So I'm watching myth busters and I remembered that grant immahara(hope I spelled the last name right lol) plays magic. He is actually very well at the game as well. Has a good white and black deck. But for the fans that watch this what was your favorite episode and what myth do you wish they would try?
Waterheater rocket, concrete truck disapearance, RED's bullet VS RPG (I asked for that myth on the original FanClub page, which I cannot find anymore, glad my request made it, there was a guy who said it was imposible until he saw the movie and came back on his words) and Lethal Weapon's frozen toilet bomb (another of my request on the original MBFC page, I also made a funny comment on the toilet, to know if it would really survive the explosion as a sidemyth).

Casual crazy magic player, otaku maniac, unrully cosplayer, what did you expect me to be?
The hwach'a episode. It was cool to watch such an odd-seeming contraption work so spectacularly well. And as a history and Civilization nerd, I liked to see Korea's medieval artillery justified.
On a related note, have they done anything with the Chinese repeating crossbow? It's not really a myth - the design is well known, and there are plenty of working models out there already - but it seems like something they'd do anyway. I've always admired the simplicity and elegance of that device. You'd think a repeating crossbow would have to be complex and unwieldy, but nope!
I liked the one about fusing cars together, where they ended up using a rocket sled and had a nice slow-motion shot of a car practically disintegrating.
I mostly like the ones that are weird enough that you generally don't really have much idea beforehand if they're possible.

"Virtue, Jacques, is an excellent thing. Both good people and wicked people speak highly of it..."
an oldie- Tree Cannon is among my favorite episodes; this was before Tori, Keri, and Grant started doing myths themselves. speaking of which, seasickness cures and Grant/Tori testing capsaicin cures- Vaseline, who knew?
I wish Discovery would rerun those...

What I find bad about the tree canon is that they said it wasn't plausible. Then how come the japaneses had a bamboo canon?
They said it was implausible for a medieval town to build a cannon out of tree trunk in the span of a night, let alone a couple days. building a "cannon" out of bamboo doesn't involve drilling through massive amounts of wood.
I'm thinking it would have been easier to split the tree in half and hollow it out that way- and that way, causes many a possible points of structural failure.

That's one of the issues I have with the program if the results don't exactly match their definition of they myth it is seen as implausible.
With the tree cannon all we have is a vague story, no doubt greatly embellished, that an East European town managed to build a cannon in a single night and they are taking it as gospel that is happened exactly as told.
Soriel they also did manage to make the Tree cannon so proved that bit was confirmed, it was just the timescale involved that was well out.
Other episodes I enjoyed were the Steam cannon, anything with the chicken gun, Water heater rocket was fun, skydiver landing on a seesaw, Chinese invasion alarm/ Ming Dynasty astronaut.
AS a side note does any one ever feel sorry for Buster?

I feel sorry for Buster now that he's been practically replaced by the Simulade family, after they had to replace/repair him many times over.
