I'm really, really certain (like 95% certain) that our last two scum are Killjoy and Bur.
What happened to Bur being the 2nd more sincere obvtownie in the game behind Ika?
That was my read on like D1, maybe early D2.
You really haven't read the game. Or you're not bothering. Because that's something you could easily ISO me and find out.
So you think I should remember everything you've said this game? And I'm working on Isoinjg you for my case but I haven't gotten as far as D2 yet so calm your tits.
Be glad that hippocracy isn't a scum tell or this post would go in my case too.
KoolKoal: Feel free to take this with a grain of salt since self meta isn't particularly helpful, but I think I get scumread mostly for style over substance, but also for a certain lack of substance over style. It's not so much what I AM posting most of the time (though sometimes that can seem bad) but what I'm NOT posting. I've been told I come to non-obvious conclusions a lot, so when I post, quite a bit of the time there's jumps in logic that people can't follow and they think that's scummy. I get that accusation about a lot of questions I ask specifically. People call them "busy work" when the questions are legit etc.
As far as things to ignore, I can't think of anything. I would suggest you focus less on what I'm doing and more on how I'm doing it. That's probably more likely to be accurate. Like I've just said, what I do tends to come off a little weird, but if you look for how I do it, mindset comes into play and maybe you figure out something useful.

I think he might be but ithink you're more scum and ithink one of the protective roles is lying. Ave there's not more than 3 scum. If one of my other reads then burr is probably scum.

I'm just getting annoyed at Seppel because I've never seen him pull acase so far out of his ass.
Hypocrisy.
Would you feel better if I ISO'd you + Antny? ...even though you really can't speak for how awful Antny was.

Then you make a case that scum mmotivaters are plausible. And you tell us why your scum team thoughts don't include one if the protective roles. (It's burr and me, right?). I don't agree - Look at the wagons that Rhand posted and how Citric approached the end of Day 1 and what he actually contributed to the Hunger wagon Day 2. That in addition to everything you linked above - if you don't know why you think he's town, you should look again.
I agree with Rhand on Kam's 91, and I also think it feels a bit constructed. "We need to get interaction from everyone else." is just such an obvious thing to say.
In #122 he answers to pressure from Kami, but doesn't pressure him back
Right now my top suspect is Kam for what I mentioned earlier, his posts feel careful and calculated, but not really like he is adding anything or trying to figure anything out.
What he 'mentioned earlier' is that he agreed with me.
I really don't think Hawk is scum. I just need to find another recent scumgame from him to doublecheck a meta thing.
Can't we just lynch Kami or Citric?
We got three days to deadline so I'll shift my vote if needed. But frankly given how scummy Hawk has been I'm disappointed none of the people townreading him have been able to give me a convincing reason why.
I haven't seen a reason for Kami being town either.
Yep. Nothing.
He used my explanation of Kami's post as a good reason to call him scum for half a Day, and now when he rereads what I said about Kami, he simply says 'yep, nothing'.
Which means his reads are all fabricated.
@Hunger:
2. Is fair enough. I misread that post. I ISO'd you, so didn't see that had been pointed out before.
3. Nothing is a misrep if you found what I wrote enough to have him as a strong scumread for so long. The things you said about Kami afterwards were all a continuation on that as well. Important question tho: was that analysis purely a response to Emo's case, or did you actually get a read on me (and others) from making it?
That vote makes me nervous it should be tied between me and hunger right now.
It's not a tie. But I'm strongly considering unvoting Hunger now. His response makes sense.
What did you think of the above?
-------
@Rhand - What made you change your opinion on Ika and why is he light blue in your wagon list but you don't mention him in your wagon analysis? Citric barned Ika to join the Hunger wagon, didn't try to convince anyone to join it, then unvoted later and then rejoined after the wagon didn't disband and then disappeared at the end of the Day... and you're putting him as light blue based on him staying with the Hunger wagon and that looking good? What do you think Citric contributed to the Hunger wagon and what do you think about him saying he led the wagon?
Really strong assertion to make without indicating why you think so?
Calling Void and Citric town isn't wagon analysis, calling Seppel and ika town is a tenuous extrapolation, and he's town hunting. There is literally nothing good about his wagon analysis.
@Emo: yes, I do think there was only 1 scum on the Kami wagon. I think scum was too busy trying to get your slot lynched. What's wrong with townhunting in a wagon analysis?
@Dc3: I do mention ika. He's light blue because Hunger was voting him D2. I read some of his games and think I recognize his town game here in his smugness.
Citric was the first vote on the Hunger wagon in the counts. Did Ika vote before him?
Short notes:
Hunger: Dead and mafia. Jumps ika wagon, when it failed, tried to get Seppel wagon working, finally jumped E_P wagon.
Ika: "Vote Hunger. Unvote. Vote Hunger. Unvote. Vote Hunger. Unvote. Vote X. Unvote. Vote Hunger. Unvote. Vote Hunger. Unvote." Keeps on leaving and joining Hunger wagon, while few times joins other wagons only to return to Hunger.
Seppel: Starts Void wagon. Joins Hunger as 3rd. Leaves wagon when ika and Hunger both at 3. Later rejoins, putting Hunger at L-1.
Bur: Doesn't like voting.
Void: Jumps Hunger wagon when it was about to lose all its steam and stays there.
DCIII: Jumps Citric wagon as it gained steam, but left it after Rhand started ika wagon. When ika wagon gained steam, jumped back to Citric wagon and stays there.
Rhand: Starts ika wagon, leaves it when it gained steam. Jumps to Hunger wagon at the end of the day.
Anthy: Votes hawk, but joins ika right after Void starts the wagon. Jumps to Seppel after Hunger gains steam. Jumps to Citric when Hunger is at L-1 and Citric at 2.
hawk/E_P: hawk starts DCIII wagon. E_P joins Hunger as 4. Leaves Hunger wagon when at 4 and deadline is approaching.
Citric: Joins Hunger wagon as 2, leaves it as Hunger is at L-1... and returns to it soon after.

