets with my ability?
Cyan - Town
DYH - Probably scum due to his initial Killjoy approach. Town if Seppel is scum, but if DYH is scum, Seppel is town.
Seppel - Pretty much contingent on DYH, at this point. I've separated myself from my initial reaction to Seppel's awful argumentation regarding my alignment (as you no doubt saw if you're keeping up with the game), so I'm just waiting on DYH to post more so I can hang him and see what comes from that. If DYH and Seppel are BOTH town, then I suspect the scumteam consists of 3 of KCC/Megiddo/Chris/Hunger/Antny.
Killjoy - Really phoning it in and obviously not paying attention to the game. I'm gonna go ahead and say this gives him a tiny town blip, but given that he's my 4th strongest town read, this is pretty pathetic.
Hunger - Hated his catch-up. Probably scum.
Huntzilla - Either newbie with foot-in-mouth or scum. Hoping for the latter, but if not, I need to take another look at the possibility of KCC and/or Megiddo as scum.
Sir Chris - No read.
KittyCupCake - I want her to be town, but there's always going to be that "What if?" with a player as good as KCC is, to me.
Megiddo - Posting less than I'd like, but I also want Megiddo to be town because that makes this game easier to solve and easier to lynch the scum.
MasterPlum - I don't know what to make of this guy. If Huntzilla's town, plum's likely to be scum with KCC, I think.
Iso - Obvscum
Antny223 - Antny always reads as scum to me, so I have to take him with a grain of salt. That said, he feels more like scumAntny than town.
-
Optimal ability use would be to tie myself to the player I think is most likely to be scum, but if you won't let me do that, then it's to tie a strong town analyst to the player that I think is most likely to be scum.
KCC and Cyan haven't really engaged each other, which also seems weird to me, so I'll need to keep an eye on that.
I guess I need to re-read at some point before I select my target, because that's pretty pitiful, especially for my Day 1 standards. Maybe I'll note an interaction I hadn't seen before (due to skimming a lot of posts), but honestly, I'm most tempted to pair DYH with Cyan or KCC. Granted, that has potential to backfire terribly if my reads are out by Neptune somewhere, so maybe it's best used on someone like Antny + Cyan.
I'll probably ramble more to you later. I just needed a space to organize my thoughts and I can't really blurt out that I'm pairing people and why into the thread.
I'm particularly proud of 3 of my 5 "unaligneds":
KCC + Huntzilla
Cyan + masterplum
Killjoy + Antny
I was originally going to pair KCC and Antny, but then I thought masterplum was probably the LC, so more likely to be town that KCC at that point. Had I gotten a "different alignments" result, I would have lynched the pair of them no matter what on the Day after.
I also forgot about the following line from the above message:
"KCC and Cyan haven't really engaged each other, which also seems weird to me, so I'll need to keep an eye on that."

I think that, in general, you present your stances as stronger than you really feel about them, and then it reflects poorly upon you(and is easy to take advantage of as scum) if you change your mind later. Which you do. A ton. You make early game statements like 'nothing short of an investigation will get me to vote this person for the rest of the game'. And obviously you don't mean it, but some people don't know you well enough to realize that, and/or some people are just put off by statements like that in general. It also didn't help you any that Seppel basically rage-suicided because of your actions, then flipped town, then you immediately started championing the cause he had been on all of the day before.
I think that what ultimately this boils down to is that, as town, you say and do literally whatever you want. Because in your mind, you know you are town. And you assume that you will be able to convince people of this, if push comes to shove, because it is the truth. But that is simply not how things always work out.
In this game, your role helped you but also hurt you. The 'paired players die' part of your role was really weird and extremely difficult to believe. I knew you were town and still didn't believe it. So the Mod kind of got you on that one. But at the same time, like I said before, I think it would have been better off for you if you just withheld the clause on your ability. I really don't promote the idea of lying as town(despite being a player that has falsely counter-claimed someone before because I was that sure they were lying..and been incorrect once and correct once), but sometimes it's okay to omit information.
I mean, yeah, I expect people to believe that I believe what I'm saying - and I also expect people to understand that the natural progression of a Mafia game means that reads change. I dunno, maybe I just don't understand what you're saying, here.
As for the Seppel thing, yeah, I don't know why he was so mad about that. Sure, I refused to look at more of the game until I had a Seppel flip, because that was the missing piece of my gamestate equation. But that's also pretty much exactly what happened to me in XKCD, so I felt somewhat justified in my actions.
Regarding the Destiny Bond clause, would townCyan have voted for townIso if I had withheld that information and killing one also killed the other? It would have looked especially bad it if had occurred as a Nightkill, as that would have looked like some kind of double kill, IMO, and the fact that you didn't even believe me when you KNEW I was town makes me think you wouldn't have been amicable to keeping me alive when YOU were town. Finally, because of the nature of the LC and the ability to elect a new one, I didn't want the town to think they had one more lynch than they did or allow the scum to "accidentally" stumble across a double Nightkill as a result of me keeping my information to myself. I just don't see any other way I could have played that role. Obviously it's a lot riskier to use towards endgame.

