Hans, you did a great job with the crumb. When you made me double check my ability, then said that if it allowed an action to be used twice it could see up the game, I was hoping you would realize that I realized you were calling for me to gift you that Night, and was hoping you would save the shot. Glad you did.
Thanks! I was so happy that you used it to target me!
I considered hinting at it several different ways, but it was rather tricky:
I had to make it subtle enough so that the mafia would not anticipate the plan and kill me, but it had to be enough to get your attention. There were some posts that I almost made to hint at the idea, but I decided that they would have been too obvious so I scrapped them.
I'm really glad that you did pick up on it though; it turned into a great play! I mentally wrestled with myself a lot that night over whether or not I should gamble, trying to determine whether or not I had successfully communed the idea.
And then the most risky part was lying about my N3 action so that I wouldn't be killed the next night. But I'm glad everything worked according to plan

"I'm a compulsive liar no matter what team I play on, but I'm trying to get better about it."
I didn't follow the game very closely, but I'm glad that so many of you seem to have had a positive experience. I've heard good things about Arnnaria's modding in the past and was glad to be on board to review this game.
I loved this game. This game was probably one of my better town games I've played and I wish I didn't have to replace out - the flavor and pace of the game was excellent. I'll be eagerly waiting for your next game to open signups.
(Also, do I get my auto-win for reporting the PM thing?)
Really though, Iso was very obviously counterclaimed. Why did you not lynch him? I mean really think about it. What motive did I have as scum to push such a horrible mislynch in the position I was in (As the most townie of the three VTs.) I am especially looking at you Hans, who should have known better than to let me get lynched with the obvious counterclaim/confirmation in you.
I think that the Kosakosa mislynch was *more* egregious than yours, IMO. He should have been cleared based on behavior, plus the fact that he was counterwagonned on Day 1.
Remember the Xymande Spec Chat? I think this is one of the problems with your playstyle - you're very hard to read, and most players would usually just lynch you rather than go through the effort to read you. (I know I had you as a null/leanscum read by the end of Day 1).
I also think that this game suffered from the Cross-Town 2 problem, where Iso was obviously the last scum but it wouldn't change the victory if the town mislynched a couple of more times. That's why I think the town got lazy - even if you were town the town had everyone PoE'd out so well that Iso!scum would have died no matter what.
I do think that Iso should not have gotten a free pass on his behavior, though - he never read the game and posted short one-liners, and his predecessors's behavior was awful. It amazed me how he managed to survive for so long, but I'll just chalk that one to force of personality.
Is there a reason why your games are so slow? (Otherwise, always excellent job.)
Do you think the pre-prodding every 72 hours on the dot has anything to do with it?
Also, Prophylaxis and Wheat Grinder get an automatic win for their column for doing the right thing and reporting outside information that could've been leveraged to their advantage.
And Town MVP goes to Hansanator and Scum MVP goes to Iso. I don't think I really need to explain either.

I wouldn't have even been upset if I had gotten lynched, I was absolutely not invested in this game (sorry, Arn). As I said, I originally wanted to replace in mostly because I caught dkings in his first post.
I'm surprised Iso called out all his scumbuddies early
Well, a quick check of the page we were on at the time indicated that EtR was getting lynched regardless of what I did, so I figured I'd get Rhand on my side (at least for the Day, until we killed him) and hop on the wagon. As for dkings/Tare...see above.

Hey, might as well cause as much collateral damage as I can on my way out, if not attempt to win it altogether, y'know?

The only reason I didn't kill you is because I'm not sure I could've justified "hans died instead of Iso" and I was hoping there was a sliver of a chance that I could convince everyone else that you were gambitting scum, which is why Cythare had to die, instead.

I'm a bit annoyed about having the PM glitch require my replacement because I think I would have caught Iso when he tried to townfirm himself in the morning right after I left.
Of course, I've never caught Iso before so some of that is hot air. Regardless, I feel I would have ridden Iso hard. If I didn't WIFOM myself to death.

Other than not linking me to the spec QT when I died... I had no problems here.

Previous Mafia Experience:
Mafia aligned: 2/0 -100%
Town aligned: 4/3 - 57%
I thought that you did an exceptional job!
As I told you already, I loved the flavor of the game and I thought that the general JOAT idea was really good. I had an incredibly fun time.

Agreed - he basically had the game down pat Day 2, but he didn't push it.

Excellent as always

I was driving for 16 hours when this happened.

Thank you, though I hardly deserve it.