Also modgaming Bur setups is kind of treading down a dark path
And why do so many people think Void's vote and contribution to the Hunger wagon is so meaningful? Adding a vote and then disappearing is not an obviously town voting pattern. The only wagon he expresses interest in later is Citrics never speaking of Hunger again.
@Bur - also why do you think Citric is Town from your vote analysis?
@Rhand - I don't think it's likely that Hunger was the only scum on the Kami wagon. Both wagons sat for a long time and Hunger and Iso were the only players moving between the two. Hunger would have left a significant wagon with no other scum on it on town to consolidate his vote on Hawk only to move his vote back to Kami later? Seems really unlikely.
Ika voted Hunger first and Citric barned him D2. Do me a favor and re-read Citric at the end of Day 1 and then how he approached the Hunger wagon Day 2 and give me your thoughts.
Ika hadn't made much of a case yet when Citric voted Hunger. There doesn't seem to be anything there to base alignment conclusions on.
However, rereading that part of the game did show me something else: the timing of Antny's Seppel vote was awful. A clear-cut try to counterwagon Hunger.
So was your plan just the same as Seppel's. We all search in order and share whether there's something left at that location? I mean when you said something game breaking I imagined it would something other than the most obvious method of going about this.
That Hunger case is a big pile of nothing.
And Seppel is good enough to see that. And yet he basically just chucks away his townread on Hunger and sheeps the case.
unvote, vote Seppel
Seppel/Citrus/Hawk that's the pile I want lynched.
Due to the holidays, Antny's recent replacement, and my limited availability over the next week, I am extending the deadline one week to Monday, Jan 5 @ 2:00pm EST.
As Ashley Riot walks along the streets Undercity, he follows the sound of rushing water. Soon he finds himself in a large open plaza through which the rivers flow. In the distance he can make out the shapes of two people, who appear to be crouching. He warily creeps forward, trying to discern the identity of these shadowy figures.
As he nears, he recognizes the same two members of the Blades he encountered in the forest. They are examining something on the ground... but what?
Grissom sighs. "There's no pulse. He's gone... I'm sorry, Neesa."
As Ashley gets closer, he realizes they are hovering over the lifeless, armless body of Sir Tieger, which has washed up on the edge of the water. Suddenly, Neesa whirls around.
"You!" she screams at Ashley. "T'was you who did this!!"
Neesa readies her battle axe and advances, fury and revenge in her eye.
Grissom leaps up, surprised by her sudden advance. "Neesa, wait..."
"Unnnnhhhh..."
Everyone is startled by the unexpected groan. Grissom stumbles back, looking upon his fallen comrade as his body struggles to get up off the ground.
"...Please, a moment... my body is not... cooperating."
As Tieger's body slowly rises to its feet, he looks down and realizes he is missing an arm.
"Whaa... What is happening??"
Grissom, still stunned, mutters, "I am sorry, brother. We cannot help you now."
Neesa struggles to keep her composure as a tear forms in her eye. "Tieger... you have left this coil. The dark has filled you and you have joined the cold ones..."
"An ironic fate... I suppose it is better than endless wand'ring... But, to happen upon your own corpse..." he mumbles as he collapses to his knees.
Ashley stands in shock as Grissom and Neesa attempt to come to terms with what they see before them. Suddenly, Tieger's eyes begin to dart back and forth as voices ring within his head.
"Kill... Kill them all..."
"W-who speaks??" he shouts.
Grissom and Neesa glance at each other as they take a step back from the walking dead.
"It is bitter... lonely... they must join us. Kill them!"
"The walls speak!"
Sensing danger, the Blades ready their weapons and move toward Tieger.
"Your friends... they dream of killing you. They will steal your body! Kill them, Tieger!"
"My flesh... is mine... and mine alone!!"
Suddenly, the zombie leaps up and darts out of the area. As Grissom pursues him, Neesa turns once again in fury toward Ashley. For a brief moment, their eyes meet and she grips the handle of her axe tightly. Ultimately, she decides her partner's suffering must come first.
"Grissom!!" she shouts as she wheels around, joining the grisly chase.
Void didn't claim his role, name, class or anything besides his night actions. He also hid possession of his grimoire until after he claimed his Night 1 action.
The more I look at Void the more I am certain he is scum.
@Citric, Rhand: You guys still haven't made a sase for why it's possible for my role to be scum. Seppel's case actually makes the case that I'm unlikely to be, but he's still pushing me anyway.
Seriously, we should lynch either Seppel or Rhand. I'll take Rhand if you guys are adament about lynching in the protective trio.