I mean that you shouldn't make extremely absolute statements when you don't actually mean them. It will ever do anything good you for, but always has the risk of being held against you.
Like..what do you actually benefit from saying 'This person seems extremely town', which can be a correct sentiment at the time, but can change, vs your tendency to say things like 'I will have a townread on this person forever', especially considering that you don't ACTUALLY mean that?
When you're town, you should say what you mean. The only time that you should exaggerate this, IMO, is when you think a person is very scummy and you are trying to lynch them and don't think you are ever going to change your mind. In these instances, using hyperbole can help motivate people to your cause.

I did my duty to the Night's Watch because I felt I had an extremely poor game. I was just... completely out of it for the large majority of this game. Just one of those games where I just could not get involved at all to my liking. Rarely do I feel like I let one get away, but this game was one of them where I just... I don't know, I sucked.

The Alternate Game of Thrones Mafia Series is based on the idea that, if one event went differently, it could cause an entirely different series of events in the universe... but what was that thing?
Mini Game 3 in the series answers that, as it takes us to the battle at the Tower of Joy - a prequel to the first two games that will set the stage for future games.
A game for 11 players - This game will have a slightly different feel than some of the others in that all of the flavor will take place in a solitary battle, so it will be more minimalistic in that regard. Additionally, there will be no character or flavor claiming as the characters in the game (and their flavor) will be an open part of the pre-game set up (their roles will not be). This game will also not have the same swingy potential that will characterize most of the series.
Coming to a mini-queue near you - it is currently under initial review!
I very much agree with this. Thanks, DCIII for the awesome flavor. I also thought the setup and moderation were both very good as well. Kudos.
@Hunger: I think I'm just going to start advocating that you die early when I'm scum and you're not. Your ability to see into situations in this game when the rest of the town seemed completely fooled constantly vexed me. Just like in every other game where I've been scum and you've been town. You are a remarkable player.
Wow. I don't know what to say. Thanks, that's a very nice complement to receive. I have enjoyed our games together and it would be really great to actually be on a town team with you for once.
I think I still need to work on getting people to read or agree with my posts though as town. It doesn't do a whole lot for me to have good reads when the rest of town just ignores the majority of it.
Like, if Iso or KCC or you or Meg, or a number of other people were as town read as I was on the last Day and had to v/la, I am sure that people would have waited and the game wouldn't have ended without them posting more in depth after explicitly saying they had things they wanted to post. I seriously think this would have ended different if I hadn't had real life happen last week or if one of those players was in my position. Hopefully it's something that will just come with more games under my belt.
Again though, thanks for the kind words and hopefully we can play together on the same team soon.
Hunger Town MVP
Thanks for that. As I said to Cyan, I think I still have a ways to go in actually getting people to work with me. I feel like I just kind of post my reads and they float out there on their own little island and often get overlooked. I probably need to be more proactive in my approach and reaching out to specific people or something.
I think had I not been away last week I could have convinced plum to vote for Cyan. Then it would have been me/you/Kitty on the last Day and after Cyan flipping scum and plum/Cythare flipping town, there was no way in hell I would do anything other than lynch Kitty and I don't think there is any way she would get LC since she couldn't vote herself and neither of us would vote her.

"Drop it, child."
BAWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Night 1:
Megiddo's death trigger clause is activated - nominates KCC to be LC in the event of a tie

stop getting lynched
you did this in this game and at least two others in the row (Archer and xkcd; not sure if you did in the others or not)
so therefore I would say more often than not it happens.
Seriously.
I am really offended that you would say this. I would never, ever, everevereverever do something like this. I am an ethical player before anything else. We are talking about some game on the internet that you don't even actually win anything out of other than some bragging rights. If I advocate a modkill, it is because I fully believe that it is the correct course of action, independent of my alignment.

And... I'm pretty sure that's the last game I'll be playing here.
Also, you are kicked out of my shoulder cottages. -Leave the sheep.
And you certainly shouldn't quit.
Can we see the flavor of the role PM's?
Next time
I seem to recall you turned harshly on me when I was calling you scum, and also eventually turned on Iso. Maybe the latter is incorrect but I'm pretty sure on the former.
Generic though. I mean, I accept it's a slightly different position but you did it in exactly the same way so I call it that.

I have like two pretty large posts written up on my work computer about how KCC and Cyan were both super scummy and then 3/4 of my house got destroyed so that has been slightly more important than finish up and posting those posts.
Please don't leave, KCC.
You're one of my favorite players to play with.
Just ignore Cyan.
I always need this.
I would love if Kitty stayed as well. I have to say, she lynched the poop out of me and it was very well played on her end.
This was my first loss. I played awful that first day and deserved to be lynched. I was so lost by the end I couldn't muster an arguement...

“He’ll break before he bends.”

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As far as play, KCC and Cyan both carried their team in very different ways and, without either, they don't win this.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Iso solved the game at the end and was yelling about it and, for all intents and purposes, I think his posting Day 4 came across as pretty damn Townie.
Hunger Town MVP
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Other thoughts:

I do admit that your vote on me at the end there was a good move. It put me under incredible pressure, but it looked so good for you. Honestly if Cythare were just paying more attention to the game and had voted me like he should have, I think that momentum would have sealed my fate.
So really, what could I have done? Aside from electing Hunger as LC. I was mad that I couldn't change my vote, so that was a foregone conclusion.
