I also think my stances on you and EtR are well motivated, are they not?
Sorry, I wasn't sure.
I understand your perspective but, where your opinion of me is concerned, do not agree. My play has been inconsistent so it feels as if several players, yourself included, are going after low-hanging fruit when they attack me. Speaking of being inconsistent...
Not Voting (5) - hansanator, desCoures, Killjoy, EtR, Arianrhod (lol almost everyone Megs listed)
21 alive, 11 to lynch.
...
HEY PROPH why aren't you voting Killjoy
Everyone should list two or three players they are willing to lynch and proceed to lynch one of the two or three most commonly selected players so we can end this drawn-out Day already.
@Proph: then you should know him good enough to know garcia isn't a scumtell for him. Why use it against him?
@AI: ofcourse you don't agree with my read on you. Telling me otherwise would be a confession. But... You just fossed my main suspect in EtR.
How does your initial accusation of me fencesitting because i want to lynch multiple people line up with:
- you understanding my perspective
- you wanting everyone to list multiple lynches

@someone who knows Seppel's meta: Seppel townclears Meg in #170. Does Seppel usually do that? I remembered him only calling scum on D1 and not town, but I might be wrong.
Also, in #201 he admits he might be wrong in a read. That's something else I never saw him doing iirc. Does he do that as town?
KoolKoal: Feel free to take this with a grain of salt since self meta isn't particularly helpful, but I think I get scumread mostly for style over substance, but also for a certain lack of substance over style. It's not so much what I AM posting most of the time (though sometimes that can seem bad) but what I'm NOT posting. I've been told I come to non-obvious conclusions a lot, so when I post, quite a bit of the time there's jumps in logic that people can't follow and they think that's scummy. I get that accusation about a lot of questions I ask specifically. People call them "busy work" when the questions are legit etc.
As far as things to ignore, I can't think of anything. I would suggest you focus less on what I'm doing and more on how I'm doing it. That's probably more likely to be accurate. Like I've just said, what I do tends to come off a little weird, but if you look for how I do it, mindset comes into play and maybe you figure out something useful.
I'm still voting AsianInvasion, though I am also willing to vote KillJoy. Third pick would be LnG.
Killjoy: My suspicion of you has nothing to do with your supposed "slip". I personally think that that's stupid. You just have been very lurky and it seems unlike you.

Well, how's this for a reason for not liking you:
Looking back at all the posts you've made this game, you only have two that actually provide anything close to helpful analysis. You've got a handful of posts discussing your move, and then literally everything else is just you trying to defend yourself (or stating that content is coming/you're busy).

My top choices haven't changed - LnGrrrR or AI. I'm not sure on my previously leaning scum group, though - HookerPunch's posts make me think it's unlikely that he and Prophylaxis would be scum together.
--------------
Not a huge fan of rezombied's most recent post - It's completely filler and seems offended by Meg's "I still need more content from <these people>" when he's delivered basically nothing except a few questions that didn't really seem like they were scumhunting-oriented. That said, @rezombied, what is your read on Prophylaxis?
Wait a minute, you are well-versed in comparing people's play from one game to the next, and now you're saying that we should just ignore the fact that you are completely outside of your normal town meta?
No, I'm not saying to ignore it - my point was that it's also outside of my scum meta and you've seen both. I explained why it's been as its been - so how is that ignoring it?
@Seppel - Panic isn't rational - you're right, but there's normally some kind of context that makes sense to drive the panic. What you're alleging doesn't.
@Iso - you had said that I was putting words into your mouth again, so I wanted to know when I did previously and also how else I should have interpreted the purpose of your question to me about you and Seppel if I was wrong about its intent.
Killjoy/Seppel/AI/Iso - Unlikely that they all make sense as scum together but those are the players I have most issue with at the moment.
Most suspicious things going on here, IMO, are Seppel trying to link me to Killjoy for my discussion with Meg and Iso staying clear of the AI wagon when it was taking off despite thinking he was obvscum, and his explanation being that he wanted KJ lynched if he was dead (but he could have just gotten AI lynched if he thought he was scum and then reiterated how much he thought KJ was scum before Night).
Also been thinking more about that post from Meg that I quoted before and it still bothers me. I'm torn between thinking he's being stubborn or that he's being intentional. Probably don't have the clearest perspective on him right now.
You've been getting content from me all game, Meg D:
Top three are probably Cythare, Killjoy, and Lng. Killjoy has spent all of his time defending himself, and LnG has the whole lurky/only posting while pressured thing going on. Cythare has at least cited reads and gone slightly on the offensive at points, but some of that might be because Cythare is, I believe, the most experienced of the three. I am still of the opinion that AI is just tilting town, but I agree with whoever said that AI would be a reasonable vig shot. In his current mindset he's not going to be of use to us, and he'll just be a distraction / possibly mislynch in the future.
Vote Killjoy
Note that I'll be leaving for Worcester directly after work tomorrow, and will be gone until I return to work on Monday. I typically don't post on weekends anyway, but just be aware that I'll be completely out of contact for those days.