I'm considering either Void or DC. I don't think anyone else claimed a role I can motivate that's not scum.
I did. I'm not scum.
A scum motivator isn't all that weird KillJoy.
There probably is a buddy that is X-shot something for you to motivate and if not, it is the ideal role to gather townpoints with.
For an example of how gifting roles can be scum: see AI in RtR mafia. But I think I already mentioned that.

@Bur: I need you to provide "long notes" for me, Antny and Seppel.
E_P: Joins Hunger wagon when it has reached half of the needed votes, but leaves the wagon after it has started to disband.
Anthy: As soon as the day starts, jumps to Citric wagon after Void starts it. Then, jumps to Seppel wagon after Hunger has gotten 3 votes, raising Seppel's votes to 2. Then, when Hunger wagon is at 5 votes and ika switches to Citric wagon, Anthy jumps to it too, putting Citric at 3 and Hunger at 4...
Seppel: Jumps to Hunger wagon when it starts to gain steam, only to leave it when both ika and Hunger wagon are at 3 votes, leaving ika with 3 votes and Hunger with only 2... And then jumps back to Hunger wagon, when the lynch looks inevitable, putting Hunger to L-1.
@Bur - also why do you think Citric is Town from your vote analysis?
Well, unless Citric is one of those players who is always super-turbo-bussing their partners, his behaviour doesn't make much sense if he were to be mafia!Citric. He joins the wagon right after ika, early on D2 and doesn't leave it. He only unvotes for a moment to put Citric away from hammer range, but soon returns his vote there...
If you have better explanation for Citric's behaviour, I'd like to hear it.

However, rereading that part of the game did show me something else: the timing of Antny's Seppel vote was awful. A clear-cut try to counterwagon Hunger.
unvote, vote KillJoy
I think he's the surest bet now.
Also, @Killjoy, I found these posts for you, regarding the decline of Bur:

This is Antny's post.
Although I'll probably have decent WIFI in the hotel in Prague, so I won't disappear completely.
Even if that's PST, that's in 8 minutes.
I really want Killjoy to respond, but whatevs.
Due to the holidays, Antny's recent replacement, and my limited availability over the next week, I am extending the deadline one week to Monday, Jan 5 @ 2:00pm EST.
Votecount and prod check coming shortly.

Seppel (1) - Killjoy
Not voting: Bur, Void

With 9 alive, it takes 5 to lynch.
Void, Killjoy and ika42 all need to post within 24 hours or receive a prod.
Killjoy talk talk talk pls
The more I look at Void the more I am certain he is scum.
@Citric, Rhand: You guys still haven't made a sase for why it's possible for my role to be scum. Seppel's case actually makes the case that I'm unlikely to be, but he's still pushing me anyway.
Seriously, we should lynch either Seppel or Rhand. I'll take Rhand if you guys are adament about lynching in the protective trio.
Sorry about your money stress. But can you please get off your phone and write coherent sentences?
But sure, let's ignore all of that. How about you just answer how this makes you more unlikely to be scum, as you say?
This is exactly what Hunger was doing: ignore any evidence you can't refute.
And Rhand: you don't think that's aa bit bastard?
Cab you remind me whew the behavioral points you made are, Seppel?
You didn't answer my question btw.
@Bur - please answer the questions outstanding for you.

this is boring me now
E_P: Joins Hunger wagon when it has reached half of the needed votes, but leaves the wagon after it has started to disband.
Good enough?
Well, unless Citric is one of those players who is always super-turbo-bussing their partners, his behaviour doesn't make much sense if he were to be mafia!Citric. He joins the wagon right after ika, early on D2 and doesn't leave it. He only unvotes for a moment to put Citric away from hammer range, but soon returns his vote there...
If you have better explanation for Citric's behaviour, I'd like to hear it.
