I do see it as fair because I didn't actually vote him, but I do understand your anger concerning the lack of a vote count, although that would've made me misspelling vote pointless.
The only issue here is I'd have played very differently if I didn't have permission to use the gambit I did.
Lol ghosting, I thought you were really suspicious and wanted to vote you really badly for pushing proph so unnaturally hard, but Wheat saved your butt by going "oh he's just excited" and knowing your posting style it sounded reasonable so I gave you the benefit of a doubt.
We even had a conversation about this, Ghosting. Pretty clear on "misspelt votes will have the intention taken behind them if I can," and you didn't convey anything to me that you were trying to gambit. Final Day 5 Votecount:
Prophylaxis (3) - Ghosting, Wheat_Grinder, Jey K
Prophylaxis has been lynched. He was Taub, Vanilla Town.
Ghosting and Jey K have been endgamed. They were Adams, Vanilla Town and Cuddy, Vanilla Town respectively.
Congrats to the Mafia (Generic, Azrael and Wheat_Grinder [Thirteen, Mafia One-Shot Roleblocker]) on a Day 5 victory!

The setup was intended to be low power, with skill-testing abilities that rewarded a good understanding of the gamestate. I dislike cops and vigs vehemently, but I think tying them together in a JoaT was a pretty necessary and succinct way of giving the town all the resources they needed.
There were a number of really questionable decisions in this game. First off, why it took the third JoaT replacement to kill Generic when he false claimed Vig is beyond me. The CC by Kpaca/Condoms must've just been a standard "I really think this guy's scum, so I can pull this off" CC, and those two factors started the town off in a huge hole.
When Azrael & Wheat replaced in, I thought the town was done for. Power all exposed and dead, no real wagons to follow, nobody really leading the town. Kudos to Nacho for replacing in, getting a wagon behind Az that had some traction, and going a long way towards figuring things out.
As for WG not submitting a night kill? I don't know why suspicion wasn't immediately cast on WG for that, on top of his infinite bussing. Keeping the RB unused probably made the game much closer than it should've been, as well, since the JoaT was a known quantity. I think that forcing the mislynch with one less vote being required, especially with a couple of inexperienced players, would've made things much easier. But I suppose the results speak for themselves.
I also honestly expected Az to be able to wiggle out of that lynch. The inactivity, unfortunately, wound up burying the town, as it just put an unremovable stain on Proph's record that he couldn't work his way out of. The relative inexperience left in the game for the town (which, by the by, confused me as to the lack of mentorship. The most experienced players had mentors, but the least experienced didn't? C'est la vie.) and large gaps in inactivity/unavailability also didn't help, and Wheat ultimately had the people alive in MyLo that were best for him, given the interactions that had taken course over the game.
I also want to apologize for the lack of flavor. I was hoping to have the suspense be a constant, involving a lot of interactions between the key characters (basically 0 medical stuff, since I don't know it beyond the show), but I proved not to have time for it with two jobs, travel and preparing for school again. I sincerely want to thank those of you that both replaced in, and stuck through for the long haul, as I know there were a LOT of replacements. The fact that nobody needed to be modkilled was incredible, if you ask me.
Also a huge shoutout to Void & WoLG (wherever he may be) for helping to keep the train on the tracks.
Nachomamma for Town MVP. Scum MVP is pretty tough, but I think I'll give it to Generic for dominating so much of the game, both from a posting and content perspective, and getting his team in a situation where Az/WG could try and take things home.
tunneled so hard indeed. I should've pushed Wheat because I should've known that ghosting was town by then meaning it didn't matter if he flipped or not v_v

Because Az was on the scumteam and it's best play to have the most players possible alive on lylo.
Hell, I was more boned if I DID make an NK, no NK I could explain away via Az, but an NK that wasn't me?
Also I would have pointed out the fact that I was suspicious of Az from the start and even took a wagon away from someone else to put it on Az.
Speaking of which, I think it might have been bad play to bus Az, but I felt if I didn't trust my skill enough to join the wagons in such a way as to not be seen as suspicious, and I knew keeping suspicion off me would eventually win the game.
I actually forgot about the RB because I came in in the middle and Generic/Az had more of a handle on that.
Also, correctly called Digi as the final PR when he went after Generic.