Yes, Seppel tries to townclear people early and does change his reads here and there as town.

So are there reasons besides the tell and my being busy that is bothering you, Iso? Cuz I feel like I've disproven both of those mostly.
There's much better evidence for AI being scum anyway. I don't like that you're discounting that so readily.

Garcia'ing is one of the many points I laid out against him.
When I mentored Wildfire in Castlevania, he was a huge town leader and basically drove the game. I'm not getting that feel from him. I don't see him as playing to his town meta.

Iso: I have the feeling that our questioning of me lacks depth.
Are you just happy with my answers or is there another reason you are not following up when I answered you?
Eh. Apologies for the very late post. A bunch of fairly urgent work due Monday came in and slapped me upside the head.
I really don't have the time or energy to be doing a total reread right now. I'll most likely do that during night 1.
I'm rather torn on AI. The most recent game I remember playing with him as scum was Survival Horror, and I thought I remembered him being dismissive and stonewalling there, but when I looked back at that game it was actually mostly the opposite. It doesn't change the fact that his play this game has been less than convincing, though. Eh.
I'm still wary of DCIII. His #694 instantly reminded me of his endgame case in the just-concluded CT3, which is why I asked if that kind of case was usual for him. (Interestingly, as far as I saw while skimming, Prophylaxis was the only person who responded to that question.) Then there's his long emotional spiel in #945, which, as I understand it, is rather out of character for him - and he just finished the aforementioned CT3, where blatant emotional fakery basically won the scum team the game. And then there's how in that same post, he says he's 'feeling better about AI due to interactions with Iso'... but in his latest post he appears to be right back on AI as scum, despite having not mentioned him again in between. And his scumreads in that post are the erratic brothers and the two leading wagons.
...actually, come to think of it, my DCIII read might be why I'm having issue with both the AI and Killjoy wagons. Especially the latter, which seems very much lurker hunting to me, in which case rezombied is probably worse.
Meh.
Vote: DCIII, pending a proper catchup on Monday/Tuesday. (Can someone also point me to a couple of DCIII's other games?)

Naya Overenthusiast; Because there is such a thing as too much enthusiasm.
I wonder if we don't need to come up with something called "Seppel busy", where you say you need to do other things but then come back and post in the thread anyways
But yeah, more votes on Killjoy, plox. I'm actually turning around on AI a little given his recent defeatism.

You do realize that I already did a PBPA of Killjoy that included ALL of his posts, right? You didn't just ignore that, right?
Your excuse is lame.
"mostly"
"much better [...] anyway"
Sounds like you haven't even convinced yourself that all the points against you are not valid. Then you try for the ol' "Look at this guy though, he's even scummier than me!"
I'll vote for a wagon if a wagon is close to actually wagoning, but I only have 2 more votes, Rhand.
Either way, we're all gonna burn
How about the "you're not even trying"?
I like your new sig quote.
seriously stop agreeing with me it's weird.
(don't actually stop)
the part where you failed to collect the post numbers of my proph case </3

I think it's funny that we think each other's reason Killjoy is scum is null.
Either way, we're all gonna burn
Which is why I came to the conclusion that you didn't really want to interact with me.

Are you just happy with my answers or is there another reason you are not following up when I answered you?
Jund Fangirl; Few things can describe the bliss of the fangirl's cries fading to silence (broken by occasional munching sounds).
Grixis Emo; 'Why should I go out there? They're all uncaring zombies! *sniff* No one understands me...'
Bant Wageslave; Behind every successful knight is a corporate drudge doing his taxwork.
Naya Overenthusiast; Because there is such a thing as too much enthusiasm.
Although at this rate we'll have lynched Killjoy before you even come back.
But yeah, more votes on Killjoy, plox. I'm actually turning around on AI a little given his recent defeatism.