@GD: To be clear, are you saying that if Ghostling told you that he was going to misspell 'Vote' on purpose and expected you to go along with this subterfuge, you would have counted it? Your post gives this impression.
Because, if so, that is some serious Grade A bull****. These are not the kind of shenanigans that a player should ever have to concern themselves with.
Sorry for any confusion the voet thing caused, I interpreted what g_d said as me being allowed to misspell the vote and still have it counted, thus playing accordingly.
Anyone have any tips for me? This was my first game, not sure how I did or how to improve from here.
Good job Wheat! I reallllllly wish that Proph had posted more. Seriously, he was pretty much "obvscum" after his continuous "Im going to post soon!" comments every few days.
I was about to rage if Dan had actually agreed to that vote rigging scheme.
Well fond wheat, played the long game very patiently, which this game demanded due to an agonizing pace.
Was proud I overturned an L-1 with a fake claim I made up on the spot and it got the tracker killed, and we nailed another pr in the night.
Every teammate did what they needed to. Woohoo!
I really hope Karn won't push someone as much next game if he's a PR. Tom and I were both wondering why the heck he would CONTINUE to press you after your claim, when he could just track you.

A lot of the town errors werent yours, you played well.
Tunnelling the wrong guy in mylo is something anyone could do, regardless of experience.
Would give more feedback but its a bad day for me today trying to motivate typing.
Who was I tunnelling? I intentionally went after Proph to get Wheat to vote him, unless you meant someone else.
But thank you, I was really glad you ended up scum.

You don't want me to push so hard on obvscum in the future? Generic was obvscum and we could have lynched scum D1. I still don't know how anyone could think otherwise, or for that matter lynch me for it. Town lost this game D1, there was no coming back from that, especially since our JoAT needed replaced so many times.
Wheat deserves scum MVP imo. He was able to appear very townie and I think having no NK was a great idea. I honestly think Generic's play was poor this game, and it's not even the salt speaking.

Generic was also the un-cc'd vig. You were right in that he was lying, but there's this neat feature with vigs; a fake-claiming vig usually gets vigged by the real one. Which did eventually happen, though I'm baffled as to why KJ didn't use his vigshot N1.

Yes, I don't want you to push so hard on obvscum when you're a PR, because if people don't agree with you, you will get killed. I'd rather you said something to the effect of "Ok, I'll let him prove his shot" and backed down. Obviously, his scumminess wasn't as obvious to us as it was to you, and I think it would have worked out better if you had backed down after the PR claim.

I think it was that obvious and people just didn't read our quote walls
I also don't think I would have been lynched on that alone, it was kpaca's fake CC that really finished me off. (Getting fake CCed by someone who isn't paying much attention to the game and is holding all of his reads from RVS is pretty ****ty btw)

This is true, and it's why I tunneled on kpaca's slot all game. I noted that your wagon stalled out at 5 votes, and kpaca's cc pushed the last two through. That really messed up my game (especially being new and kinda being sucky at scumhunting.)
Also pretty disappointing that kpaca didn't even stick around to defend himself.
I'm pretty sure if Killjoy wasn't the one with the power role, this game would've gone much better. Generic lived way longer than he should've, and my intuition was BLARING to hang Generic D1 , even moreso Day 2 for that lame role-block nonsense, but I felt I would've been attacked horrendously for trying to push that.
This game I went -against- my intuition on SEVERAL occasions, and every single time (no exaggeration) it was a bad idea to do so. However, I had no way of translating that intuition to English, so I turned into a really weak player.

I agree with Sir Karn. Generic was obvscum from his first post the game. The Spec Chat (1st post) shows that I caught Generic on his first post before knowing the setup completely. That post was extremely forced. IMO, Sir Karn was correct for pushing for Generic's lynch after Generic had claimed.

He's probably being a little facetious but he's totally right anyway.
A bit late to post game, but still wanted to comment.
I thought that the mafia team did great; in the end, I had pretty solidly convinced myself of Proph being scum for standing us up at the end because I couldn't really see Wheat as scum at all. Ghosting also did a pretty amazing job in the slot he inherited; it was hard to dig himself out of the hole that Condoms dug him into but I thought he did a great job of replacing in and looking completely transparent, and the voting gambit was pretty hilarious.
I think town was hurt by killjoy not shooting Generic and Sir Karn getting counterclaimed; those two things would've meant that the JOAT wouldn't have been rooted out and scum would be forced to shoot Sir Karn instead of get him lynched and have a free punching bag in Ghosting for the rest of the game.

It wouldn't have worked if there was a vote count, that's why I had to push Jey to vote Proph as quickly as possible.
I'm all for misdirection plays when done fairly, but this was done unfairly.
I know.
But Dan posted in the meantime, with no votecount. And enough time posted that we should have had a votecount.
The only issue here is I'd have played very differently if I didn't have permission to use the gambit I did.
I want Dan to weigh in before anything else, because I think that's where the problem lies.
